Experiencia negativa: This was the worst clinic experience I have ever had. The front desk and supervisor were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was only five minutes late due to an emergency after dropping my wife at the ER, yet instead of showing any understanding, they treated me with complete disrespect. To make matters worse, I was told I’d have to wait five months for a simple, minor procedure. That is absolutely unacceptable. The providers here don’t listen, don’t care about patient pain, and act as though your problems don’t matter. This clinic urgently needs leadership that trains staff and providers to show compassion, professionalism, and respect. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: Last year my thyroid med was dramatically cut without consulting me about my symptoms. Last week it was cut AGAIN without asking me if I felt better or worse after the last cut. Numbers are the only thing that matters because obviously the patient doesn't.

Experiencia negativa: I have been calling for weeks trying to get my medications refilled, these are SSNRIs that I cannot go without, there are very serious side effects if I abruptly stop taking them. They won't even offer me an appointment to get them refilled. They are telling me the best they can do is if I come in as a walk in and wait all day hoping for a missed appointment to be seen in between patients. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Experiencia positiva: I called a couple of months ago to make an appointment to get tuberculosis and hep b titers. The person I spoke to said that I should just walk in. I walked in today and was told that I should have made an appointment. Granted, I came at lunch time and not at opening. But please coordinate better so that all staff members are giving the same information. The receptionist was helpful--she offered to make an appointment for another day and she suggested a different clinic to try.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm a manager of a local dermatology clinic. We recently sent a patient with a very precarious medical condition to Sea Mar's Kent location, and I want to highlight Ana and Edwin, who went above and beyond in demonstrating their compassion and effectiveness. I know running a primary care facility like Sea Mar can be a tricky affair on the best days, and these two employees did an exceptional job in not only caring for our patient, but efficiently handled the matter in the patient's best interests. I would recommend this location without reservation. Keep up the great work!

Experiencia negativa: The front desk staff are heartless. I actually confirmed my children’s schedule a day before and they are telling us only one got confirmed and we have to be on waitlist for the second child in the chance that someone one might but show up. We come to this clinic just to see Dr. Mustafe. Unfortunately today is our last day here.

Experiencia negativa: Dental services here use old outdated technology and when I asked for a second opinion the dentist became verbally abusive and demanding. Mocked patients for having close family in the room. I would never go here for medical services again.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my daughter to get the pediatric Phizer vaccine (both doses, so two trips), and it worked great. It's easy to park here and they are flexible about appointment times. The staff are friendly and the nurses administering the vaccine are also kid-friendly and nice. Overall, it was a good experience.

Experiencia negativa: Made an appointment for Covid-19 vaccination. Was able to get it the same day. Waiting outside in a long line with no movement. About 10 ahead of me and heard there were 3 in the waiting room. A worker was passing by the line to insure all had an appointment. After waiting 15 minutes in line with no movement and being told it would be about a one hour delay, I had to leave. Doing the math counting the number of heads x 5 minutes to get you setup and another 15 minutes to monitor after the shot, it would be more then the hour she was indicating. Why make an appointment it than to pile people up outside.

Experiencia negativa: Their service is terrible , the only thing their receptionists know about the clinic is that they have to say welcome to Sea Mar when you enter and have a good day when you leave, .they are just completely insufficient and have no idea of what they’re doing. I’ve been waiting for a referral for months because the always send it to the wrong place

Experiencia negativa: They are the worst ppl in town, they dont knw what they are doing. I waited 1 month for an appointment, and then they canceled it because they didnt know that specific dr doesnt work at that time. And the Dr is my son's primary provider.

Experiencia negativa: I was put on hold 3 times for over 10 minutes. I needed to make an appointment so I waited. At the end they put me on hold and hung up on me. If it was this difficult to only let make an appointment then I can imagine the waiting time and the receptionist lack of communication. No thank you.

Experiencia negativa: The doctors referred us to a lab, they sent the order to the wrong lab. We ended up not seen by the lab, so I called them and I asked them to send the doctors order to this lab, they send it to the wrong lab again. I called them again after waiting for 15 minutes in the line they told me it will take 3 to 4 days. After 5 minutes I got a call from them and they said it is ready come and pick up. So when I went to pick up I was not too sure they have the right one. Again they had the wrong order. The reception are only know to tell you welcome to seamar when you go and have good day when you leave. Very bad experience. Don’t go here.

Experiencia negativa: This clinic will not stop ringing and texting my phone. I was contacted today because someone made an appointment without my permission. I called, told them they had no right to make any appointments, and cancelled. Now they're texting my phone to tell me they can't cancel my appointment. When I call back, I keep getting put on hold. Screw this place, it's not a healthcare center, it's a scam!

Experiencia negativa: I have a Spanish only speaking male friend that went there for lower abdominal left pain. He was sent home twice. The first time with just pain medication, the second time he was told it was all in his head, also was given a referral to physicall therapy . Finally he went to the UW in Federal Way, he gave a urine and blood test and had an X-ray done. Few days later, he received a phone call. He had a stomach infection

Experiencia fantástica: The staff has been really helpful. Parking is great along with the location. The front doors may be hard to find at first if you're not used to this specific location. I love Dr. Navel most days. She tolerates me so that's a plus. However I wish I didn't have so many issues to need to visit so often -le sigh-
