Experiencia fantástica: My friend recommended this office when I was suffering from a migraine. They fit me in 45 min later and 10 minutes later my migraine was gone!!! The Dr used a gentle manipulation w an instrument and then used a laser on several areas. The Dr also noticed I had 2 ribs out of place after I mentioned I thought I had reflux , anxiety or indigestion as I was having chest pressure. I haven’t had that problem since. I’ve been seen twice more for migraines and they fit you in same day- sometimes within 30 min! My daughter came in from out of town and has had 2 adjustments to fix some issues in her upper back. I highly recommend both of the Drs here‼️ UPDATE: I had sciatica pain radiating from my lower back down my rear to my ankle and I was in a lot of pain. A few minutes later I was walking out with zero pain. After a few hours of work I felt some soreness - nothing like the last few days - went in again the next morning and I haven’t felt pain at all since. Dr said to come in a couple more times to make sure it is completely healed and so I went in and asked if there was anything that could be done for my hand as I’m having some joint and nerve pain and it was making it hard to work. He used a laser on it and the relief was amazing. I can’t recommend this office enough. They were voted Best in Johnson County this year! Don’t live with chronic pain! Just give these guys a try and you will feel so much better.

Experiencia fantástica: I had fallen while running about 2 weeks prior to this review. Over time, I wasn't able to sleep due to pain in my neck, shoulder, and arm. (I suspected a pinched nerve). Desperate, I called providers around Overland Park and Dr. Chad was able to see me the same day. I already feel a ton better! I did not get the sense that his practice does unnecessary manipulations nor do I feel they are trying to keep their patients coming in for billing purposes. The staff are wonderful. And while this issue I have is acute, I believe I'll be seeing Dr. Chad for maintenance in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: I set up my first appointment at Active Family Chiropractic after my sporadic back pain finally become serious enough to warrant more focused treatment. I went into my first appointment with a fairly skeptical attitude, having heard mixed feedback about chiropractors over the years. But after meeting with Dr. Curt Welter my concerns subsided almost immediately. His friendly personality and genuine concern for my situation (and how it was impacting the rest of my life) were pleasant surprises. During my initial visit he was able to quickly diagnose the cause of my pain with a quick x-ray. Post-diagnosis he provided me with a detailed list of exercises and stretches to perform daily, as well as recommendations on posture correction and proper sleep positioning. Within a week I began to feel improvement. I have returned for a handful of appointments spread out over the last couple of months, and overall my back pain has been reduced dramatically. Five stars. Strongly recommend.

Curt and Chad are two of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet who have so much knowledge in the chiropractic field to help you with whatever issues you may be having. Not only has the work they’ve done on my back made it feel new again but they’ve also done amazing work on my torn labrum that a doctor said will be bothering me until I have surgery. After only a couple months of seeing them my shoulder was back to as normal as it could get, without any surgical procedures. Both Dr. Welter's are truly the best at getting to the bottom of the issue of your pain and helping you eliminate it. Nothing could feel soooo good as being pain free from chronic pain! Dr. Welter's at Active Family Chiropractic has been a major life saver for me and my Family. After having surgery for Osteoarthritis in my thumb, several months later I fell breaking my wrist on that same arm. After it healed, my hand was in so much pain I couldn’t use it anymore and my wrist still felt like it was broken. Diagnosis turns’ out the radial bone healed shorter than the ulna. Dr Welter was able to manipulate the bones in my hand that had shifted relieving the pain and restoring function to my hand for which I was able to return to work. In addition to the fall was a spinal injury that ended me in the ER due to the pain for which they couldn’t do much for but give me pain pills. I returned to Dr. Welter ASAP who used his laser therapy and adjustments which has done incomprehensible relief from severe pain. My pain level was at a 10 from back and leg from the fall to near zero now. I can’t thank you enough. My sons who work our regularly and lift weights have pulled muscles and have seen Dr. Welter's for laser treatment with immediate success. They were back in the gym fast. I have even started taking my 87 year old father there today who hurt his back and it’s fused. He could hardly move and again the only thing he got from his provider was pain pills. He went home to tell my mom it’s the best he has started to feel in 2 weeks but he needs to go back, that laser felt great!! Thanks Dr Welter's for all your great care!!!
