Experiencia fantástica: Everything about my first ever MLD appointment with Lisa was excellent! I felt seen, heard, and cared for from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Nothing was rushed or forced. Just a fantastic experience all around. This office is extremely clean, modern, and cozy in downtown Trenton. My appointment was very relaxing and informative which is an incredible combo to leave with. Lisa’s many years of experience paired with her medical credentials and knowledge is truly incredible. I can tell she absolutely cares about what she does, why she does it, and who she helps. I read her about me and knew she would be an excellent choice for this and I’m glad to say I was right! I left feeling immediate results and plan on returning for a follow up soon. I recommend MLD with Lisa for anyone looking to be educated on MLD and helped with such great care! Thanks so much Lisa!

Experiencia fantástica: I came in because I have a lot of pain in my hips especially when walking! It’s been a week since my appointment and I just cannot believe the difference. I had very little pain this week which is a huge difference. I had done 2 months of physical therapy and the pain did not reduce like it did after seeing Lindsey just once. I’m not exaggerating! If you have pain in your hips, you’ve got to get some massage THERAPY!

My session was booked with Melissa Whittaker. I believe she has moved on, but I had been planning to book another appointment soon. She was amazing and professional. I felt so much relief that I hadn't felt with messages at other facilities in the past. I would love to try some of their other services like Acupuncture. I will definitely be booking another message soon and check out the new facility.

Not only is it relaxing but my body and muscles feel so much better. On top of that they started offering ear acupuncture which has helped with overall mood and disposition. The experience was great and I scheduled a 2nd massage for 4 weeks later.

Experiencia negativa: Edit as of 12-March-2024 This review was posted during the time frame it occurred, however it somehow was not published. Based upon my "blacklisitng" it seemed likely the business somehow hid the post - hence the repost. I did reach out to management (Lindsey) regarding the "blacklisting" and was told to go elsewhere - which is what I have done. I have that email as well. Regardless of the date it was published, the facts are the facts. Cheers I have been a client here for many years - like 5 years if I recall correctly. Amanda has been great, tipped her graciously, however had an issue recently when I arrived for my appointment. Amanda appeared to be sick - stuffy nose and blowing her nose throughout the massage and a waste basket full of used kleenex. She never once mentioned being sick, having "allergies" or that she even tested negative for a cold, flu or covid. I got sick the very next day. Reached out to Amanda and no response - even the following day. I then reached out to the owner Lindsey. Lindsey was very apologetic and agreed with me:: "I understand your stance completely. These points have been addressed and it has been reiterated that transparency is expected. Lindsey Zulewski, LMT " Lindsey even refunded my fees. Today, I attempted to book an appointment, on-line as they mandate, with a different therapist. I was unable to book the appointment and reached out to Lindsey, the owner, for help. As I presumed, Lindsey "Blacklisted" me. Lindsey further stated I am unable to book any appointments with any of the therapists. Lindsey's rationale was I left some negative comments regarding my experience with Amanda - however this is untrue. Lindsey even agreed my experience with Amanda was indeed negative. "We strive for high customer satisfaction and seeing that you had such a negative experience" I am only now publishing this info because of the passive - aggressive nature of Lindsey "Blacklisting" me without cause - especially given the fact Lindsey agreed with everything I said about my negative experience with Amanda and her supposed "Allergies" Extremely unprofessional of Lindsey.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently met Lindsey and she told me about ear acupuncture and how it can help with addiction, and the clinics she runs where I could try it. Keeping an open mind, I came in over the weekend (early March '24). This was my first attempt ever with acupuncture and it was an easy and relaxing experience. However, the results were a pleasant surprise. I didn't have any expectations, but found that I was not clinging to my phone like normal. It's like it became an after thought instead of something I constantly reach for. Also, I tend to drink a LOT of coffee and this has severely curbed my cravings. Only a few days after trying it, I'm definitely a believer!

She had great energy, her room was relaxing. She let me choose from some oils to enhance my experience. I had an amazing experience. She got me into a deep peaceful state. I experienced such a feeling of relaxation days after my appointment. Lots of new energy that has lasting effects. I'll definitely be back.
