From the first appointment I could tell he was different in the best possible way. Dr. Dastine actually listens. She doesn’t rush you through the visit or just write a prescription and move on. She takes the time to ask the right questions explain things clearly and make sure you understand what’s going on with your health. The experience is A+ starting with the awesome receptionist, Mr. Ranso, who is always ready to help me book my appointment or receive me warmly when I arrive. Nurse Dastine is very knowledgeable and does her best to make you feel comfortable and get to the bottom of your health issues. She does not miss a thing with how thorough she is. Today’s visit included a student intern, Alex, and I can tell he is absorbing some knowledge from the best! I highly recommend this practice for their care, cultural competence, and awesome offerings.

Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment through ZocDoc, I got an email that the appointment was cancelled and that I needed to call. I called, made an appointment, and they took my insurance information. The day of the appointment, I showed up and they told me they actually don't accept my insurance. I'm extremely disappointed, I was looking forward to seeing a doctor of color. Make sure they actually accept your insurance before showing up and wasting your time.

Experiencia negativa: doctor rush you out of the office , she just leave the room and never comes back , I called about a referral i asked when I was there the guy in the front said she is not in on fridays and that he will let her know and call me on Monday …. I waited for the call never got it , then I stared calling and they didn’t pick up the phone then finally 2 weeks later on Friday he picks up and tells me he needs to turn the computer on at 11am I waited for 8 minutes on hold, I asked if I can make an appointment because I was in a lot of pain and I needed a fallow up from the er … he told me sure and put me on hold for another 5 minutes he never ask me for my info or my name for the appointment…… then I just got tired of waiting and told him I was going to change doctors …. they never sent the referral and never call you once they get results back . avoid

I feel welcome and comfortable to vent about anything with Wilnard while all those vitamins are infusing through my veins and zipping on my special cup of tea or coffee prepared by her husband. The power couple offers excellent customer service and very courteous to everyone who enters the clinic. The clinic atmosphere is calm, welcoming, very clean, fresh, and well decorating. After my IV therapy I feel energized for the whole week. My whole family is now doing IV therapy with RW Family. RW family is now my family too. Experiencia fantástica: I visited the RW Family Practice recently and had a great experience. I dont usually leave reviews, but Dr. Dastine was amazing. She was kind and patient when answering all of my questions (there were many). Though I didnt try them for my appointment, she offers IV nutrition therapy and weight loss management which I'll be recommending to some of my friends who have considered those treatments. I thought my procedure would be painful, but it was honestly pretty quick and felt like a pinch. I did not need any pain medication afterwards like I thought I would. The staff was nice and the clinic itself was clean and welcoming. Will be back!

This practice is very accommodating and KIND. Front desk is great, minimal wait. The doctor is AMAZING. She made me very comfortable, she let me talk about my symptoms/issues, i did not feel rushed , i felt very much heard and got an in depth explanations and talk about my symptoms. She didn't just offer a medication and said see you next time. They actually care and know what they’re doing. They do a great job with your follow up and sending you prescription.
