Experiencia fantástica: I went to see Dr.Wolf for a second opinion. He listened and addressed my concerns right away. Assuring to get back to me asap. And so he did. I was feeling so nervous to wait with the weekend delaying the diagnosis. He immediately got back to me without any delays, before I got home after my appointment. I am so impressed by his commitment to going the extra mile. Not a lot of doctors do that. His expertise, combined with his sincere compassionate approach, made me feel valued as a patient. Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional. I waited 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment to have a nurse come out to tell me that I would have to wait longer. And she didn't know for how much longer. Just because I don't have an MD after my name, my time isn't as valuable?!! Sure, I get that he may have had a surgery that's making him be late. But how about someone tell me BEFORE I've already wasted my time waiting??

Experiencia fantástica: I have taken my mother in-law in many many times to see Dr. Wolf. He is extremely professional, as is his staff. I appreciate the time he has spent with us explaining various medications and tests that my mother-in-law has needed. He is very patient and thorough. We would highly recommend him. Side note, the medical building is extremely easy to park in and navigate (especially compared to med center physician offices/hospital).

They don’t just spend 10 min talking to you about your medical issues but they genuinely care about me as a person. Experiencia fantástica: As I looked for a gastrologist I had to rely on reviews to determine what doctor to invest more time before setting an appointment. I was not concerned because that is how I fought my GP. Dr. Wolf reminds me of when doctor's actually communicated and listen to your concerns or questions. I had no waiting before my appointment. I arrived and was place in a room right away. I felt very comfortable after my visit and have already called back to schedule my procedure.

I've had in person, telemedicine, and procedure appointments with Dr. wolf. and my experience with has been very thorough. He comes as pragmatic in his approach to find a resolution and a patient advocate. I had a insurance issue regarding the lack of coverage regarding a prescription I needed and both Dr. Wolf and Matty demonstrated much persistence and perseverance with phone calls and peer to peer reviews with my carriers physician team. Also I obtained approval for prescription I needed. Their care and kindness is much appreciated. This level of effort from a physicians office is challenging to come by. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: Great doctor. I have been seeing Dr. Wolf for a good while now and he’s greatly helped me with my condition. My review is solely on his office reception. They never answer calls and even after multiple voicemails I never receive callbacks. It’s extremely difficult to get ahold of his office to schedule appointments or to even have a quick chat with the doctor because reception never answers. Were it not for this, I’d give the office 5 stars.

Experiencia negativa: The first time I went to Dr. Wolf he was excellent very courteous and good bed Side manners, but After waiting for weeks and weeks to hear from his office his nurse was very very rude and unprofessional.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband saw him recently because his GI physician retired and he needed to see someone after his gallbladder was removed. I saw a person say they spoke to a nurse and they were rude, first people always say nurse even when it is likely not a nurse they are speaking with, but either way we had same experience when booking appointment and decided to see Dr. Wolf anyway. Best. Decision. Ever. Dr. Wolf was kind and he listened and then explained what he thought was going on. You can tell by the questions he asked he knows what he is doing. The icing on the cake was he said he was going to prescribe something and HE ACTUALLY MADE SURE IT WAS CALLED IN. For us that's big because many well intending physicians say will prescribe something and either they or their office staff forget to call in prescription. Then you must call and remind etc, etc...who has time for that?

Experiencia negativa: Canceling my appointment ..I have called because my stomach burns really bad and I dont know what to do I just wanted some advice so the lady transferred me to the nurse and the nurse was very rude !!! I'm in so much pain my stomach burns and I already have severe anxiety going to the GI doctor I sure dont want a nurse that sounds like she doesnt care about patients.... the issue was her attitude her tone of voice ..

Experiencia fantástica: I've been seeing Dr Wolf for my IBS for a few years. He's been extraordinarily helpful and patient. I went from daily IBS bowel pain to almost none thanks to his care and was looking forward to telling him in person how well the 100mg dose of amitriptyline has been working. I found out today that my insurance (Cigna) is no longer accepted at MCH and was devastated. I will really miss being under Dr. Wolf's care. I tried a few different GI doctors at different clinics before finding him, but none were as easy to talk to and as patient as Dr. Wolf was. I really hope someone will forward this review to him. He made a big difference in the quality of my life and I will miss getting to talk to him and I owe him a lot of thanks. -Brian
