Experiencia fantástica: I am pleased to note that my therapy is being provided at a highly regarded location. The staff at the front desk are exceptionally courteous, my therapist is outstanding, and it's worth mentioning that the entrance is located in the rear of the building. I am immensely pleased to be a patient here.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is top notch from top to bottom. It starts when you walk in and you are greeted by the front desk staff. I highly recommend this location. The OT and PT team is the best. I have never been to a therapy location where they really care about you getting better. They brainstorm on different things you can do to help your progress.

Experiencia negativa: Severely UNDERSTAFFED‼️ They cancelled my 1st two appointments I had scheduled with them as a new patient because one therapist was either out or sick. I just transferred to another office because this was my 1st impression with the office and I knew it was going to get worse. I never had a chance to get my first evaluation because of their staffing issues‼️

Experiencia fantástica: Started physical therapy here last week. After just three visits I have learned a lot to help ease my daily neck pain. The staff from the front desk to the therapists are all engaging, friendly and professional. Looking forward to my next session.

Experiencia positiva: I was impressed at 1st with place until the day before the July 4th holiday and I took my mom in for her PT visit, she was 5mins late and the trainer tells her she was 15mins late and cut her time by 15mins but kept checking her watch the whole time like she was in a hurry to go some where. Then mom was finished with all her times and they wanted her to come 1 more time so I called and scheduled a visit. I drive all the way from home 15 to 20mins away and they never did put her in the schedule. Other than that mom liked them. But they need to get their staff together.
