Experiencia fantástica: Being a mama of three littles under the age of 5 years old, being sick is something that is constant and exhausting. After years of multiple rounds of ear tubes and never ending trips to get a "stronger antibiotic" to try and kick ear infections we needed a change. A friend recommended us to see these ladies after we hit an ear infection with our 6 month old that wouldn't resolve with two rounds of antibiotics. After seeing these sweet ladies and being educated more about how our tiny humans' nervous systems being out of alignment can truly effect their health we were amazed. We have been able to avoid tubes for our youngest (so far) for the last 4 months and look forward to getting out for sick cycle that is TX allergies/ sick season. We are so grateful and truly enjoy seeing any and all of these ladies! HIGHLY recommend.

This was my first time utilizing the services of a professional chiropractor so I was a bit apprehensive. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Nicole. She was most pleasant and a joy to work with. She explained each procedure and why she was going to take the actions she was taking. I cannot say enough for her results! I started seeing her around 30 weeks into my second pregnancy and wow did she prepare my body for labor and keep me comfortable until 41 weeks with a 10lb baby. She is very skilled at what she does but also just a great human. I was a little nervous about seeing a chiropractor for the first time but she’s incredibly kind and thorough. Everyone in the office is very warm and welcoming as well. Great experience!

Dr. Nicole the owner the warmest soul and made me feel right at home and cared for on my initial appointment. I have been seeing Dr. Christina almost weekly for my pregnancy and WOW she is literally my angel on earth. She has made this pregnancy so much more bearable with her incredible adjustments and muscle work. She also has GREAT resources. My fav part of the appointments is the little neck massage she does with the Do Terra Deep Blue. I look forward to our weekly appointments and her sweet smile and calm demeanor. Ya'll after just 1 appointment, she literally made my skin looking the BEST it has looked in years. I was struggling with such awful cystic acne and with her facials and incredible product recommendations, I haven't had a single break out!!! I love how everything is natural and pregnancy safe too. Experiencia fantástica: We have been going to Grounded Wellness for the last two years and have had nothing but amazing experiences. Our youngest has Down syndrome and chronically has had fluid in his ear/ chronic ear infections since he was born. We have been able to clear every ear infection with chiropractic care. He also had an abnormal hearing test from the chronic fluid when he was 6 months old. Just recently we went for a repeat and completely normal hearing test with no fluid in his ear. Only change was our constant chiropractic care. We are beyond thankful for Dr. Nicole and Dr. Margie and what they mean to our family!

Experiencia fantástica: I started going about a month or so ago after having our now 18 months old twins and knowing my hips were all wonky. Dr. Margie welcomed me in with the kindest and sweetest smile, listened to my history of a former runner and mama of 3 little ones and worked her magic. What’s her magic you ask? Well, she scanned my back and talked about where the stress areas were and we came up with a game plan. She used the most gentle touch to adjust my back, hips and neck I have ever had. It left me feeling taller and stretched out to the point that my husband asked “are you getting taller?” I am 37 I am definitely not growing taller anyways haha! anyways I was so impressed I brought my three kids to her and she could tell my son had just started walking, what ear my oldest daughter had an ear infection in, and that my daughter (twin sister of my son) had been breech. She did the best and IMO the cutest adjustment to all three kids and cleared up all the congestion that my twins had been carrying with them all season long. Her knowledge, level of professionalism, and true concern for her client as a WHOLE, is unmatched. I also recently started to see Dr. Margie for acupuncture for knee pain as well as eye inflammation. I have been treated by Dr. Nicole through both of my pregnancies and believe I had such an amazing birthing experience because of her treatment. I had terrible round ligament pain with baby 2 and pubic synthesis pain! Her adjustments made life changing differences for me. I was able to get in and out of my car more easily, take walks regularly and stay active with my toddler. Additionally, I believe with baby 1 that my epidural success was due to a perfectly aligned spine and that my labor was so easy due to pelvic alignment (2 pushes! That was it!)! Both pregnancies, my babies were in perfect vertex position. I am so happy with my treatments and highly recommend Dr. Nicole! All my mama friends go to her as well!

I was able to get my little one off of her reflux medicine after about a month of adjustments. As she's gotten older, regular adjustments have even helped her to sleep better and finally roll over. I had horrible back pain from sitting with bad posture all day and after a few sessions the pain was GONE. As a fellow health care professional I would highly recommend her. She is professional, provides excellent care and is truly passionate about helping others. Her office is clean, her technology is superb, and scheduling with her is effortless. I drive an hour to come and see her because she takes the time to get to know her patients and I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my back or neck! She is my Chiropractor for life.
