Experiencia fantástica: One of the best two mom and pop pharmacy’s I’ve ever been to (other one is out of state from NY I relocated to NC a couple years ago and after trying a couple big chains where the employees don’t go out of there way to get to know you or your name or care on a personal, while being professional, kind, and working with my lack of insurance (they don’t take GoodRx so my one prescription is a bit higher than chain pharmacy’s like CVS, Walgreens, etc…). The level of attention to detail, care, getting to know my name and face as well as my husband and older child (who picks up prescriptions too sometimes) and the remarkable amount of time was memorable and remarkable. I’m treated as an individual not a number which matters to me and the little details they learn to make you feel comfortable and welcome they never yell out your prescriptions they are very discreet and professional which in my experience seems to be a lost art. The ladies that worked there when we were looking at houses and decided to stop in at the local stores to see if the town was a fit for us because I wanted to be in Charlotte originally but couldn’t find a combination of grade schools with high enough ratings to commit to living in a city plus this being a small town was airing to my husband but an apprehension for me. They were the first & closest store we popped into after looking at a house a couple doors down from them. The ladies that work the counter told us about Mount Holly history and the stores history they were the first southerners that felt genuinely nice and with the southern charm I had hoped to experience in the south. We bought our kids some candies and though we did visit several other downtown establishments and shops that day after going to the pharmacy I was finally sold on moving to Mount Holly and not Charlotte I loved the house we had found to rent at that time & everything including my children’s schools were all in close walking distance. Had we not had the experience we had at this pharmacy that day I don’t think we would have moved here. My husbands job which we moved here mostly for was also walking distance and a wonderful church and there are many in this small town. I fires my biggest compliment is they made us feel welcome and like we were home! Especially since my husband and I left all our family on both sides in NY and all our friends and that can feel intimidating so I’m so grateful for having gone there and though I moved a town over and a 24 minute drive with many pharmacy’s big and small I between I still chose to come here and will be a life time customer because of there exceptional service authenticity and welcoming approach! I can’t say enough good things about all the ladies that work here!

We made the switch from Walgreens after being with them for years, the only regret we have with this move is we didn’t make the switch sooner. We’re so blessed with this location. Every time I call I receive amazing customer service, I speak with Erin most of the time. She is so helpful and polite, she has wonderful customer service over the phone. Every staff member in person treats you like family every time you walk in, you truly do get the small town vibe at this pharmacy. I’m thankful to have a team we can trust with our needs.

The Moose paks have helped us tremendously!! We love them and we love Moose Pharmacy we live 30 minutes away but it’s worth it to have them as our pharmacy !!

Experiencia positiva: The only issue I had with this pharmacy was with one employee who apparently has some “small town” attitude towards me…otherwise every other employee was awesome. I wanted to confirm was one particular employee. The owner and all other employees, especially Tia have went above and beyond with customer service.

Experiencia negativa: I went to this pharmacy to pick up geritol which by the way they told me they would hold both bottles. There was an older Caucasian american lady at the counter. When I came in she kept staring at me as though I had done something wrong. When I informed her that I was there to purchase geritol that was put on hold for me and it was 2 bottles. Pam was her name. She took 1 and put it behind the counter and she then she stated " we should save some for someone else" but they were already put on hold for me. I felt racially profiled by Pam when I came in and the fact that the items were on hold for me abd she wouldn't sell me both hold items although there was no limit was NOT good customer service. I will be complaining to consumer affairs as well as I will nvr do business here again.

Everyone genuinely seems to care for you and goes above and beyond. It’s rare these days to find a place that gives you the “warm and fuzzies”. I’ll definitely be coming back and using Moose Pharmacy for my medication needs moving forward.

Experiencia fantástica: The pharmacists at Moose Pharmacy are amazing. I had trouble getting my insurance to pre-authorize a very expensive prescription. The pharmacists not only helped but kept me updated. It feels really good knowing that a pharmacy has my back. Prescriptions are a big deal and Moose understands the struggles and go out of their way to help. I never got this at CVS, Walgreens, etc. I am just a prescription number to those pharmacies - but at Moose, I am treated like a person.

Experiencia fantástica: Today my son needed Tamiflu. Walgreens informed us they were "out of stock and awaiting shipment nationwide." We were then informed to call pharmacies and find it ourselves. Tamiflu's effectiveness is best within 24-48 hrs. I called Moose Pharm and spoke to Tina. She not only had Tamiflu, but offered to call Walgreens herself for a prescription transfer, since faxes take hours for a response and they closed at 1:00 (Saturday). She then called less than 30 minutes later to tell me it was filled and ready for pick up! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Tina.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my COVID booster in store and the staff was very cordial and helpful. Had the shot within 10 minutes from arrival and sat for 15 min after injection and I was out the door!! I recommend this pharmacy!!

Experiencia negativa: My mom could only find this one pharmacy in our area that could get one certain prescription she really needs. They filled it for her for months and then all of a sudden they wanted her to switch all of her prescriptions from the pharmacy she has used for over 30 years, to them. Their reason, the distributor said they couldn't bring it to the pharmacy unless my mom done this. We had heard from others that this pharmacy would try to get you to switch all of your prescriptions to them after a while but we ignored the warnings that were given. After speaking to numerous others pharmacies, they said that they cannot force you to switch to a different pharmacy and that the distributor has nothing to do with that it's up to the pharmacy. Really disappointed in this pharmacy! Especially after the "such kind people" and "hometown hospitality" reviews praised them!

TO MAKE SURE IT WAS A REAL SCRIPT!!!!! WELL AFTER THAT I JUST GOT IT AND SAID I'D NEVER EVER EVER EVER BE BACK!!!!! WELL LAST MONTH MARCH 29TH 2019 I CALLED AND ASKED IF THEY HAD MY 1 MED IN B.C. MY USUAL PHARMACY IS ON BACK ORDER UNTIL THE END OF MAY.... WELL THE GIRL SAID THEY DID SO I DROVE ALL THE WAY THERE TO GET THEM FILLED AND THE PHARMACIST STARTED QUESTIONING ME AS TO WHAT ALL MEDS DO I GET AND THAT FROM NOW ON SHE WOULD LIKE ALL MY BUSINESS AND NOT JUST 1 SCRIPT.... WELL ONCE AGAIN THIS MONTH I HAD TO GO BACK DOWN THERE TO GET MY MEDS AND SHE REFUSED TO FILL THEM AND TOLD ME THAT SHE TOLD ME LAST MONTH THAT SHE WON'T FILL JUST 1 SCRIPT THAT SHE WILL FILL ALL MY MEDS OR NONE AT ALLLLL!!!!!! SHE THEN TOLD ME THAT I AM COSTING HER PHARMACY TO MUCH MONEY BY JUST GETTING 1 SCRIPT FILLED AND THAT SHE WASN'T GOING TO FILL IT THAT I NEEDED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE B.C. SHE'S MONEY HUNGRY AND WAYYYYYYYYYY WAYYYYYYYYYY WAYYYYYYYYYY OVER CHARGES FOR SCRIPTS...... AMAZINGLY SHE CHARGES 600$ FOR A SCRIPT WHEN I CALL OTHER PLACES AND THEY ARE ANYWHERE FROM 200-300$..... TAKE MY WORD OF ADVICE AND DON'T DO BUSINESS THERE ESPECIALLY IF U NEED A MEDICATION AND THEY ARE THE ONLY 1S THAT HAVE IT BUT YET REFUSE TO FILL IT B.C. U DON'T GET ALLLL UR MEDS THERE!!!!!!!
