Experiencia negativa: I was so relieved to have found a Naturopathic Doctor in the Houston area. I have been looking for a quite a while. I made my appointment online for 2:30pm. After making my (1st ever) appointment at this facility. I called their office to confirm and everything was good to go! I arrived 10 minutes early to complete paperwork. I was taken back at 2:45pm to do vitals, then was returned to the waiting room and was advised that the Dr. was still with a client. I continued to wait until 3:30pm (1 hour past my scheduled appointment). I asked how much longer, and expressed my frustration with how long my wait was going. The nurse told me it would probably be another 20-30 minutes. I had planned my day so that I could be at my next obligation. I told her that I was frustrated and that I live over an hour away and it took a quarter tank of gas (1 way) and she asked if I'd like to reschedule. I didn't want to reschedule. I would've preferred a phone call to let me know that they were running an hour and a half late! That way I could've saved the trip, time, gas, etc. I understand things come up, but not to inconvenience a client for that amount of time. I'm sorry for both myself and the practitioner that it didn't work out.
