Experiencia fantástica: I used to think the whole chiropractic thing was kinda a scam, or scary even. But one day my arm started to go numb. And it continued to get worse and worse to the point I couldn’t even sleep. Dealt with it for months. I googled everything and was so worried I was getting carpal tunnel syndrome, without insurance, I was desperate to try anything without going to the hospital. I work a very physical job and just couldn’t bare it anymore. That’s when I went to this office and saw Dr Travis. Within a few visits my arm was completely back to normal. He explained everything to me in a way I could understand. After dealing with this for months, thinking i was going to need surgery, to him magically fixing me. He explained what he thought it was, and how to prevent, or exercises to strengthen. I haven’t been back in quite some time, because I haven’t needed to! I am so grateful, and completely believe now. He is VERY knowledgeable and kind, makes you feel as comfortable as possible. 10/10 thank you Dr Travis!

Experiencia fantástica: I've seen a number of chiropractors over the years, ranging from excellent to harmful. Dr. Travis Tourjee is excellent. Travis is adept at a wide range of adjustments and I visit with confidence, that upon leaving I will be in better shape then when I walked in. Not only is he great at what he does, my appointments are always on time. Bonus: The front desk staff is always polite and professional. You can schedule your appointments at any time through the schedule site online. There is a supplement store attached to the office. Massage is offered and the place is clean. I'm thankful I found Brookside Chiropractic and highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Our 8 year old son had nearly 6 weeks of digestive and mood troubles. It started with a stomach virus and lingered for weeks. He was feeling miserable and the pediatrician advice did not seem to address his whole issue. Watching Dr. Travis work with our son and muscle test different supplements was really inspiring. He listens and speaks directly to your child. That relationship was important because my son then felt like he was part of the solution. Within 2 days of taking a digestive enzyme supplement, our son's digestive problems had begun healing and were no longer a bother after a week. Experiencia fantástica: My family and I have been seeing Drs. Rachel and Travis for years, since they opened their practice. I have seen them through pregnancy and postpartum, a car accident and running injuries. My kids have seen them since they were born. Anytime my son is developing an ear infection, he asks to see Dr. Travis and he's been able to avoid antibiotics every time. My daughter has benefited from adjustments when she has croupy coughs or general toddler colds. My husband got laser treatments to help him recover from an Achilles tear. They are always our first choice in health and happiness and I recommend them to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I dealt with a shoulder injury for nearly 16 years before finding Dr. Travis. Been to many chiropractors in Tucson, Arizona where I’m from. About a year ago Dr T. was recommended by a mutual acquaintance who lives in Port Huron for his atypical approach. Instead of a one size fits all adjustment every time he truly listens to your problems and caters a plan tailored to your needs. He explained what the game plan would be over time to basically try and reset my shoulder in place. He coached me on stretches and exercises I could do in between sessions to help my shoulder. I’m happy to say that last week after a years worth of Dr. T getting my back and shoulders in proper alignment in maybe 6 sessions at his office I was able to get my shoulder to do a crack or shift into proper positioning while stretching with elastic bands that’s never happened before. He checked it out today and agreed it’s more symmetrical to my right shoulder than it’s ever been and the proof is in the pudding. I’ve been 98% pain free for about 10 days now and I’ve already been able to lower my pain medication dosages! I’ll continue to travel to port Huron from Arizona to see Dr. Travis, it’s beyond worth the trips to be pain free. Something no other chiropractor was able to do. Port Huron is extremely lucky to have a top notch chiropractor and wellness center in your backyard!

Experiencia fantástica: Pretty sure my body hates me; I have had two knee reconstructions and 2 Achilles repairs on 1 foot. My lifting lately has taken a hit, but Dr. Rachel and Dr. Travis have been very patient in getting me back to 100%. They do not force anything; they listen to my body and give me exercises to rehab what is not working. And the laser therapy is amazing! After my most recent visit, my ankle finally popped, and I have a full range of motion today! This is six months in the making..... Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: Not sure why this place got such good reviews? Went in for a prenatal massage and Brianna didn’t even know I was pregnant. What’s the point of filling out paper work if your not going to look at it? Had to tell her a few times that the pressure was too firm and now dealing with a sore back. Also she didn’t do a full hour so they had to discount the price. Which I didn’t even realize until they told me at the end. Don’t think I will be returning and can’t recommend based on my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: As a 33 year old who has suffered from plantar fasciitis since my early teens, I assumed the occasional flare up would be apart of my life forever. I've tried everything; orthotics, rolling my feet on cold water bottles and golf/baseball balls, ice and heat foot baths, a variety of shoes...essentially everything short of surgery. Nothing worked. However, I heard about a laser therapy procedure at Brookside Chiropractic and figured I may as well give it a shot. Within a couple treatments, my at the time active, debilitating flare up rescinded quicker than it ever has in the past, and I have yet to have another one. I plan on continuing the treatments as preventative medicine, but this is the first time in close to 20 years where I've been able to play basketball, go hiking, etc. without having a flare up shortly thereafter. Dr. Rachel and Dr. Travis are fantastic and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
