Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Dr Bueler for 20 years. Every issue with my body that has occurred he had the solution. Whether an adjustment, supplements, or red light laser therapy. I had high blood pressure and Dr Bueler suggested taking Hawthorne and Garlic Forte 3 times a day. My MD just told me I have the blood pressure of a teenager. I had a torn meniscus awaiting surgery for months, could hardly walk. I bought a package of the red light therapy and after 5 sessions my gate in my walk was fine and I had no pain. Dr Bueler is very knowledgeable about our body. I consider him my best advocate.

Experiencia negativa: Before today I would have given Rim Chiropractic a solid 4 based on Dr. Bueler's thoughtful work and the very positive outcomes I've had, but today soured me to the point where I wouldn't visit again... Not a single employee wore a mask (they asked if I would feel better if they used one, but the point of wearing masks during a pandemic isn't to placate a customer - it's to reduce infection) and during the "exam," Dr. Flodius spent the entire time trying to convince me of debunked COVID-19 conspiracy theories. He never asked a single chiropractic question during the "exam" but made a point to recommend his favorite conspiracy theory YouTuber. After my adjustment, I got the hard sell on their "urgent care" package, even though I'd already gone through a whole treatment process with Dr. Bueler less than a year before, and in spite of my repeated statements that I was just there for an adjustment. I was kind of bummed I didn't get a voucher for Hortencia's for sitting through the sales pitch. When I was told after my treatment that I was to pay for the "exam" (I wasn't told about the payment beforehand) I asked why I needed an exam since I was a recurring patient and already had information on file. They explained that they do an exam if you haven't been there in over a year. I explained that I'd been there this last winter, to which they replied, "We do one if you haven't been here in six months." Nice. If I wanted to listen to people go on about conspiracy theories, I'd join Facebook. For free. Dr. Bueler, if you read this... your office can be so much better than this.
