Experiencia fantástica: Finally found my place My Friends Anna and Erin asked me to join them for workout one day and I agreed. Honestly I am so glad I went there and loved it so much. The best thing I’ve done to myself. Coach Vinny is very professional ,knowledgeable and explains everything in detail I loved how he brings such a positive energy to the class Give this place a try you will not regret it They offer 3 days pass for free to try their training classes. Also they have 24 hours access to the facility Again, give this place and people a try you will not regret it. Freedom Fitness is also gives back to the community in so many ways I highly support places who helps their people and communities to grow stronger together.

Experiencia fantástica: I tried out the free trial for the group hybrid training and honestly loved it. It’s a fast-paced 1 hour mix of strength, functional and cardio, but you can go at your own pace and I like coach Vinny bcz he makes sure to pay attention to you even in a group setting. Friendly coaches, great vibes, good music and good banter, it’s so much fun. It’s a great way to let off steam while getting stronger and fitter. I signed up for three classes a week, plus I get 24/7 gym access which is a huge bonus. Oh, and they’ve always got energy bars stocked, small thing, but I appreciate it.

Community/family can be found at many different time slots for large and small group training. The coaching staff from, expertise in our form and mind/muscle connection is superb (Anthony), the positive motivation & affirmations to remind us that are bodies can do this and to remember our “why” (Vinny), 80’s Friday Fun day (Danielle) and all the other inspiring and knowledgable coaches on this roster - it makes this gym THE place to get your sweat on! Experiencia fantástica: Over the past few years, I've been going to Freedom Fitness on and off, and I can honestly say that I am back to stay for good this time. The functional training and positivity at this gym are top-notch. Form has always been a bit of a struggle for me, but the coaches here are phenomenal. They ensure that I'm moving safely and properly while also challenging me to discover my limits and push past them. It's truly a rewarding experience. What's even more exciting is the new format they've introduced. It offers a fantastic variety of strength, functional, and cardio exercises in every class. These classes are incredibly inclusive, catering to people of all shapes, sizes, and ages. The environment is always fun and positive, making every workout feel like a celebration. I've noticed that I am getting stronger every day, and it's not just in the gym—it's affecting my mobility and overall well-being outside the gym as well. Freedom Fitness has genuinely made a positive impact on my life, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to stick with them. Freedom Fitness is hitting the areas that OTF was missing. My flexibility & lifting form is improving. Highly recommend Freedom Fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: I was an Orange Theory member and our Federal Way location closed. That left us looking for something new. A friend suggested FF and we did a free trial. Love the coaches and the style of workout. I feel stronger already and I’m getting help on my form which is allowing me to lift more weight and do it safely. Thanks Freedom Fitness for filling my workout needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend the large fitness classes. If you like a mix of cardio, weight lifting, and functional fitness. You get an amazing full hour, full body workout. I also appreciate that the coaches here care about the people as well. Lastly if you're a member, you get access to the 24/7 gym equipment!

Experiencia fantástica: The trainers here are the sweetest and really make you feel welcomed and motivated. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who’s just starting out. I used to feel intimated to go to the gym, but the freedom fitness crew really make you feel at ease and comfortable. Overall, this place has such good energy and people who genuinely care!

Experiencia fantástica: If you've never done a group workout like this, YOU NEED TO! They even have a free trial so you have nothing to lose. It's difficult but you can control the pace and slow down or go hard as needed. They are typically broken up into 3 categories, strength, cardio and functional. You will feel better than you ever have. Machines are always available when you just want to be on your own and it's 24hr access. Coaches are all friendly and educated on the movements/form. Music is bumping. Clean bathrooms and showers. 10/10

Experiencia fantástica: It took me a while to find a really good gym, but I’m so glad Erin brought me here. This place is awesome! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and really know how to push you in the best way. Vinny is my favorite, super motivating and always brings good energy. Izzy keeps things fun and makes the workouts enjoyable, and Anthony… oh man, don’t mess with Anthony! He’s intense and will definitely keep you accountable. Highly recommend this gym if you’re serious about getting stronger and want a great community to support you.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I were visiting Washington on leave. The entire staff at the Ferderal Way location were very accommodating and friendly. They provided us a temporary membership with 24 hour access. The facility is clean and has a wide variety of free-weights and machines. I would recommend this gym to any military who come to this area!

Experiencia fantástica: Really friendly staff and great clean space. As an athlete it had everything I needed and the turf is an added bonus. I was pleasantly surprised by how many implements they had and there’s chalk! Definitely the best option if you want to avoid the busyness of the casual gym goers that are at large commercial gyms.

I appreciate how you took the time listen and help me articulate what I needed/wanted in a workout. Anthony has created the EXACT type of kettlebell/mobility workout that has me excited again. Experiencia fantástica: I miss this gym. It’s been a year since I was a member, but this has been my favorite gym I’ve been to (and I’ve been to a handful). Had to move unexpectedly last year so had to change gyms. I enjoy my local gym now, but it’s just not the same as Freedom Fitness. I never took any of the classes - was just there to use the equipment. Literally was never crowded, even during “peak hours.” Could be in the power rack for over an hour with no one waiting. Not many machines, but have everything you need to do essentially any exercise or to sub for any if needed. Also loved the 24 hr access. I never interacted with the coaches much, but I could tell they were extremely supportive for their classes. My cancellation went fine, no issues. I’m in the midst of moving yet again so I need to look for a new gym. My first thought was, “I hope I can find a similar one to Freedom.” Highly recommend this gym even if it’s just to use the equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: Really clean gym with a full range of equipment. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. Anthony took the time to explain to me the programs offered and answered any questions I had. The gym is a good size and it’s private enough where I don’t feel like I’ll have to wait for machines or worry about it being overcrowded. Highly recommend checking it out if you live in the area!

Experiencia negativa: I am still being charged. My membership and or contract was up in August . I’m still being charged it’s now January . I’ve called and called several times straight to voicemail and the box stays full. Great place to workout customer service is questionable. Federal Way location.

When I first moved to the area and joined the gym I was looking for a place that I would feel comfortable and that had everything I needed. I walked in and signed up on my first day. Anthony and Evan were so friendly and always made sure to say hello! They would remember my name even when I hadn’t been there in a while! They are very knowledgeable and fun trainers! I recommend signing up for the boot camps!

Experiencia fantástica: My first time at this gym. Just walked in to check out the place and happened to be in time for Anthony's bootcamp class. I joined on a whim and was pleased to be among friendly bootcampers (4 others). Antony did a great job keeping the spirit up with his great energy. I also appreciated that he looked out for me and offered corrections when he noticed I was off. I am not a stranger to gyms and HIIT classes in general, but still could always use a professional guidance. I would highly recommend Anthony and his class to novice and frequent gym goers alike.

His fitness challenges and boot camp classes make for a great added layer of value with a more personalized experience over what you find at big chain gyms.

Experiencia fantástica: Can't sing my praises loud enough. I crept in here shy and meek and now i do things like power lift, boot camp, box and feel powerful. It's small enough that the owners and staff are friendly and personable but large enough to have lots of available equipment and no lines.

Experiencia fantástica: Been going here for over a year. Awesome staff and great classes. The owner Drew is very nice and genuinely wants to see you succeed. Ken is the best! He runs the Evening boot camp classes and does personal training. Very motivating, encouraging, and pushes you when you need it. Nick and Dion are wonderful too. I've always had a great experience, love the atmosphere. Freedom fitness has helped me gain more energy and strength, lose weight (34lb+) and become a much healthier and happier person. Also, they participate in community events, at and outside the gym, have nutritional programs, and take feed back very well. Awesome place to workout!

I HAVE NEVER EVER EXERCISED BEFORE..I AM 50 AND OVERWEIGHT..they encourage me and guarantee results...also train at the athlete level for many different sports..football to volleyball..ect...and have special rates for students/athletes...5 stars to this gym for helping me come out of my shell and Want To lose weight and feel better..thank you Drew and team of dedicated trainers
