Initially went due to some severe spinal crookedness, due to pulled muscles and a damaged L5 vertebrae, but their help didn't stop there. They were incredibly helpful for my OCD resurgence. The first time I dealt with this, it lasted years. This time, it only lasted a few months, and I believe the wonderful people at Oasis are a huge part of the reason why. If you're okay with it, they'll even pray over you for anything and everything. Honestly, couldn't ask for any better healthcare for body, mind, and soul.

After being on it for 6 months I could barely lift my arms over my head. So I went to see this very handsome chiropractor who I heard could help me with a lifestyle change. I signed up for his metabolic bootcamp and started learning about the filthy foods and toxic environment I had been indulging in all my life. I learned how to read ingredient labels on foods, plastics, lotions, etc that were poisoning my system little by little. I started using his blends and eating cleaner. 6 months later I went back to my Dr and to his amazement I had lost over 30 pounds and was no longer in need of cholesterol meds... 10 years later and still no meds! Experiencia fantástica: In October 2011, I was a 35 year old mom of four, including a 6 month old. Since the birth of my baby, my body had not been able to "reset" so to speak. I was doing what I knew to do--exercise, healthy diet, etc., but my BP would not come down and stay down. I ended up in the ER and then in the care of a cardiologist who finally said I had no option but to begin BP meds which meant I would need to stop nursing. I asked the cardiologist if I could have 30 days to try this thing I had heard of-- Dr. Tom's Metabolic Boot camp. If that didn't help, I promised I would follow his recommendations. He agreed to let me try, and I began my first boot camp cycle on November 4, 2011. Within 2 weeks, my BP was consistently 120/80. By the end of the 30 days the cardiologist allowed me, I was consistently seeing numbers that averaged 110/70. I could not believe it! I learned through boot camp that unstable blood sugar was causing was my other issues. As a nursing mom, I was depleted. I was crashing overnight. I learned how to properly give my body what it needed. Boot camp balanced my body and kept me from going on medication. My energy improved. My sleep improved. Six years later I still refer to my boot camp notes on a regular basis. I highly recommend Metabolic Boot Camp to anyone who wants to improve their overall health.
