Experiencia fantástica: I am so glad I joined this gym! I attended some group classes as a guest and then joined. My husband has since joined too. He was very impressed with the quality of their weights and machines. We are here most days of the week and are very happy with our membership. Very helpful and friendly staff: shout out to my personal trainer Tiffany Pearson! Very clean facilities. Come check it out.

Experiencia negativa: 24 hour gym. 5 times in the last 2 weeks the alarm is blaring inside so you can't workout at night after hours even though you're paying for a TWENTYFOUR HOUR GYM. Should of just done hub city fitness. God forbid trying to break contract at this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Cajun fitness has so much to offer. I am not currently a member but I was for quite a few years. We moved back to this side of Youngsville and my son is now a member. He loves it.

Experiencia negativa: Lydia is by far the worst general manager for this gym She does not have the interest of the gym and what can be bettered. She is concerned by things that do nothing to making this place better. Instead she is more concerned about what she can tell people what to do and that they should listen. Also music is entirely too loud until recently they have turned it down. The other thing that makes this place horrible is the staff that looks like not a nare one of them have worked out in their life. What does that promote? Also their so called shakes are fixed with ice cream. Therefore your workout you just completed just went up in smoke. Oh and Taylor their club manager is not an employee but more so a stump, like un healthy stump who manages absolutely nothing. Gym is getting worse and they can not even keep employees. Get rid of Taylor and Lydia and the gym might thrive again

Experiencia negativa: The gym was decent to start, the problems came when trying to cancel the membership. When our time for renewal came and we were planning on canceling, but we were in the hospital deliving our baby. Once everything was over and done, I called to cancel, they told me I need to go in. After talking on the phone they finally gave me a buy out price, $400..... if I just keep the contract till it is up then it will be $500. With a newborn we dont have the time or the extra money. It's a racket, they make the buy out so high in hopes you don't buy out and then forget to cancel agian when the time comes. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: Overpriced fees, unfriendly staff and please, don't call for membership prices. Over the phone? You're crazy! No info is giving via telephone; they want you to come in the gym to get converted. The only plus: the extensive classes that are offered. The negative: classes start around 4 in the morning.

Experiencia positiva: ALMOST all of the staff are friendly. A couple of the trainers won't even say hello or give a smile and one of the ladies behind the desk makes you feel like you're a burden any time you ask for a drink.

Experiencia positiva: This is a great gym. Lots of Les Mills classes plus cardio and weight machines. Friendly staff. 24 hour access. Update after one month: Customer service is not a priority here. Management cares about their bottom line over member satisfaction. The gym itself and classes are great though.

Experiencia positiva: Gym is fine, class offerings are good. Staff leaves a little bit to be desired, when they are actually at the desk during business hours. Can't beat the price.

Experiencia fantástica: Open 24/7. Locker room is small but always clean. They have showers but I've never used them. I haven't personally used their group classes but I see a lot of people coming out of the smiling. The staff are freindly and they have trainers there too. They offer coffee and smoothies too. I believe they have around a dozen treadmills, probably a half dozen ellipticals and a dozen bikes. They also have standard free weights and machines and benches. Gets crowded before and after work time, especially in the evenings.

Experiencia negativa: Good gym with bad manors. Beware-Be Very Aware. Read the fine print! Your annual contract dates will change anytime you add to or take away from your membership. We added our 2 year old, for the day care, our 12 month contract was updated automatically. I was not aware they did this. Further, if you fail to keep track of the contract dates it will be automatically renewed without any notice. This will lead to a nasty surprise when you terminate. At some point, everyone terminates. I terminated after almost two years. If you decide to terminate you could wind up paying up to 12 months of withdraw at $62 per month. They require more than 30 days written notice. If you decide to workout when there are classes using the tread-mills and free weights, a machine may not be available. Trainers will not help without cash. At most gyms, trainers are approachable and will answer quick questions. Do not expect that here. I asked a simple question about the proper form to use when bench pressing. The trainer said I should make an appointment and she d be happy to go over it with me. Yikes! two minutes max and that would have solved the riddle. They are very arrogant to say the least. There are much better gyms for the money. (Just compare Red's to this facility)
