The gym is more than just a fitness center, it’s a communion of people with similar mentalities, that is a mentality to strive for greatness and be the best version of yourself. Alex is hands down the best coach and life advisor you could ask for, really can’t find a parallel to him. Along with the community found inside, the coaches and leaders of all ages encourage others to set realistic goals and achieve them, forging the leaders of tomorrow.

Experiencia fantástica: Joining this gym and working with Coach Alex was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’d been in and out of countless gyms over the years, but I never pushed myself enough to get the results I wanted. I started training under Coach Alex about a year ago and it took a couple of months before I was in the best shape of my life. Coach teaches as he instructs, pushes you beyond your limits, and gives advice on how to improve your health with nutrition and other activities. The workouts are challenging but they’re designed for your goals and Coach will make sure you get there. On a personal level, getting to build a friendship with both Alex and Janet throughout the past year has been just as rewarding. They share a lot of their incredible experiences and it’s to the point where Private Jewels has become family. They have a lot of youth initiatives in the City and I’m happy to be part of a gym that preaches health as a way of life. They’ve built me up both physically and mentally and I’m now working with Coach to learn boxing, which I never imagined myself doing. That’s the level of confidence I’ve achieved as a result of joining Private Jewels Fitness. Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself physically with strength/conditioning training or learning the art of boxing, Coach Alex and Private Jewels can help you unlock new levels!

Experiencia fantástica: Probably the best gym in the area. Great workouts, great coaches to keep you motivated with achieving your fitness goals. Besides being a boxing gym, their fitness program combines both, which are great ways to improve your overall health. I’ll give it 6 stars if I could.

Experiencia fantástica: If you're looking for a down to earth, no bs kind of coach Alex is your guy, he gets to know you personally and builds relationships with his clients. I go Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings, he's a true professional definitely a gym you need to join ASAP!

Experiencia fantástica: THE place to go to! Alex is not only a great personal trainer, but motivator as well. He makes sure you are working your hardest during every session. He truly demonstrates that he is there for YOU and your goals. His combination of exercises and boxing techniques has you sweating in the first 10 minutes of your session. By the end of the hour, I leave not only drenched in sweat, but feeling amazing!!

Experiencia fantástica: When I first started coming a little over a year ago, I was out of shape and needed a lot of direction. Alex welcomed me in with open arms and spent many hours training me while also holding me accountable so I could see the best results. He also has a non profit side where kids come in after school and have fun while staying safe and get homework done. I would definitely recommend Private Jewels Fitness to anyone looking to get in shape or stay in shape. The last gym I will ever sign up for!

Even after surgery he welcomed me right back into the gym and eased me back until I was 100%. Experiencia fantástica: This place is much more than just a gym. I have been doing private sessions for a month now and the results are already showing. I am feeling so much better physically and mentally. My anxiety was through the roof about going down there but it is the best decision I have made. Alex is so much more than just a personal trainer as he explains nutrition and makes you feel comfortable. The whole place is like that as I have even the younger guys coming up to me and helping and motivating me. Nobody looks down on you or puts your down for being overweight. The atmosphere there is amazing and makes me want to continue and make this life change. I have dropped 15 lbs in the month and looking forward to my goals of a healthy life. I do miss my mangu and mofongo though....

Coach Alex (owner) has definitely been very helpful. The same goes to all who attend the gym including the boxers he has in his roster. It is a very positive atmosphere the team has helped me in my boxing/fitness journey. They’re knowledgeable, tough, and fair. They will push you to your limits and beyond. The members are supportive and always ready to work with you and train together too. I was challenged both physically and mentally. I think every gym should be like this.
