Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tran was fantastic!!! She was extremely professional and yet very personable. I had seen her in the past for the same issue and was impressed that she was able to recall many small important details from that prior visit. She thoroughly explained available treatment options and how they would not only benefit me, but how they would aid her in appropriately diagnosing my condition. She was timely, but also spent enough time with me that I didn’t feel like she was rushing to the next patient. I have no doubt that this is how she treats each patient. The check in staff were very friendly and professional. Specifically, Carolyn was very kind and efficient. I almost thought I was special until I heard her greet other patients in the same friendly manner. The facility was very nice and parking was easy and extremely reasonable for the medical center.

Experiencia positiva: Only 3 stars (probably really should be 2) because whenever you call the office no one ever answers, you always have to listen to the recording and leave a message. But most of all.. I had to call on 2 different occasions and each time it took them 3 & 6 days to return my calls! On the last one the clerk said she “will definitely have Dr Tran call you either later today or tomorrow”. 6 days later I finally heard from her!! (Note; I tried calling many, many times at various times and every time I got the voicemail so I hung up because I had already left the message)

Dr. Tran took as much time as I needed to share everything I needed to. She was kind, detail oriented and patient. I did not feel rushed. Compassion was present. Things were explained thoroughly and a plan was set for my care. I left feeling so comfortable with this physician that I referred my daughter to her and she called to schedule an appointment.

In the 5 years that I have been seeing Dr. Tran I have not crossed an unprofessional staff member at the Medical Clinic of Houston.
