Experiencia fantástica: I came to Destiny, because I was in a car accident, 2 years ago. I had several herniated disc’s and I was no longer able to do exercises that I was previously able to do. I loved lifting weights and found myself depressed that I could no longer do what I enjoyed. It took months of rehab and acupuncture to finally be somewhat functional. I started using the peloton bike, which I love, but it’s not going to give me the results and flexibility I need. So, I ventured out and found Destiny. I’ve been with her for about 10-12 sessions and OMG what a difference. I was very tight everywhere and on session 3 I felt like a different person. I could twist, my shoulders are relaxing, I’m more aware of my breathing. I’m just so so very happy I found her. Life changing!!! I just love her positive vibes and thankful that I found her.

Destiny is exactly that person and more! She’s been so helpful, always teaching me something new and keeping me on my toes while pushing me at a rate that is difficult, but still doable. In the past I’d plateau with working out because my joints would start to hurt from doing exercises incorrectly. Experiencia fantástica: Destiny changed my life. Last year I was diagnosed with severe sciatica and basically little to zero flexibility. It hurt to get out of a chair. I was 81 years old or young. Destiny started our journey together with yoga. She is professional and is so patient. She reviewed where I was at health wise and diet. I was also afraid to fall as I felt I could not get up by myself so we also work on my balance. I now can get on the mat (rather clumsy) but never the less I am no longer afraid. About a 18months ago, I fell and injured my foot and ankle while training for a marathon. The doctor told me that I should never run again. Needless to say, I was devastated because running is my passion. With all of Destiny’s knowledge about body mechanics and nutrition, she slowly and carefully got be back to running again.
