Experiencia fantástica: My mother is 85 years old and she has had perms in her hair all her life so when she needed a perm this time around I needed somebody who could do an elderly woman’s hair and Jan M had the patience and skill to do my mothers hair the way she liked it thank you. I’m so happy you found your salon.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a facial with Jenn and a haircut with Jan and I can't say enough about their friendliness, knowledge, and communication. The BEST haircut I've had in years, and my face feels wonderful! A part of me doesn't want to leave a review because then I may have to wait longer for appointments, lol.

Experiencia fantástica: I'd rather give 10 **********. After an extremely rough week including ER visit and urgent medical care, all I wanted was some facial waxing...damned peach fuzz! Jenn greeted me and began askin questions about my general health...including "do you take blood thinners?" Age and red marks gave that away! Business owner (doctor) did a pair of test spots with wax and WE decided not to take the chance on waxing or dermabrasion to avoid skin damage. Even though I still own a bit of peach fuzz, I am so thankful that this tiny shop was recommended to me. If we weren't relocating to another state, I'd have a new second home for hair and skin care!!! Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Sara is awesome. I was afraid to go to a new stylist but my husband bought a gift certificate for me. I am so glad I went. She did a amazing job with my color and finally my partial bangs lay just right and I don't have to fight them anymore. She listens to everything and then gets you get what you want.

Experiencia negativa: Sara is a kind person, but has room to grow in her professionalism, communication, and general business practice. I experienced poor communication regarding delayed or rescheduled appointments, including last minute cancellations (literally as I pulled up she came out to tell me she canceled) and no shows. It would have been different if after I drove 30 minutes to the practice only to find locked doors if she had apologized, but instead she tried to gaslight me into thinking the appointment was next week, and didn't respond more about it after I provided evidence that it was not. We had rescheduled the prior appointment. My assumption is that she allowed her system to automatically change the next as well and didn't catch it. Mistakes happen, but repeating those mistakes without apology or accountability makes it hard to trust as a client. Receiving services can be a vulnerable action, and frankly I can no longer trust my care in her hands. (Edit: Sara did reach out after this review, apologized, and took steps to make it right, which I appreciate.)

Experiencia negativa: I love the concept of this inclusive spa but the execution was less than ideal. I had booked out 2+ months in advanced and they had no idea about my appointment when I came in. They made me come back later. The massage was rushed and the therapist talked the entire time so it wasn’t as relaxing. The head spa was very wonderful however the AC unit was right above the table and blowing right on me and they didn’t offer a blanket or a cover. Instead of offering a cover up for my upper half they just had me take the straps down of my tank top and sports bra. It was hard to relax. The quick gel manicure was not great quality. I would love to recommend a small business but they have some things they can improve upon first.

Experiencia fantástica: My hubby had the Electromagnetic Transduction Therapy (EMT) and Cryotherapy done for his Sciatica and Digenerative Disc Disease along with Red Light Therapy. I recommend Sara 100%. She is so knowledgeable on all her services. She listens and I swear her hands are magic ❤️ I was going to leave a second review but it wouldn't let me, so I will leave it here. I just want to add, last week I had a pulled muscle in my back and Sara did the EMT on it and I swear I woke up the next day forgetting I had a hurt back just the day before.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my facial with Jenn yesterday and it was very special and relaxing. Jenn didn't try to sell me any expensive products by telling me how much sun damage I had or how my skin is aging. I'm 67 so of course it is! She just gave me a wonderful facial, scalp massage and I had a choice of hand or foot massage. I chose hand and that was great too. Very nice Mother's Day gift.

Experiencia fantástica: What an amazing experience!! Got a great package for facials and massage… WOW! I feel super relaxed and happy with my face. Call them and set up an appointment. Just do it! Ask for their massages, facials, weight loss help, nutrition, hair loss, fussy baby for a massage, whatever you need. What a great wellness center! Would also make a great gift to your friends, brothers, coworkers, postpartum moms, teachers.

Experiencia negativa: Very bad experience, didn’t even remember who I was, waited twice , they had the wrong number. The lady they did my eye brows didn’t even know that she made an appointment. Bad customer service

Experiencia negativa: The worst experience I had ever had at a salon. So unprofessional, rude, dirty, closes most of the time. Closes early and doesn’t notify you that she is doing it. Such a scam salon.

Experiencia fantástica: OMG! I just had “A Restore” package done today! I feel AMAZING! Sauna - oxygen - exfoliating body scrub (to release Toxins)! I highly recommend this package! I didn’t even know how bad I needed it until I had it done! Thank you Sara!!

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed that a small-business owner cannot pay another small-business owner for her services. My mom designed, created and installed Cashmere's new signage but the owner has not even bothered to respond to my mom's NUMEROUS correspondence regarding payment for her work. Only 1 sign was installed months ago but due to lack of payment, the others that were created specifically for Cashmere are still waiting. Shame on you Cashmere!

Experiencia negativa: Don’t get a pedicure here. Terrible job. I sat in the chair for 45 mins just to get my polished removed and get expired polish lumped onto my toes. No scrubbing and no cuticle cleaning. They buffed my feet with a nail file. This 45 min “pedicure” would have taken a lot less time and money if I did it myself. Overall the staff was nice but wasn’t focused on me at all and would leave in the middle of my pedicure to go off to other clients. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Being a mother of four I was able to get a massage today that was definitely needed, I was very happy with it! It was very relaxing, Dave did an amazing job. He even asked in the last five minutes if there was anything I needed him to work on specifically. He also kept asking throughout if the pressure was ok, which to me showed he genuinely cared about my needs. I will definitely be going back!

That's just wrong. I'd love to support a business in a time like this, but looks like this business or stylist is not looking for support. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I wanted gel and tips, but instead was disappointed after calling to make the appt. I asked for tips but she said that. My nails were too. Short for tips. I had just cut my own nails as I don't care for my nails showing under the tips. So I went ahead and did what she recommended, but not again for the price
