Experiencia fantástica: My sister introduced me to this gym, and I was scared at first because I'm not a typical gym-goer, but the environment is so supportive. Izzy and Tony were so kind and helpful, and they also helped to rehab a shoulder injury I had. It's very clear that they genuinely care a lot about the people that walk in their doors.

Experiencia fantástica: I'll start by stating that I was referred to this gym from friends, who have only had good things to say. I've been to a number of gyms, big and small of many focuses. Today was my first time lifting here. I went with my friend, who is a member, and another friend who is not a member, and we were immediately greeted and welcomed by the owner, Tony. We got day passes and signed the waiver, which was easy. My friends began their workout, and Tony showed me around, gave me the safety rules, and described the details of each piece of equipment. Any time I had a question about something, Tony was happy to answer. My friends and I began our workout, and we had a good lift. Two things that stood out to me were that the entire gym was remarkably clean, and that the people there were supportive. Sure, sometimes you may just want to put on headphones and dial in, but I was hitting some squats and people I'd never met before were cheering me on. Personally, I like that. On the topic of environment, this is not a grungy, angry gym. To those who would be unnerved by an offensive environment, you need not worry. There is no shortage of clean, well maintained, high-quality equipment to hit good lifts. But also, for serious lifters wanting to come in, move heavy weight, and leave, you will have plenty of options. I recommend this gym to anyone wanting both a good atmosphere and a good power lifting gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing Gym, went with a friend for a first time visit and when I got there the owner insisted I didn’t have to pay because it was my first time there. The owner and his wife helped guide me throughout my workout and made sure I was using the correct form; they tweaked my form to the best if their abilities to make sure I was getting the best out of my workout. I recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to pursue a life in powerlifting/WeightLifting. The staff were very nice and supportive, they will help you with anything you need. If I could give over 5 stars I definitely would.

Experiencia fantástica: Alpha has been by far the best gym I’ve been to. I joined her a year ago and immediately after me joining I was greeted with smiling coaches and welcoming lifters. Since I joined Aloha Strentgh and Power my lifts have all gone up 100 pounds each. Special shoutout to Coach Eric Quoc for progressing my lifting career more than I ever thought I could. There’s no better gym atmosphere. It has the equipment of a commercial gym yet the camaraderie of a private gym. Highly recommend to anyone for any interests. BRING YOUR FRIENDS!!!

As a weightlifter, this gym provides a great space to meet like minded people with similar interests as well as people with similar interests like powerlifting. The staff is incredible, I find myself having in depth conversations with both Izzy and Tony that make their advanced knowledge of strength and conditioning apparent. On top of that, their passion for both weightlifting and powerlifting create an enjoyable experience at the gym that makes it clear they truly want all of their members to get stronger! Everybody is here to achieve their own goal and its almost like a little family helping and supporting eachother! Very nice staff and coaches and welcoming ! Super strong people! Is a good place to find your self a coach for powerlifting, bodybuilding , Olympic AND nutrition coaches !! Coach Isabella and Tony walk me through the gym and it was super nice. Isabella helped me with my shoulder pain she’s a Therapist. Really recommend and it is also in a awesome area. Day pass was only 10$ bucks! Is hard to find a good gym around Alpharetta/ Milton / Roswell… you name it. They also have a PlayStation for my kid to play for FREE while I workout! Even the conditioner is good not hot/cold and let me not forget they have two restrooms, How awesome is that! Go check it out 10/10

I started coming about a month ago after I was working with a trainer at one of the large chain gyms in the area that inspired me to do Olympic lifting and I was looking for a smaller place to focus on my lifts. Well I found Alpha strength and power on google and it has been the best experience since coming on day one. Both of the owners Tony and Izzy are nice and friendly and they are very supportive of your goals whether you are a complete beginner like me or you have been lifting for years. I highly recommend this gym and so glad I found it.

Experiencia fantástica: As an out of state visitor, I was craving for a good powerlifting gym in Alpharetta! The answer to that was Alpha Strength & Power! The setup of the facility is simple and amazing - perfect if you are looking to train powerlifting/weightlifting. They have top of the line equipment when it comes to squat racks, deadlift platforms, and competition benches. I had nothing short of an amazing time training here. The staff - Tony and Isabelle were so helpful in introducing me to the place and showing me around. Super cool and friendly people, both the trainers and members. I will definitely return to this place. New equipment, competition level training, friendly people, ‘feel like you’re at home’ environment and more importantly a lot of gains made in this gym! I just had my first powerlifting meet today, and Izzy and Tony literally took me under their wing and took care of me. I was SUPER nervous, but they made the whole experience so much fun. They already had 2 athletes in my session, but when they heard that i was looking for someone to meet day handle, they didn't hesitate to help me out. i ended up going 9 for 9 with 27 white lights, and i genuinely don't think that would've happened had i not had them by my side. definitely give Izzy and Tony your business, they're awesome people and truly love the sport, whether that be olympic weightlifting or powerlifting. they're full of passion and good energy! again, thank you SO MUCH Izzy and Tony!

It is such a comfortable place to do some serious training for competitions or just to workout. Their clients’ ages range from teenagers to people in their 60s. As a 57 year old female, I feel perfectly comfortable being there because everyone is friendly and helpful. Oh, and it is so clean! Not smelly or grungy at all.

My key takeaways are: 1. Emphasis on communication- The owners are understanding, and very supportive of all goals. Anyone from just touching a barbell, to being an athlete can learn something in here. 2. Emphasis on strength training, this gym is very big on lifting and building resilience, strength, and confidence. However, there is not much for building aerobic endurance beyond the usage of bikes and rowers…. Though the gym is always constantly evolving and the owners are always bringing in new equipment so maybe down the line there may be more options for all Types of training. 3. Alpha provides a fresh, positive vibe to come in and train. From PR gong celebrations, to technique workshops and even professional seminars. Its always a pleasure visiting. They are very flexible in scheduling and always there to push me to do better. Although I live far, it’s worth commuting to their gym. The owners Isabel and Tony are very welcoming and have lot of knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition. If you are newbie or just need guidance they will provide you your own tailored workouts and nutrition plans. The gym is filled with high end equipment and is very well-maintained from sturdy racks to top-notch barbells. There is also 24 hour access so it fits with any schedule. The trainers are very knowledgeable and are always ready to offer guidance. A great atmosphere and perfect spot for serious gains.

Experiencia fantástica: Alpha Strength and Power is the most welcoming and non-judgemental yet serious place I've ever worked out. It truly is a place where people of all shapes, sizes, abilities, and ages support one another while we work on our goals. It's a community. The coaches work with you individually and it's a collaborative process. Women especially need to lift weights as they get older, and this is an ideal place for it. There are kids and grandmas working out next to each other. The gym is spacious and feels private, and they have the best equipment. Safety is a top priority, and you can powerlift, weightlift, or do accessories on any day you wish. Personally, I went from a post-pandemic low level of activity with aches and pains to someone who now competes as a powerlifter. The transformation has been stunning if I say so myself. This team also knows that workouts alone don't get you to your goals. They offer massage therapy and nutritional counseling as well, to make sure you become the best version of yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working out at Alpha Strength and Power now for a couple of months and can say with confidence that my experience here has been nothing short of fantastic. The gym is small, but has some of the best equipment money can buy as well as an amazing community of members and coaches. The main focus here, as stated in the name, is powerlifting and weightlifting so if you are looking for a burn boot camp or weight loss oriented gym this is not the place. However, if you are looking to get stronger, build muscle, and/or train to compete in power/weightlifting meets, the coaches are more than ready to provide you with top-quality guidance to ensure that you make progress while avoiding injuries regardless of your experience level. My personal experience training with Izzy, Tony, and Eric has been amazing. They are all extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, and passionate about helping you to achieve your goals. In the past, I have found it difficult to stay consistent and make progress in the gym, but over the last couple of months I have been able to make significant visible gains in both strength and muscle with the help of the fantastic staff at AS&P. If you are looking for a gym with great coaching staff and a community where you can work to achieve your goals no matter who you are or what your lifting background is, I can't recommend this gym enough. I promise you will not regret your decision.
