Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I joined this gym a few months ago and really love it. We initially joined to train for the upcoming Hyrox event in Dallas since they had sleds and turf as well as the equipment used in the other stations. We thought we would cancel the membership after the event but we really like the gym so it looks like we will stick around for the foreseeable future. Now, some details. I love the turf area. While it gets regular use, I have rarely had times when I couldn't access it. Its great for sled work, burpees, walking lunges, etc. I appreciate that it has yard markings so we can easily track our distances. Enough selectorized and plate-loaded machines to get your workout in and these do not get a lot of use. Plenty of racks so they have always been available when I've wanted to use them. Tons of kettlebells and accessory equipment. Really a great gym, highly recommend! Clean showers (soap/shampoo/conditioner provided) and locker rooms with towel service. Location is convenient for us and parking has always been available in the front lot. Truly there are only two things I would change. First, I would add a few more strategically placed mirrors to monitor form. Second, I wish the hours of operations allowed for them to be open a little later. Once again, great gym, everyone is super friendly and I highly recommend if this is the flavor of gym that you like.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is different from any of the seven gyms I have belonged to in the past. At least 85% of the trainers have been employed here for ten plus years. That says a lot in itself. If you are looking for training for Lacrosse, MMA, boxing, weightlifting or serious form with Kettlebells then this is the place The trainers here are all exceptional and have national accreditations in their fields. Many are Strong First level 2 accredited So you know whatever you learn from them will be best practices and forms. This place can change you if you let it. That's a bold statement that you can see on the digital display inside close to the locker rooms and it's absolutely true.

Not only is this facility a one stop shop with loads of different equipment but the quality of trainers are like any other. I have been working with Mike Scaccia at extreme studio performance for almost 3 years now. Currently, I train 3xs a week there and sometimes more. As an athlete, I never thought I could reach to a higher potential until I started training with Mike. He’s extremely knowledgeable and certified in different types of performance training and has worked and continues to work with some of the best athletes around. I’ve never worked with a performance coach quite like him. Mike is always determined to push his athletes to the next level. He is an extremely motivated person and always keeps me accountable. Mike has even gone out of his way to help me on off days just because he wants me to get that much better. All of these qualities in a great coach and an amazing gym have changed the way I think and live outside of the gym and in life. Thank you extreme studio for being the perfect addition to my athletic career and life.

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down the best gym in Dallas! I'd been to several different gyms in the metroplex since moving here in 2006, but this is only one that keeps me coming back! To put it into perspective, I live AND work 30-45 minutes north of ESP but I drive in the complete opposite direction everyday to workout here. If you haven't experienced it, you're missing out!

As a lacrosse player, I could not think of a better gym than ESP with two great indoor turf fields to use after weight-training.

The lady at the front is so helpful and sweet I think her name is Jordan. The trainers are wonderful. I recently had my knee replaced and they have helped me get back to my old self. Experiencia fantástica: This gym has the best facility and staff in DFW! The owner, Mike S, takes care of the members like family. All the equipment you need for serious training including rowers, kettle bells, barbells, turf/sleds, ski erg, specialty machines and all the essential pieces. Everyone is friendly and happy to be training here, makes for a perfect environment to push yourself.

Every workout is different and while challenging, very rewarding. Whatever your goals are, they have a specialist that will help you achieve them. Not only is ESP an outstanding gym, it's a family! Experiencia positiva: Huge space. I was here for my kids soccer camp so don't know much about their services as a gym but the place is vast. Lots of equipment. Parking seems small for the place though and temporary daily membership is 10 dollars which kinds of seems high to me. But then again I don't know a lot about gyms. Overall nice and relaxed atmosphere. And the locker room is impressive like rest of the place.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to workout at! One side of the gym has bikes, treadmills and machines for isolation. And the other side has more of performance based equipment. From squat racks, kettlebells, a rogue rack system set up, barbells, olympic weightlifting platform, turf, ergs, sleds, etc. They also have an indoor soccer field. So if you're looking to focus on body building or on overall fitness, this place can meet both needs, in terms of having the necessary equipment. It's very clean. The owner Mike, who's a super nice guy, is very detailed in making sure the gym is spotless and that clientele always have what they need. People are very nice and it's a great place to get a sweat in.

Experiencia fantástica: I have worked out with the trainers at ESP for 20 years. My kids now train with them as well. You will not find a more dedicated group of fitness professionals. ESP has trainers that specialize in specific sport training, general fitness and weight training, yoga and more. The trainers always mix it up, so my workouts feel new and challenging. So many fitness clubs are intimidating. ESP is welcoming to anyone that wants to be fit...regardless of age or body type. The new amazing space is just a bonus!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at ESP is the BEST! I get the most effective and safest workouts from David Welek, who uses amazing creativity to keep me from being bored - ever. And the new facility is awesome... I was afraid it would not be as fun or intimate as the "old" place, but it's just the same atmosphere, just a lot bigger and brighter with more variety of things to do. Definitely 5 stars!

Michael Scaccia, David Welek, Dawn Griggs, Lu, Gary and Anthony are a talented group of trainers, mentors and motivators. Crucial Four products add yet another layer of health and wellness to the mix. The Extreme Studio Performance facility has set the bar and I look forward to being a part its future.

(Side note - as awesome as everyone is there, nobody beats MY trainer, David Welek. You can ask for him, but you can't have my time slots! )
