If you are uncoordinated or inexperienced like me, don't worry. The instructors/ coaches are fantastic. I thought I was in decent shape, but a class at Full Auto quickly taught me all the areas I had been neglecting. Such a great place. Head on over and sign up!

Experiencia fantástica: I often travel to the Greenville area on business and met the owner of this gym (Jeremy). He offered me a free pass to workout at the gym and I was impressed. The classes I have taken, and the coaches are awesome. Although I am not a member, I do return on a day pass to get my workouts in (vs the limited equipment available in hotels) when I am in town. I highly recommend this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: UPDATED REVIEW: Just updating my review from five years ago. I am still a member, which I suppose says enough since there are few things that I have stuck with for five years. My only complaint is that I am now five years older, which I guess is not Jackie and Jeremy's fault :) In fact, I believe I would have felt as if I had aged ten years if it was not for this place. All of the coaches here are fantastic. It really feels like a family. 100% recommend for any level of fitness. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Review from five years ago: I would STRONGLY recommend CrossFit Full Auto - for all skill levels. I am CrossFit newbie and was very intimidated by it. Jackie and Jeremy are wonderful trainers! Very supportive, as are all of the members. I could not ask for a more welcoming environment. Added benefit - there is a room for the kids to play! My six year old son actually asks me to go class because he enjoys it so much. I have come to realize that my years of working out at the gym was, well, quite frankly, a BS workout. This place will push you to your limits and kick your butt - and you will enjoy every minute of it!

Experiencia fantástica: Best Crossfit gym I have ever been a part of. The workouts are hard enough for the best athletes while still being 100% scalable for beginners or even those with an injury. The coaches are very knowledgeable in their instruction and give attention to small details. They are also very personable and fun! They care about your goals and want to help set you up for success! You will not find any nicer people. I highly recommend this gym! Sidenote: it's also super clean!!

Experiencia fantástica: Come for the workout; stay for the community. I came to this gym in June as a deconditioned couch potato in the wake of COVID closures and caregiving needs. The difference in mood and activity level is already like night and day. The coaches will meet you where you are and guide you in your journey to your goals. That's not the best part. The community here (including other coaches who do the workouts!) is very friendly, and will provide support, encouragement, and motivation to return.

Great coaches and a great community. This box is home to some very accomplished athletes, but it is also home to those looking for fun and demanding workouts. You won't be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a professional dancer, so with that being said I have always needed to be in shape and fit, with doing CrossFit it has tremendously helped me with my stamina and strength in my dancing, I am probably in the best shape right now due to my dancing and CrossFit training, if you want a welcoming, comforting and motivating atmosphere to work out in, I HIGHLY suggest Full Auto Fitness!

The facility is clean and up to date with plenty of room to accommodate everyone. When you walk in everyone is welcoming and encouraging making the workouts a little less intimidating. Full Auto is perfect for anyone who wants a personal trainer in a group setting.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot stress enough how much I love Full Auto Fitness!! I've tried a multitude of gyms with very little success until now. All the coaches are very invested in making sure your workout is challenging without being impossible. They also are great about making sure your form is correct so you don't injure yourself. I always feel extremely encouraged and never judged.

Experiencia fantástica: In January 2022, a friend posted on Facebook that her gym was going to run a Fit Camp. Basically an intro to what their workouts were all about. I was looking for something to help change my lack of physical activity, so I said what the hey and signed up. I immediately began to second guess this decision. Would they laugh at this 54 year, out of shape, overweight person? Was I even capable of doing any of the movements? Well, with great trepidation I walked in for my first workout February 28th. One of the best decisions I ever made. Coach Jackie was so welcoming, the other members and newbie’s were encouraging to me. Could I do everything, NO. But Jackie made sure there was always a modification and kept me moving. I’m still not where I want to be in my journey but I’m so much better than I was. (I can actually do sit ups and run 400 m now!) Thanks to everyone at Full Auto for making my life better.

Experiencia fantástica: I started with Full Auto Fitness in February of this year. My husband was already a member but I started with Jackie's introductory 8wk boot camp. She was great! I wasn't in horrible shape but am 50 years old and didn't have great stamina and was a little nervous about learning free weights. Jackie coaches me at a level that suits my personality....she adapts to everybody's fitness levels and communication style which isn't easy. She watches like a hawk to suggest how to scale and modify the Workout of the Day (WOD) to adapt to each person's inevitable limitations...but she also leaves you to it if you're doing just fine with prescribed levels! All workouts are a mixture of body weight exercises, cardio machines, and free weights. Once I finished the boot camp, I joined as a member with a couple's rate and now my hubby & I both go! I've been coached by Jackie, Kathryn & Jeremy so far and each give me just slightly unique suggestions or tips based on their own strengths and experience! They all love to see us getting stronger, more flexible and healthier and they root each person on during every workout. Love that. Plus, the gym has a great vibe and there is laughing and joking. I don't see egos in this gym! There are a broad variety of fitness levels in every class, welcoming to beginners but without holding back the veterans, and everyone does what works for them to achieve their individual fitness goal!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been an active 3-4 day/week member when I'm in town and don't have a work conflict for approximately 2 years. I've lost ~5% in body fat and had a pretty amazing increase in core strength as well as flexibility. I originally joined to get in better shape and attempt to continue snowboarding beyond 50. That's definitely happened and I'm now eyeing ~60 as a limit. I enjoy the atmosphere here as well as the format. We do everything from Olympic Lifting to Gymnastics to Cardio. I've gotten a ton better at a lot of things I never tried before and even better at things I was already pretty good at. The atmosphere is an understanding that people are all at different stages and have different goals. I've never felt uncomfortable with others that have more experience than me or are in better shape. People in the workout groups want others to be better and enjoy the success as well. The coaches know what I'm good at and what I struggle with and I get individual instruction on exercises when I need it. If you have similar goals to get in better shape this is a great group of owners, coaches and members to be a part of.

The coaches here were so wonderful at meeting me right where i was and have continued to help me learn to do more and more. Would recommend CrossFit Full Auto to any level of athlete. Easy online enrollment for the drop in payment and waiver. Jeremy was very fast to respond to my email when I had a question. Micki (trainer) will put you through a tough workout. If you are ever in the Greenville area, make sure to stop by this CrossFit box!
