She took the time to explain my condition in detail, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. Her knowledge and expertise in gastroenterology is clear, but what impressed me most was the compassion and genuine care she showed. The office staff was also friendly and efficient, making the whole experience smooth. I feel very confident in my care with Jaskirt and am grateful to have found such an outstanding healthcare professional.

Experiencia positiva: Doctor is fine, except she prescribed medication that was a cost to me when she could've prescribed another that would've been no cost to me. Found out too late. Cost me $60. There is a really rude guy on their staff with an Indian accent who got hysterical bcoz I had to reschedule an appointment a second time.... he kept accusing me of rescheduling a 3rd time ... his math is off and he was unpleasant .... had the gall to lecture me when I had perfectly legitimate reasons for doing so. I ended up canceling.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Dhar does not give up and does try very hard to find a solution to your problem- she spends time with you at the office to answer all you questions. Return phone calls are delayed - you have to be persistent. Office staff is kind and responsive.

Experiencia positiva: The 3 points come from inconsistent communication from doctors in between visits if needed. I want to preface that I loved my experience and found that I was seen quickly, educated on a lot of good information and shown a lot of compassion. However, as stated originally, the phone systems do not allow anyone to leave a vm and await a call back but would require me to stop multiple times throughout the day in hopes I’d get an answer from the phone. I have no problem waiting for a call back, but it does make it quite inconvenient . Secondly, there have been a number of times for certain concerns that were not followed up with even a week later. I do understand places are busy. But, those are the things I consider some barriers.

Experiencia positiva: i had a gut feeling that my canal is messedup. i called, got an appt pronto, one of the fastest for any specialist- the catch - with the PA. And i took it. such was my predicament. and also, first visit, gut issues, nothing can come out of it that i have not tried our or my primary care FTM)in the last one year unless some diagnostics are completed. And i saw an able and caring PA. She knew her game and i got my test and procedure prescriptions and my meds (prescription strength of what i have been taking for th last six months). So, my first visit, was good. PA or a specialist, same difference in my case for the first visit. then why three stars? well, thats for another day i suppose. or is it just my desi spirit - c'mon, how many of us have ever been honest in surveys. forget surveys. just honest.

Experiencia fantástica: My entire experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked into the moment I left. I felt a sense of calm after speaking with Dr. Dhar. She is truly brilliant and knows her area of expertise very well. I've never met a physician more helpful, more concerned, more knowledgeable with the added feature of warmth, kindness, and caring. I had a problem that I did not think could be solved but after visiting with her and following all of her instruction, the problem, after almost 3 months, is resolving. Thank you so much. The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable and she didn’t seem in a rush to get me out of the door and onto the next patient. The office staff was professional and communicative too. Experiencia positiva: The doctors nurses and PA’s are excellent but the office staff is just average. They don’t follow up properly and when they say they will send the prescription we have to call them atleast 3 times to get it done. Same with procedure authorization , they dont tell us what is happening we need to call them frequently to get the status.

This practice is interested in the entire health of their patients, evidenced by their overall concern for me; it was sincerely a surprising approach. I very much enjoyed working with the physicians assistant, Jazz. She is thorough, helpful, caring, and definitely an asset to this practice. Dr. Dahr was also very approachable and kind and genuinely interested in the total well being of my health. I had my first and only colonoscopy three weeks ago, and as difficult as this procedure can be, they made it as easy as possible and answered all of my questions. After the procedure, they followed up with me and let me know my results as soon as they were available. I am looking forward to working with this practice for many years to come!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Dhar and PA Jaskirt are amazing! I was under the care of a different doctor for an issue I’ve had since August 2023 that was not getting better. The other doctor had me on antibiotics for months, and my issue still persisted.. I decided to switch to Windsor Digestive health, within a week of my visit with PA Jaskirt I felt better than I had in a very long time. So happy I switched. They take the time to listen and are detailed in their answers and explanations. This team truly cares about their patients! And the office staff Wow, just wow!! The whole team including office staff are amazing and truly care. Highly Recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Dahr is a phenomenon physician who takes time to explain things in detail concerning the medical issues at hand. If medication is needed she takes time o explain those too. She's not like other doctors who rush you through in a 10 minute time frame! She understands that patients with GI issues don't feel well and does everything in her power to get you feeling better.
