Experiencia fantástica: I doubledashed the gone nutty smoothie with plant-based protein, but I forgot to request plant-based milk too. They were considerate enough to take the hint, go the extra mile, & use almond milk instead. (I only found out because it was almost too yummy and creamy, so I called to ask about the ingredients!) I’m sipping on it now & it’s absolutely delicious, doesn’t have a powdery after-taste, & I’m feeling renewed already. Thanks so much; I’ll be doordashing often!

Yep he owner, Eric, is extremely knowledgeable about all the products and makes the best shakes/bowls in town. If I could give more than five stars I would! This place should be a staple for your fitness needs.

It tasted like one of those nutty buddies. It didn't sit heavy like some smoothies do, and I really appreciate the non dairy option. I will definitely be returning. I recommend this place to everyone. Way way better than smoothie king

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming here regularly for a while and I can't believe I haven't reviewed this place! Eric makes you feel right at home the minute you walk in. The protein shakes are delicious! I also stop by here to get Quest bars and other interesting healthy snacks. I love that this location is in the same strip center as my gym, so whenever I'm really hungry after a workout, it's a quick and easy walk. Love this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Best supplement store in Katy! Supplement line is hand picked and you can guarantee quality products. Fred is very friendly and helpful. You see a lot of people coming to hang out and grab one of their house made smoothies or Icon Meals that can be heated and ate on site. One neat concept is that you can get a single serving of preworkout before you hit the gym to try out different brands before you buy. Love this place!

I allowed Eric to guide me and guide me he did, I was able to purchase the supplements that I needed and get in touch with a personal trainer that Eric recommended. This place is great for people who are just new to this stuff, all the way to those who are way ahead of the game and need hand selected quality products. Smoothies are great, protein popcorn is amazing.
