Experiencia fantástica: I started coming to Cascade Chiropractic in 12/2022, I’ve been seen/treated by Dr. Race Irby, and he, as well as the office, are absolutely amazing. I came here after my prior Chiropractor relocated with a severe SI Joint injury and Dr. Race had me walking normally within 2 weeks/a couple of visits. The immediate goal was to get me pain free enough to endure extensive surgery in 01/2023 and then get me back to prime condition to run again after. Thanks to Dr. Race, all of that was possible. With his help/treatment/services and education, I completed a half marathon in 4/2024. Camila and Holly were/are great reception/workflow managers and their welcoming presence matters. Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough good things about Cascade and their entire staff. I've been going to Dr. Race for probably 10 years. I wouldn't be able to walk without his help. I even drove down from Oregon for 5 years because he knows my history and has been there through a few car accidents and other injuries. He educates me on why there's pain and where it originates from, to the point I can continue my care at home with stretches and massage in between appointments. They work with my schedule and understand if I need to wait a week to pay. Camille and Holly at the desk are always welcoming and helpful, especially if you run into a scheduling conflict and need to move your appointment. After moving back from Oregon, I still drive from Roseville to see Dr. Race and back to Citrus Heights where I live, once a week. If they weren't that good, I wouldn't waste my time, gas or sanity in traffic to see them!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t quite believe that I’ve never left a review about Doc Sara. I’ve been seeing her for years now. I’ve been treated by LOTS of chiropractors, and Sara is special in a way that the very wounded can especially feel. My body is what I call persnickety. Hard to adjust and I have some really touchy areas. Doc Sara Irby has managed to work with me and helped me maintain my functionality. And always encourages me to surpass myself. What I think is really special about her is her sensitivity. She can feel stuff that others can’t. It’s just how she is. And she has the skills and senses to know what to do. Likely she has several ideas to try. She’s seen me through a car accident and a concussion and a fire in and through the aforementioned hypersensitive inflammatory persnicketiness. Other reviews have emphasized what good folks these are, so I won’t gush on that aspect. I’m talking about skilled chiropractic. After trying 3 different local chiropractors in Humboldt where I now live, I’m making a trip to Sacramento primarily for the purpose of seeing Doc Sara. I know she’ll help my body turn the inflammation around.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice place! Clean, organized,clean bathroom, nice decorating. Really nice staff. I love that they have their own xray machine n xray costs are reasonable. They made me copies for my general practitioner. I also like that massage therapy is offered here. Race gave me a really good adjustment in my back and neck. I had no soreness at all later. I highly recommend this place for your next adjustment.

Experiencia fantástica: Went here yesterday on a referral from my friend. I was having major neck/shoulder pains for a few days prior to the visit. Dr. Race was phenomenal! We did xrays to isolate the problem. Dr. Race explained everything to me in great detail and made sure I understood. I am very appreciative for that. He immediately located my problem area, and adjusted me accordingly. The effect was almost immediate. I had little to no movement in my neck and I left their office with my full range of motion back. Dr. Race works magic. If you need an adjustment, do not hesitate to go in here! You will not be disappointed.

I have seen Neurologist, Neurosurgeons, and many Chiropractor's for relief of Chronic Back Pain over the last 14 years. I work at a desk most of the day, so my adjustments are vital to keeping me going. Oh, and by the way, their facility is hands down the nicest chiropractic office you will encounter. Custom designed for chiropractors, by chiropractors (yes, they designed and largely built the interior themselves).
