Experiencia positiva: Just stopped in WITH MY KIDS, and completely inappropriate music is playing....is this a club? Or a place to get smoothies. It's NOT COOL. You should get this under control or you are going to lose business.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible customer service. I have allergies to a lot unfortunately but not my fault and was treated horribly. Asked about military discount and was told no very rudely. I will never ever go back. Being a local place we like to support but will not when treated like that. In Coralville there is an amazing place that has pretty similar things and uses all natural ingredients and much healthier, drive up, and great customer service.

Experiencia negativa: Continuously pushing their open times later and later so they’ve completely taken away the option to grab a smoothie before work. Workers are always annoyed to do their job and smoothies are inconsistent depending on the worker. Be careful which supplements you ask for because they will blend an entire capsule pill instead of just emptying it’s contents in the blender and you’ll be having the awful texture of plasticy feeling bits the entire time you’re drinking your smoothie.

Experiencia negativa: This was one of my favorite places to stop after the gym but it's extremely inconsistent on how good it will actually be depending on who's working. I've gotten a few cold wraps and rice bowls before. But today I got my favorite wrap and the chicken was so burnt I couldn't eat it, I went back and they did remake it but the second one was still so burnt and hard. I really regret stopping here tonight The smoothies are always good, and sometimes there's some nice people on staff. A lot of the times I feel pretty uncomfortable and feel not very welcome though At least it's good motivation to just make sure I'm packing my own protein smoothies for after the gym so I'm not stopping here

Experiencia fantástica: The smoothies are amazing. My best friend and I go at least once a week. We get the fruit smoothies so I can't speak about the other ones. But the Peach Fusion, Starburst, and Berries and Cream are my favorites.

Experiencia negativa: I agree with the gentlemen that indicated a less than welcoming staff. Honestly felt like my presence was "inconveniencing" them.. OK?? Overall it was an uncomfortable vibe, and make better smoothies with a Ninja-- won't be returning.

Experiencia fantástica: Love their smoothies for a fast, easy, healthy lunch. We just ordered one of their wraps today and that was great as well, it had a great portion of chicken, veggies, and sauce.

Experiencia fantástica: My whole family loves this place! We go quite a bit especially in the summer time for something refreshing! Also a perfect place to eat if you aren't super hungry but need to. The food is delicious!

Experiencia negativa: For a company that requires customers to wear a mask, why doesn’t that apply to the workers there? At first I thought this was an isolated incident, so I went again. Both times the staff are there without masks, while also handling the smoothies i’m paying money for. It also seems like there is an attitude in the store when you walk in. They act like it’s a burden that someone came in. Not to mention if you have any questions about additives, they seem very unwilling to help and explain. Are we gate keeping smoothies now?

Experiencia negativa: Edit - April 2019 - Still have not been back into Nutri Smoothie- They lost a customer. Original Post - March 2019Going Down Hill Fast. I used to love this place- came here twice a week for lunch. But lately, they are out of everything - they haven't served salads in over a month because they are out of salad bowls and I stopped in there today to find half the menu crossed out and several ingredients no longer available. I then received my smoothie to find it not made correctly. Its clearly missing ingredients. It tastes like straight banana. I've had these smoothies enough to know what they taste like and I wish I could take the one that was made for me today BACK. Clearly, they don't want to stay in business long. I'm done coming here. I've been completely annoyed with this place for over a month now every time I stop in. Rude employees also - no customer service or friendliness AT ALL.

Experiencia negativa: Good wraps and good smoothies but the lady at the register clearly hated her job. No eye contact and was clearly annoyed by us ordering. Didn’t even receive a thank you.

Experiencia negativa: I've gone there twice and both times the employees have been unfriendly. The smoothies are great but I mean no eye contact, obvious annoyance a customer was in asking them to do their jobs, and no "Thank you" or anything remotely friendly. I'm just going to have to find another place where I'm not anxious to walk in.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love coming here. The wraps, shakes, and staff is awesome! I prefer this one over the one across town. They give me great advice and most definitely is the highlight of my day coming here.

Experiencia positiva: I work really close, and love the smoothies as a lunch! But they have a new person that started working there and they don't fill the smoothie cups up all the way :( I'm paying almost $5 a smoothie, I feel like the cup should be full.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome place! I was driving through town for work and stop at FedEx next door and are here while waiting for prints. I had honey mustard wrap with smoothie (can't remember which one) but delicious. The wrap did not have a ton of sauce like so many other places, smoothie wasn't too sweat and everything priced well. Highly recommend and look forward to coming back next time in town.

Experiencia positiva: Great Smoothies and the Wraps are pretty good. However, I think it's rather interesting that they do NOT provide nutrition facts on their menu items. You'd think this would be a given since the whole idea of the business is to provide health conscious items, and most of the people that shop/eat here are into health and/or fitness.

Experiencia negativa: Been going here for years, hired completely new people that make awful smoothies! Go to the Blairs ferry one! I promise you'll wish you did! And manager tried selling me protein for $40 when the price tag said $32.99. Yeah great deal. Jerk.
