Experiencia negativa: This is the second time I’ve come to this location during regular hours and they’ve been closed. Either update your hours or be on time to open the doors. Stop wasting ppls time and gas.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff are friendly and they are open on Saturdays. We have no insurance and doctor made suggestions on medicine substitute so we can afford it. I like to shout thanks!

Experiencia negativa: I came in in bad pain with either a rotator cuff impingement or tear yesterday. I went to pick up medicine and it had not been called in. Called the clinic today and was told it wasn't called in because they didn't have my information. They had my information! She said she would call back at 1230 she did not. I called after 1230 & when someone FINALLY answered I was told (rather rudely) .she didn't know why the receptionist said that because they close at 12. She said she would call it in. It's now after 4 pm and still no medicine!!! They have always been great until now but I will never go back, & will NEVER RECOMMEND again as I have in the past.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I wish I had read the reviews before going. Went in for a strep test and never received results. The clinic is in network and they did not inform me of which lab they used or that it was out of network. Now I’m stuck with a bill for results I never received!

Experiencia fantástica: Took my grandson Kayden for the first time and they are very thorough with his examination. The staff are so warm & friendly and NO PRICE GAUGING for self pay!!! Which is a true blessing this day & time!! This is our new go to place for sickness & wellcare checkups!!! Such a positive experience!!

Experiencia negativa: Avoid going to this place. They never sent over the prescription to Walgreens as they had promised, never called to give me my daughter’s Covid result. Tried calling multiple times and no one picked up the phone. This is unacceptable!! This clinic should be reported to the agency that regulates them.

Experiencia fantástica: The front desk ladies are the nicest and friendliest medical professionals I have ever encountered! They made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I highly recommend this place. I drive from downtown Atlanta to conyers just to go to this clinic, it’s that awesome!

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment for my toddler son today at 4:30. She pushed the time back twice. When I got here me and other people were standing outside and couldn’t get in. Nobody was there and I did not receive a phone call or anything about my appointment being cancelled. A courtesy call would of been nice so I didn’t have to come all the way here in the cold with a toddler. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Waste of my time.

Experiencia negativa: Visited this clinic on 1/19 with my daughter who had a fever. The doctor was female who was nice but seemed like it was her first day on the job. Every time she left the room I could hear her discussing everything she did during the exam with coworkers just outside the room door. My daughter received a covid test in which I was told I would receive results for within 1-2 days. I never received a call or email. Please consider another clinic or urgent care for your next visit.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible do not go here!!! They were supposed to send in my urine sample to get tested and never did. I’ve been calling for over a month and finally got someone to answer the phone! The doctor said she couldn’t remember what she said since it was (over a month ago) and that they didn’t send in my sample! I paid out of pocket and they will not offer me a refund when they messed up!! Waste of my time and money.

Experiencia positiva: 2/3 visits were a positive experience. I have used this establishment three times and had a few problems. Most of the nurses are very respectable and enjoyable. Some are not. During my two positive experiences the service was timely and friendly. My negative experience: Was informed of a time to arrive due to their lunch break. When we arrived we were told they have not taken lunch and I would have to come back in an hour after I myself was using my lunch break to get assistance. Poor customer service, poor planning and little to no regard or accountability to their positions, all considering they don't take appointments but have the ability to change their schedule/working hours at their whim.

Experiencia negativa: As a prospective patient, instead of being dealt with care, I left feeling disrespected. The women at the front desk had a lack of customer service. She was dismissive ( and on her phone) and as a result I decided to leave. From the moment I called the clinic, to showing up to be seen, to walking out the door, the experience was appalling and disappointing. I do NOT recommend this facility.

Experiencia positiva: I have used this location a couple of times and have always had a good experience. The ladies working there are nice, the doctors did not rush and I have never spent more than an hour total in there.

Experiencia negativa: NOTHING wrong with their professionalism or manners. BUT i paid out of pocket for my visit and called to receive the results of my lab work only to be told i had to come back to the office to do another lab test! When i called they informed me that even though their nurses were wrong they would not refund my money. Makes no sense that i am paying $90 for an appointment i didn't even receive in it's entirety. They feel it is okay for their nurses to be incompetent and send specimen to the lab in the wrong packaging and making you come back, which is an inconvenience for ME. I am disappointed in the way they choose to handle their patients and i see why people complain about this office. I should have known better when i seen they hold their blood pressure tools in a pink basket from the dollar store!! SAD!!! AND SHAME ON ALL OF YOU.

Experiencia negativa: My mother went in and was told the doctor wasnt in yet. She waited over an hour without being seen. She finally left. I called the receptionist who was EXTREMELY RUDE about a refund since my mother was not even seen. She kept placing me on hold and would not refund the money in a timely maner.

Experiencia fantástica: Oct 2019. Visited for a physical which was $25 at the time (if out of pocket). The expected wait at the other nearby clinic was 1 hr 30 min. This wait time was about 20 min. Staff were decent. There is a practitioner onsite and there are students, and I asked about doctors inside because of the reviews. Doctors rarely see patients in these clinical settings and the NP will refer you if a specialist is needed.

Experiencia positiva: I've never had any issues with this office and have always been seen in a timely manner. Whether going in for a fever or for allergies my issues have always been resolved. I will says that the staff does change frequently however it has not caused the service to suffer. I've always been seen within a 20 minute time frame and this was on a busy day otherwise its within 5 minutes. The place is also fairly clean. I've been going to this place for 4 years I had to come back and add to my review because I had labs done a week ago and called today for my results and they never even sent in my labs and told me I would need to come back in to have done again! Not sure if it's the new staff that was there or what but that was just very unprofessional.

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn't get into my doctor and was feeling awful. They staff and doctor were very helpful. This is my go to place for times for sports physicals and sick kids. The doctor and staff have always done a great job to assist me and my family's needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience no I didn't see a doctor but I did have a nurse practitioner who went to school n know as much as a doctor who can obviously now prescribe medicine as a doctor! For those rating it a one for that with negative comments maybe you should read up on that! N honestly my nurse practitioner treated me so good and asked me questions doctors never asked me just getting a check up and trying to figure out why I keep getting yeast infections. I noticed that.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible.....not one doctor at this facility. Was seen by two students of Virginia College. Cant even prescribe real medicine. Payed $75 for nothing more than a excuse from work. People are crazy if they actually believe they were seen by a doctor here. Read the name tags people.

Experiencia fantástica: Affordable, Courteous, and Professional I don't often give reviews, but I was compelled to, if I can help parents like myself, in distress, and at the same trying to find affordable quality care in emergency situations with limited resources. My son had an unfortunate accident, and experienced a second degree burn. We had recently lost health insurance for him, and were very anxious about an emergency room bill; so, we treated it as best we could and waited to see a doctor. After calling around to several places in the area we found TWIC-Conyers which was the most reasonably priced of the several centers I looked into. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. After a thorough exam, I was informed about the extent of his injury and what to expect during his recovery/healing process. I am so thankful to Ms Linda, and the staff for taking care of us so completely (making sure his shots were up to date) and quickly. I know that this may not be typical, but we were in and out in under an hour. I highly recommend this office for urgent care needs!

Experiencia negativa: I generally don't give negative reviews because I understand the detriment they can cause to thriving companies BUT this is necessary! Sometimes, the ONLY way companies learn to address issues that are problematic to intelligent customers - and those who have the potential to generate increased business, is to see it in print! In all fairness, the office visit was pleasant...the gentleman who checked me in was kind and the nurse that drew my blood seemed experienced (though shaky). The problem came several days later when trying to get my results. To begin with, my file was created under a name that I DID NOT FILL OUT ON MY APPLICATION! And, the person who answered the phone had the nerve to take an attitude with me because of it...NEWS FLASH...I didn't create the record! After given the expectation that the results would be available within three days, when I called on the sixth day, and they weren't available, I managed to hide my disappointment but was completely shocked when the person on the phone told me 'NO WE CAN't CALL YOU BACK WHEN THE RESULTS COME IN BECAUSE WE ARE WAY TO BUSY TO CALL YOU, WHAT YOU THINKING".....she went on to say 'IF YOU WANT THEM THAT BAD, YOU CAN CALL US BACK'...when I asked for the office manager, she rudely told me they don't have one. My response, 'well, you certainly need one because your customer service is deplorable'. I waited several hours and called back to find out if my lab results were back, lady with the same voice answered and told put me on a 20 minute hold. I hung up and called back ONLY to get the QUEEN of RUDE once more...guess what...REPEAT of the MORNING CONVERSATION! HERE'S a tip WALK IN CLINIC... HIRE CAPABLE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY STAFF!!! TOO BAD I CAN'T GIVE LESS THAN HALF A STAR
