Experiencia fantástica: My consultation went effortlessly & no pressure while meeting with Karen. She took the time to answer my many questions & never once did I feel the need to make an immediate decision on what was recommended. I gave her a timeline of when I would want my procedure, and she worked diligently to make it perfect for that timing. Amber was also a great help. She started off my journey there with a gentleness that put me at ease. She helped with finding me post-operative care & has guided me through what is to come.

Experiencia negativa: UPDATE; these people are epic. Thanks for confirming how screwed up you truly are. Dont become the victim of this place. I know i won't be stepping foot in their door. I call to ask a question and second thing they ask for was my phone number. I ask if I can ask a question before giving any more information about myself and I was told ,"No". So they can't even talk to me without my phone number. I'm willing to bet there's plenty of other places that would be glad to answer a couple questions before giving any personal information. I wouldn't go this place on a bet.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a consultation in the Anaheim office, the receptionist was very nice very professional very efficient. I met with the consultant she was very nice as well, very professional and very right to the point. I appreciated that, upon examination she was very upfront very thorough about what to expect what not to expect. She told me exactly what type of fat could be removed via their process. She showed me areas On my body that if I was gonna do it, I should do it before I got any older because of recovery and skin elasticity. It made sense to me. I understood it and I felt good about it. Just doing the consultation, reassured me that I was in the right place getting the right information. I would highly recommend getting a consultation with this location.

Experiencia negativa: The guy at the reception desk was extremely nice , I’m excluding him from this complaint. I don’t understand if a new client has an appointment for 9:45 am . Why do I have to wait over a hour to been seen for a consultation. The consultant came out of her office with the clients ,prior to me waiting over a hour to be helped , she then proceeded to take the receptionist in her office to discuss a issue , in which I had to wait much longer to be seen , but she never acknowledged the fact , she would be right with me or sorry for the wait !! I have a work schedule, I can’t wait in the office all morning. No kind of consideration, so I left !!!

Experiencia fantástica: Was easy to make an appointment online for the consultation. The ladies at the office were really nice. We reviewed my areas of concern and went over the process. I didn’t feel pressured to sign up right then and there. Was able to go home and discuss with my family.Decided to go ahead and book my treatment. After my procedure, I returned to the office for treatments and the ladies there always make sure I’m comfortable or if I need anything.

Both Fabiola and Jamila were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions Jamila was very nice and shared her own experience with the procedure. She let me look through many pictures of previous patients. She put me at ease during my appointment. I now have a lot of information to consider. I was really impressed that they were not pressuring me to sign up to have it done, as some of the previous reviews I read mentioned. I went in with an open mind, and now I just need to think hard about it before I make the right decision for me.

Experiencia negativa: Reception was nice, consultant seemed very pushy and irritated that I could not schedule a surgery immediately. I felt like a number that couldn't be made for the month. Not the best feeling when considering a pricey medical procedure. Will most likely look elsewhere to have my procedures done for the time frame I need to fit into my life's schedule. Was also sent an email and text to give feedback but after I completed it, I wasn't able to submit it. I assume this was because I didn't have five stars to give.

Experiencia negativa: The 1 star is for the receptionist who was very friendly, courteous and professional. She let me know Jamila ( consultant) was running behind, her previous appointment had taken more time than expected . I said no problem, I understand and didn’t mind waiting a few minutes. After 20 min. Jamina came to get me, she apologized and then sat in her chair and started typing for 10min. I asked if she was typing about me and she said she was answering emails. She told me her emails were very important and she needed to reply. I sat for another 5 min. She finally got around to me and we talked briefly, I told her what I wanted done, she told me what I needed to get done. I told her no, this is what I want. She then sat and started typing for another few minutes, I asked if she was typing about me. She said she was replying to her emails. I then Got up and left. I understand Jamina has a lot going on but she needs to manage her time more effectively. Her lack of empathy and disrespect showed me she didn’t value my time. she obviously needs to learn time management and learn her priorities. A client in front of you is a priority. I felt very disrespected. Jamina didn’t value my time as much as hers. She is a reflection of her company and if this is how this company treats future patients, I would not recommend anyone to do business with them.

Experiencia negativa: Like other bad reviews, yes very unprofessional. Made me waited for 40 minutes without any updates. No one in the office accept for one or two persons. It seems like they just a referring potential patients to the real doctor. Made you fill out alot of information. Make sure you do not provide your birthday and social security number until they actually let you see the doctor. You are not going to see any doctor on your first visit for a real consultation. First step is already disappointed. Would you trust or risk your body for this type of service from them? Not me for sure!

Experiencia fantástica: My consultant jamelia was very personal and professional leaving me absolutely comfortable with the process .I have never been felt so confident about this process before. She was wonderful and kind in explaining leaving me ready to schedule my surgery.

Experiencia negativa: Had a an appt for consult and office call to reschedule for later time which was fine. On day of consult I arrived at 2pm appt time, waited till 3pm when I had to ask receptionist how much longer.. she couldn't tell me what was my ETA. So I patiently waited another half hour. It is now 330pm. So had been waiting for 1.5 hours and had not been seen. Again I asked receptionist why is my appointment time being delayed. She could not tell me how much longer I have to wait or reason for delayed. I ended leaving without being seen. It was very unprofessional of the businesses to treat their customers and disrespectful of my time.

I walked around the entire 17th floor, trying to find the office, in vain. This was mad more difficult because I am an invalid. Needless to say, I won't be going back!

She was very informative of everything that I had questions about and I was all set up to do my surgery that I had dreamed about. on the very day I was going to go into the office I received some very bad news and it hit me financially very hard style is an able to keep my appointment with Sono Bello I called and spoke with jamela and she was sincerely saddened that I was not going to come in but also was very supportive it's exactly what I needed to hear at the moment. Experiencia fantástica: The staff are friendly & courteous. I was skeptical at first of the procedure I’m going to undergo but after talking to Dr. Hsu, I feel confident I’m in good hand.

Experiencia negativa: I find them to be very unorganized, I setup an appointment for 2:30 at their Orange location in California and I showed up on time at 2:20. The office didn’t look like a Doctor’s office, it was one of those shared offices, this was the first redflag! I sat there at the front reception for over 30 minutes until finally someone from the back showed up and walked me to the back office. The office was maybe 300 sqf with an exam room and a small reception and TV. They had me complete a questioner, took about 5 minutes and then I waited for 60 minutes. I finally asked the reception lady what is going on and she told me it would be 20 more minutes! Since I had a conf call I had to leave after waiting for so long, as though my time wasn’t important at all! She asked me if I wanted to reschedule, I asked her, would you? She had nothing to say! Do yourself a favor and go see a real plastic surgeon instead of a drive by lipo setup. By the way, never saw a doctor there the whole time I sat there, there was just a sales lady and a receptionist.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in for my initial consultation with Jamila Meharich in Anaheim on 9-10-19. We talked about the surgery I was interested in and she gave me all the info and price. Everything was agreed upon. On 9-11-19 I went for my pre-op in Ontario. Upon meeting with my doctor I was told that to get the results I was looking for I would need surgery on not 1 area, hips, but 2 areas, hips AND waist! Needless to say I was not very happy as this was not the way it was explained in my initial consultation. The representative that accompanied the doctor sensed that I was not very happy and I told her that I was going to cancel the procedure as I was not going to get the results I wanted. She excused herself and returned a few minutes later and informed me that she had contacted Jamila and everything had been straightened out and I was told that I would be receiving both areas at no extra cost to me!!!! I am not sure who’s decision this was but I was very surprised to say the least!!!! It is very rare these days to get this type of customer service anywhere!!!! I want to thank all the people involved in this including Jamila and Veronika in Anaheim and the all the staff at the Ontario site including my doctor. We look forward to getting my surgery in two weeks!!!!!! GREAT customer service!!!!! Thank you everyone!!!
