The environment is very pleasant and calming. You feel better just walking in. The work space cleanliness was excellent. The appointments were never long. Dr Alex was very professional while I receive my treatment. He knows his profession extremely well! He deserves 10 stars! The work staff was always pleasant and very friendly. They always greeted me with a smile and they were very informative. I cannot recommend visiting Dr. Alex enough! You will not regret it!

I am a jeweler by trade and my neck and wrist were hurting over the holidays from all the extra work This therapy along with everything else he does has made a tremendous difference for my wrist, knee and neck. This guy is a magician and I challenge anyone with anything wrong to visit him first!

Now that I have been back in Atlanta for the last five years I am back to my normal visit schedule. It has become not only a family affair going to Dr. Alex, but I must have also referred no fewer than a dozen neighbors, colleagues, and friends who also seek his services regularly. Dr. Alex has an amazing calming effect on his patients and goes above and beyond what a normal chiropractor might do. Dr. Alex spends the time you need with him and doesn’t treat you like a mere number within a factory of “get ‘em in and get ‘em out (as fast as you can)” like most other chiropractors. If you need an adjustment and electro-stim, he can easily do it. If you need acupuncture, cupping or other wellness-specific treatment he can also do it or point you in the right direction. His office staff and of course his massage therapists are also not surprisingly top notch! Talent seeks talent and I will continue to refer Dr. Alex to anyone seeking relief. Experiencia negativa: I heard good things about this place and went in for my first appointment today. Drove over 40 miles for a massage and alignment. Got there and the front desk tells me that they are sorry and the chiropractor is not there today and they can’t render any services as a new patient. So I wasted time and money that I can’t get back because the front desk who took my appointment did not explain this to me while we were on the phone. Her is excuse was “sorry I didn’t get your number while we were on the phone”. She didn’t get anything but my name and the time I wanted to come in. Very unprofessional like. Any doctors office I schedule an appt for takes all of my information. The kicker is my Bf scheduled an appt right after me and they told him the chiropractor isn’t in but they can give him the massage via insurance. But couldn’t offer me anything after wasting my time and told me I would have to pay out of pocket for a massage and they couldn’t take my insurance. Inconsistent information. A trip to this place caused my body more stress than it was already in. I will never return to give this place any business.
