Experiencia positiva: I recently had surgery by Dr Blair and It was a total success. Dr Blair is an excellent surgeon. However I do have some issues. When i got home I I realized that my discharge instructions didn't make sense. So as instructed I called the triage nurse. She agreed that the instructions didn't make sense, and she said she would send a "high priority" message to The DRs office. I waited 48 hours but no call back. Dr Blair famously gives out his personal phone number to his patients, so I called and left a message. I did not receive a call back. I realized the unclear directions were literally life threatening, and that if something happened to me there would be no paper trail. So I documented everything in my MyChart account. Boy did they get back to me fast. Five days to answer an existential question is way too long. Dr Blair is an excellent surgeon, but there are some serious issues in that office.

Experiencia negativa: My appointment with Dr. Rosa was absolutely horrible. Very demeaning and did not review my file before meeting with me. I miss Dr. Estrada, she was kind and caring. I was so disappointed with the care I received from Dr. Rosa. Do not recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Tyler Girdler was on time (was not waiting in a room for 30 min to be seen just 5 min) He was present in hearing my concerns about next steps about weight gain and gave me a starter plan on eating healthier(not reading notes on a screen). I came to see him because I wanted other options other than semiglutide and so I also opted for a dietitian also. I was very pleased with staff as well. I’m kind of excited about my weight loss journey moving forward.

It was my first time meeting him and he was very concerned with my weight journey and offered an open door if I needed assistance or have other questions about my weight situations,in-between visits. His staff was very friendly and helpful. They didn't act brand new. They were all very laid back. Warm and welcoming atmosphere!.

It was very refreshing to find a compassionate, caring physician in today's rushed medical system. All the staff there were very helpful and willing to answer all my questions.

Experiencia negativa: My PCP sent the referral almost a year ago. I finally received a call from this office in February to schedule an appointment for July. 2 days before my scheduled first appt they called to reschedule because Dr. Hooper was going on vacation. They offered to reschedule me, but warned me that it was going to be pretty far out because the schedule was very full. I declined to reschedule and am extremely disappointed in how the situation was handled. My job is scheduling appointments and our office would never do that, especially to a new patient. In the event we had to reschedule - for a real emergency, not a last minute vacation, we would ensure that we got that patient rescheduled right away, not months later. And waiting almost a year for an initial appointment is absurd. I was really looking forward to the appointment and excited about the possibility that my weight loss journey would finally have the much-needed support. Hopefully they will develop a better scheduling system and avoid other potential patients from experiencing the same soul-crushing sense of frustration after having so much hope that I have just gone through.

Experiencia positiva: Wish I had achieved the goal i was looking for that day....I wanted help getting the drug wegovy straightened out.....but I spent 2 days afterwards learning that once info is in the computer people only read part of the info....my prescription was sent to the wrong place....so I called several people to figure out what my medical insurance would pay and on what medication...... Most of the care I got thus far has been great.......but then there is this.....I have lost nearly 2 months in the interim......such a waste! Bonnie

I love it when I'm scheduled to see him.he is a very busy Man, and I understand that I may have to wait 20-30 minutes to see him, at times but I don't mind,he is Worth waiting for. He is always ready to listen to me and why I am in the office. He gives me the help that I need and let's me know the programs that will help. And scheduled me with the Doctor that can help me out the best. He even gave me the resources to where I can receive the daily things that I would need to keep myself healthy and SAFE.

Experiencia fantástica: I didn't go in for weight loss I went in for gallstones. The staff was very polite and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was running slightly behind but that is to be expected. The doctor was very informative and made me feel comfortable about my upcoming surgery.

My provider referred me - 2 necessary hospital stays (yes I was that sick), they found my condition, and I'm beginning to live again. Recommend these doctors, nurses, dietitians, & all staff - any day. I'm alive because of their commitment to treating me (and you).

Experiencia fantástica: The journey I have elected to undertake could not have been done without the outstanding surgical skills of Dr Kelly Blair. When I met him for the first time, I knew he was a man I could trust implicitly. His staff are kind, thoughtful and understanding.

Experiencia negativa: I scheduled here MONTHS AGO honestly I believe last year….the scheduler tried to schedule me for the Olympia office because my address on file is my PO Box and is in Olympia I informed her I reside in Tacoma and would need childcare for my three children for the appointment which is also IN TACOMA…..she said alright no problem she can get me in june 17th (I honestly can’t recall exact date) then went oooh actually we have one for may 9th and I was like ooh awesome (still months out but sooner than June) I get off the phone thinking nothing of it and haven’t been on MyChart as I’ve had no reason to go on there…..received a call today to confirm my may 9th appointment AT THE OLYMPIA OFFICE. Called to reschedule and sure enough months out now I have to wait til September to be seen. Hopefully actually going to the office is a better experience

He gives solutions and alternatives to your problems and has answers to what you need. I’m glad he is my doctor. Seeing him to keep track of my BMI has really kept me healthy. At least acknowledge they've noticed you came in the door. Or put up a sign saying welcome, we'll be right with you. It wasn't just me. I observed it as others came in. Dr. Estrada was great!

In February they told me that the doctor can't see me in April and some ARNP will open her schedule soon. Then I got a call saying call us back to reschedule. I did and was told that the schedule is not open yet.??? Ok. Then I got a call in March and they asked if I want to reschedule my April appointment but they don't have anything open until the end of this year

Filled out paperwork online and did the assessment and webinar and still cannot get anyone to answer the phone to schedule an appointment. I finally was able to get to talk to someone and get in. Staff were very friendly. Doctor was upfront. Best of all THEY WERE ON TIME! My appointment was at 1:30 and by that time I was in a room waiting. Doc didn't make me wait either. He was in the room within 5 minutes of vitals being taken.

Experiencia positiva: From start to finish I'm in and out of the building less than 30 minutes they are very efficient! check-in is nice and quick give it a couple of minutes they call me back take my measurables place me in my room take my vitals after that the doctor come in we talk about the plan when we are done we schedule the next visit. But from start to finish everyone is kind and courteous from check-in to check-out love that.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean, friendly and attentive staff. Dr. Sebeste, is clear and direct and tells it like it is. Which I prefer so I am not misguided. I am kind of a special case, he is fixing many problems from a previous botched procedure by another physician. Dr. Sebesta has worked miracles and is fixing and giving me my life back to what it can after others had no solutions or debilitating solutions. He is amazing and I am very grateful.

My provider Dr Blair has been and still is a very Compassionate, Knowledgeable, Experience, and Very MUCH a PROFESSIONAL DOCTOR as well as the STAFF THAT WORKS WITH HIM!! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I have trouble getting through on the phone. It is getting a bit better however!! I still would highly recommend my family and friends to Dr Blair if they want to go through the weight loss program. I have had some complications that has set my progress back alittle, but it was nothing that was caused by my surgery. I have never had a Dr give out his number for you to contact him with any questions before Dr Blair, that is how caring he is about his patients. Thank you very much to DR Blair and his Staff.
