Experiencia negativa: One of the worst warehouses I’ve ever dealt with Cargill Animal Nutrition is a complete nightmare for truck drivers. I was stuck here for over 8 hours just to get unloaded, with absolutely no urgency, no communication, and zero respect for my time. The staff was rude, lazy, and completely unprofessional. They act like drivers are a problem instead of the reason they even have a job. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your time and sanity.

Experiencia positiva: Lil tricky to find but I'm going to make it easier for you, the guys are friendly, The only reason I'm going with a 4 star is because of the lack of signage up front, the info list says they open at 8 but I arrived 20 min earlier and they gave me a dock right away, there is enough room to park outside the gate for a couple trucks, ( Don't litter or I'm sure they will make it so we can't park overnight there ). So come to the back past the silos then walk up the yellow stairs there is the check in window, sign in and be friendly it'll get you along way.

Experiencia fantástica: Had appointment for 10 am, checked in at 8 am. There was one truck on front of me so they unloaded him for 30 minutes then i got a door. After i got the door they unloaded me for 40 minutes full trailer. Can’t complain. Would love to come here again

Experiencia negativa: was told I had a 0900 appointment, got here at 0845 and was told they don't have appointment times and it's first come first served. Several trucks that got there after me were unloaded before me. Didn't get out of there until 1445. NEVER AGAIN.

They kept my truck till 500pm because my driver showed up earlier for the appointment, that means disrespectful in their opinion... make sure you got detention pay secured.. they don't like questions to be asked by drivers, you can stay for hrs at the window where that pos in the office will pretend to be very busy and not seeing anyone, that means disrespectful!!! Ego racists maniacs . 600pm truck still there after 9 hrs

Arrived @ 12:00 for a 15:00 appointment in a door 12:45 trailer instantly got loaded. Great experience and they were giving drivers Christmas gifts

Experiencia negativa: This is the worse place I've been to in 6 years. Got here at 10am for an 11am appointment. It's now 6pm and I'm still not done being unloaded. It took them 7hrs just to assign me a door...a whole day wasted and now I can't make my next pickup appt. Absolutely despicable place I will NEVER come back here.

Experiencia negativa: Will never bring them another product. They don't respect drivers time and expect you to wait all day to get off loaded. We have other appointments and pickups that is causing us to lose customers and money. It should not take more than about an hour to offload one truck. To top it off they won't let you leave the facility and call you when your door is ready they make you stay on the premises. Really sad of food place would take this long to offload their own product. You can't always go off Google reviews because some guys are late and are not keeping their end of the bargain. But these reviews are completely accurate, this place is horrible to offload at .not sure about load times but the cargill in casa grande took an hour and a half to get me loaded no problem. They need to train Ogden facility. This place is a horrible joke to get offloaded at ,drivers beware avoided unless you want to wait all day.

Experiencia negativa: If we could put Zero or Negative stars, we would. We had an appointment for Saturday at 8AM. This warehouse told my driver to back up into door #1 and when my driver took off the seal and was opening the doors, there was a rude old man that walked out telling my driver he was not going to be unloaded today and that his real appointment was until Monday at 8AM. The old guy was telling my driver that they do not go based on rate confirmations but their own schedule. But to be rude to my driver is not okay with me. Now we are wasting money on this load. AVOID THIS WAREHOUSE.

Experiencia positiva: Came here to unload. Arrived at 7:45 for 8:00 am appointment. Given dock door at 9:15 and unloaded by 10:15. Not the world's fastest but definitely not the world's worst either. I think they are either understaffed slightly or they have too much going on in the mornings. But I would come back given the choice. Beautiful view of the mountains from the loading dock.

Experiencia negativa: I would give ZERO stars if Google would let me. This place and ALL of its employees are a literal joke amongst me and my colleagues. We supply them with all of their bulk feed products for them to produce pelleted animal feed. Their equipment is unacceptably slow and outdated and their employees are so far below professional, that there actually isn't a word in the English language to label it (the first word that comes to mind is "degradation"). If you are considering shipping/receiving for Cargill, I could not stress enough what a TERRIBLE, BAD, POOR decision you would be making. This behavior and set of circumstances is the same across the board at every single one of their facilities in the Pacific Northwest. STAY AWAY FROM CARGILL

Experiencia negativa: First time here, one driveway shared by two companies, not signage for cargill receiving, arrived and checked in at 7:30am. no other trucks, three dock doors open. Intercom system, I said good morning, through the wall I hear “ what the hell is good about it” Forklift operator appears takes my paperwork, “ I’ll let the boss know” and disappears. Second person I met, same way tried to have a conversation, very abrasive and rude. Hope there manager isn’t the result of their lack of social courtesy.

Experiencia negativa: This is horrible! Truck number 20077 had arrived with a load to deliver Sunday at 7:00 am. No one was scheduled to work or come in to pick up the delivery as one was told. This morning the workers arrived at 5:00 am. Mr. McBride was told that the warehouse workers will arrive to work at 7:30 am. It is now 7:00 am for him yet two other trucks arrived with drivers who are nonblack and immediately the workers started unloading the trucks. Truck number 1964 and truck 2324 received special attention after telling Mr. McBride no warehouse worker would be able to unload him until after 7:30 am.

Experiencia negativa: The guy loading my truck is a total dick rude and even abrasive. First time in many years I haven't gotten along with a loader. Not sure what this guy's problem is
