Experiencia fantástica: I have been working out at LMI Fitness for over 6 months now and joining LMI has been by far the best decision I have taken to improve my overall fitness and health. The place is equipped with everything you need for a holistic crossfit workout - large clean floor space, weights, bars, cardio equipments, rope and much more. What makes this place special is the vibe and Like Minded Individuals rooting for each others success. The weekly routine is dynamic and carefully crafted by Steve. He ensures the sessions are super fun and safe for everyone. All other coaches are super knowledgeable and committed to our growth. I have to give John a special shout out for being instrumental in teaching me the right form for each exercise/ movement. His attention to detail is second to none and under his supervision I feel confident to push my limits. To summarize, it's such a happy place, I look forward to work out here each day which has lead to consistency and has positively impacted my overall health and well being. Strongly recommend LMI to anyone who wish to take their fitness to the next level.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic facility with incredibly kind and welcoming people. I recently attended a seminar here and was greeted enthusiastically by the owner. Throughout the weekend, I interacted with a few members of the staff who were also in attendance of the seminar. They were knowledgeable and courteous, exactly the kind of people you’d want coaching at a fitness facility. I left the seminar feeling impressed with the space and those that worked in it, this place has my recommendation.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined LMI Fitness a year ago, and it has proven to be a fantastic decision! I joined because I felt like I was losing control of my own health and fitness since having kids, and was discontent with how sluggish I felt all the time. I tried a lot of other gyms and programs that didn't work for me. I have absolutely loved LMI fitness, and feel healthier than I have in a long time. Even though it is hard, I look forward to the workouts- they are adaptable to any fitness level, and all of the coaches are fantastic. I really appreciate that each day that I come in, the coach of that day always asks me, "how are you doing? Is anything hurting?" If there is anything that doesn't feel right, the coach immediately recommends some sort of adapted workout that is right for me on that day. The people are friendly, and it is a really great community and enviroment. I would recommend LMI fitness to anyone!

There are modifications for every injury so don’t let an injury stop You! I have belonged to several Gyms over the years and none beats this one for a personalized approach.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with these coaches and community of members has changed my life. My balance, flexibility, and strength have improved so much, and my health is better. I have had MS for over 30 years, and these coaches make fitness attainable for all, regardless of where you are starting from, what issues you have, or what setbacks come up. I was as active as possible before I found LMI Fitness, but my workouts on my own or in classes never matched the consistency provided by the programming at LMI Fitness. After 5 years with this supportive group, my body itself looks so different. I show up and I get results. I can even see my level of fitness on bloodwork, my HDL is so high!

From weight loss, strength training, and even gymnastics; they were able to guide me in all my goals. They are such a supportive community and provide above and beyond care for each of their members. If you want a place where everyone knows your name and checks on you, this is the place to be. I highly recommend this gym if your are trying to claw your way out of a sedentary lifestyle. I started out at zero and now feel that I can say I live an active lifestyle. Thank you guys!

Experiencia fantástica: I attended LMI fitness over summer break and had a refreshingly wonderful experience from start to finish. I had been to other gyms before that came off a lot more competitive and less thoughtful about their members. Before starting any classes or paying anything, I was required to do a physical assessment to make sure I would not get hurt while working out here. LMI offers personal training, remote training, and nutritional counseling, but the premier experience is their group classes. The workouts are scalable so each person can do variants of each workout to align with their skill level. John, one of the coaches, would make rounds during each workout checking on everyone and just being generally encouraging. Because of this, the class attracts all manner of people. Every class I felt welcomed, encouraged, and challenged. Steve and John were awesome, and I cannot recommend LMI enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I reached out to LMI Fitness 4 months ago because I was feeling a bit low, I wasn’t exercising at all which is not my norm, my motivation was nil. I wanted someone to help me find my drive again. I started out with a personal trainer and that helped me stay accountable to my scheduled appointments. Anna was definitely a motivating factor for me to go to the gym. She made the workouts fun for me, they were never the same so it was never boring, and the one on one time talking about life and struggles made it feel very therapeutic. She had me transition into the group classes which intimidated me a bit. It is such a supportive community! Everyone is helpful and encouraging, the coaches pay attention to detail and teach you what you need to know and check your form. And it is NEVER boring! Steve and Anna take the time to check in with everyone when they come through. I don’t live in Colorado, I’m here for work, so my membership is temporary. Honestly, if I were to decide to change my residence to this area, this gym would play a big factor in that decision. I’m grateful to the community at LMI for helping me out of my slump and becoming an important part of my Denver experience. I’ll miss them when I leave!

Experiencia fantástica: Me and my daughter started coming into the gym for personal training sessions about a month ago. We both got pretty out of shape and decided it was time to get healthy again. The staff are very good at what they do. Anna and Steve are both very nice ppl and dedicated to helping their clients achieve their goals. The workout is at a good pace we can both keep up with while giving us a good sweat. I highly recommend.

The community atmosphere is excellent and Anna and Steve are awesome coaches/ owners. Their attention to detail with form and technique is at a level I do not see at other gyms. Experiencia fantástica: I chose this gym based off the positive reviews on google. I wanted to step up my workouts and was getting bored with my routine at a conventional gym. Prior to starting CrossFit, I was intimidated and didn’t know what to expect. From my very first day the owners, Anna and Steve have met me where I’m at and worked with me to push me mentally and physically. They cover the basis of nutrition, training, flexibility and recovery which I feel are the keys to progressing as an athlete. The community at the gym is also very welcome and supportive. I started December 2018 and this gym has become a new home for me. I look forward to coming here after my work day not only for the workout, but to be apart of the community! I definitely have seen a positive difference in my body and I can’t wait to see where I will be in a year of training at this gym. I love this place!

Truly one of my best drop-in experiences across the country. Genuine Crossfit with very on point coaching and friendly atmosphere. I will definitely take some of the cues I received home with me. Not overly Reebok-icized, just Crossfit as it was meant to be. And they didn't charge me an arm and a leg either! Definitely will be back on my next work trip to the area.
