Experiencia negativa: DO NOT JOIN THIS HEALTH CLUB!!!!!! After being a member for two years I decided to cancel my membership the problem is its August and the buyout thing resets every year and mine was January. That means you can only cancel your membership once a year without paying. I couldve understood if I didn't make the whole first year but for that to reset every year is a scam. Go join planet fitness better machines and they wont charge you $502 to cancel your memebership.

Experiencia fantástica: So glad I found this gem. The staff is so nice and accommodating! The trainer, Michelle, was so personable, and I enjoyed the space. Lots of machines and areas to get your work out in. I went very early and there weren't many people there so I had free reign. Functional machines and everything was clean. I will be back here everytime I come to visit Rayne. My new gym away from home.

Experiencia negativa: BEWARE!!! They autonew your contract and put it in small print so it’s hidden. Then charge you hundreds of dollars to cancel. NEVER GOING BACK TO CAJUN FITNESS, rather Red Lerilles!

Experiencia negativa: Was charged late fees on two occasions because my billing information was not changed in the system although I had filled out a change of address. I had to explain to the employee that credit cards will decline if you don’t have the correct billing information in the system. The employee seemed surprised by this and proceeded to change my billing information, but would not issue a refund because “the system controls all that automatically, so I can’t refund it.” When I finally called to cancel my membership, an employee said that someone would call me back. After waiting a couple of days, I called again and finally got an employee to cancel my membership. The employee informed me that I would still be charged for the next month because I didn’t call soon enough. When I informed the employee that I had called earlier, the employee responded: “in the end, it’s your word against their’s” and I was refused a refund. I had to file a charge back on my credit card in order to avoid the charge for the upcoming month. I was going to let it rest, however, I received a membership reactivation promotional message today which really makes me question their attention to customer relations and care.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym with a family atmosphere.

Experiencia negativa: I intended to join this local, "friendly " club mainly for the pool, something that me and my daughter could enjoy during the summer . During the summer, I was hospitalized for a life threatening illness. I was about 3 days late on payment, brought medical papers in and still had to pay late fees. When the Corona virus became serious again, and nobody at the gym was wearing a mask, I stopped going with concerns for me and my daughter's health. I asked them if they could freeze my account, and was told "No". I still continue to pay payments. And not use facilities. Lastly, I went in to make my payment. 2 days before due date. They had already ran a card without funds on it. They wouldn't accept my cash payment, and told me I'd have to pay late fees again!! I'm done!!

Experiencia fantástica: Started just for the biggest loser contest, after attending classes and realizing how friendly the staff and other gym members are I decided to join... there are also classes all day that can accomadate my work schedule as well.

With the help of Cajun Fitness, I am on my way to a healthier and better life for myself and my children. I highly recommend Cajun Fitness if you are looking for a gym to call home!
