They also have an excellent massage therapist, Margo, who have very reasonable prices. 60$ for an hour, while others with less experience, at other places are charging 100$ an hour. 5 stars for both, Margo and Dr. Introna.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so glad that I decided to go here for my first chiropractic and massage appointment a while ago. Dr. Introna is very knowledgeable and respectful, he knows exactly what I need when I come in with problems. He is very easy to talk to as well, and suggests exercises that can help with my problems. He always wants to help you stop the pain rather than just treat it (same goes with Margo!) Margo, the massage therapist there, is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was the very first massage I ever had, and she was very respectful and told me exactly what would be worked on. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Very nice to talk to as well, I didn't feel awkward at all. I tried another place in NL, they were very forceful and not very friendly. I am so glad that Margo does what she does, she always knows what's exactly wrong with me and provides healing techniques that are not painful and still work amazing. She definitely should charge more, as she does an excellent job both with massages and communication with her customers. I will recommend everyone I know to go to her, she always makes me feel welcome. The only issue I have is that the front staff never seem to answer their phones, and have not always been very friendly in the past. Recently that has improved though, as I am now greeted in a friendly manner when I walk through the door. I just am not sure about the phones problem, sometimes it will take days to get a phone call back from them, and one time I tried calling again and I got a short response of "we are going down the list and you were next" after 3 days. Overall, I love this place alot, and hope that the front desk keeps improving with their communication skills.

Experiencia negativa: The posters in the reception asking how much you’d spend on your health should be all you need to know about this practise. Wouldn’t recommend in a month of Sundays. Go further afield if you want someone credible.

I went in with serious hip pain, barely able to walk, and after a few sessions the pain was gone. He is a great listener and varies his treatments depending on your symptoms. I've gone back a few times for back pain as well. He also has done joint adjustments for me, which helped my plantar fasciitis. Highly recommended!

In my initial exam he found the underlying issue to my long-term shoulder pain and recommended a clear plan to resolve the issue. I returned to him later with a variety of upper back problems and one ankle sprain. To my experience he was friendly, utterly competent, very timely, and his services are (at least on my insurance plan) wonderfully inexpensive. Of the 4 separate issues I brought to him, he fixed every one of them immediately and completely.
