Experiencia negativa: I wish I could provide zero stars. Had a procedure done in 2018 and was told I would be covered fully by insurance. Fast forward a couple years later and I begin receiving bills for over $3k but when I call the office I am told to “just ignore it”. Finally asked to speak to billing, which took a week, when I got a notice this year - 7 years later - and am told that they would “take off some changes” but that I owe $320. The fact that I was lied to about what would be covered and what would not, that different people are telling me different stories, and that I still owe this horrible company money are unacceptable. Avoid at all costs and lawyer up if you have to deal with them.

Always a smile from any of the staff that I meet in the office. The office is very comfortable, clean and efficiently managed. I highly recommend Tom for acupuncture therapy. Allie, the therapist there is amazing and she really treated my pain very well, gave me a very good exercise regime that has helped me a lot in strengthening my back and perform all daily activities without any pain. I recommend going to ALLIE. She’s the best therapist ever

Experiencia fantástica: I got into a car accident and was rushed by ambulance to RWJ where they did x-rays and advised me I was just sore but nothing was broken. After a few sleepless nights i decided to get a second opinion, at comprehensive medical care. On the first day , I was evaluated, treated for my pain and x-rays were done and read. come to find out, I have a fractured clavicle and arm, which required a MRI to identify further the extent of it. The staff at CMC have been so helpful and take care of everything from scheduling to pain relief.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to the ER last week in serious pain, I was giving an opioid and told to let the pain wear off, I came into Comprehensive Medical Care the day I called in and was treated immediately on the spot without the need for any pain medication afterward. The pain I was experiencing, was immediately relieved with the care of Dr. Fang and his staff. Thank you CMC for your empathetic and knowledgeable care!!

I went there a couple months ago to start could hardly walk. They have me ready to dance. I would highly highly recommend these people to anyone everyone is just fantastic.

Experiencia fantástica: All the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Kristen. In January 2022 I had carpal tunnel surgery with Dr Vernon. He answered all my questions before and after surgery and made me feel at ease before my surgery. The day after my surgery Dr Vernon called me to check and ask how I was feeling. You can tell he cares about his patients and their well-being. I would definitely recommend Dr Vernon to my family and friends.

Dr. Lieberman has been helpful with my pain management through chiropractic adjustments and exercise routines and if it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have known that I have another issue that contributes to my pain. I highly recommend this place I believe that the treatment here is helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Front staff greets you with a smile and know the patients by first names. staff is always flexible and accommodate appointments. Cancelation of appointments and rescheduling is hassle free. Amazing billing department that handle all claims and deal with the insurance companies as well. Doctors take their time to analyze approaches to better serve you. They talk to you lots and definitely take their time when taking care of you. Overall I have been going here on a regular basis for over 6yrs and have zero complaints. Definitely recommend them.

Experiencia negativa: Horribly managed. Doctors are too aggressive. However, The staff itself like the PTs the OTs were great and very comforting and actually wanted to help. The young exercise physiologist there at Edison is very informative and motivates me to complete my training and shows me how to do it correctly. Back to the superior staff, they yell, curse, taunt, abuse, and bill absolutely everything. I mean absolutely every... thing. They are an out of network service for every insurance and will always accept your insurance even without telling you that you will have to pay out of network and out of pocket. The superior staff are snakes. One doctor is so full of himself and believes he is better than all his staff because he is a chiropractor at a young age and abuses the best staff there. I urge anyone seeking treatment here to go on days the doctors are not there or just go anywhere else.

Kim and Nayla need to be cloned so every medical office can have people like them. I would like to give praise to all the awesome doctors and physical therapist’s I’ve worked with Dr. Lieberman, Dr. Vernon, Dr. Micablo, Preyas and James. I’m glad I chose comprehensive medical for my healing journey.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming here just under two years. Starts at the front desk with Kim and staff who are so professional and accommodating to my schedule and always reaching out to track my progression. I was rear needed back in 2018 and wound up with slipped discs and major lower back pain. Through understanding my pain and working me through the proper channels the entire staff at Edison Comprehensive has gotten me to being pain free. Can’t thank them enough!! HIGHLY recommend you see them for all you pain therapy and chiropractic needs.

It feels like everyone it putting in their share of effort to make me walk out feeling better. Friendly atmosphere, and most importantly the treatments have been doing a great deal of help. I went in one day with horrible pain in my elbow , Doctor Vernon knew the problem Right away after x rays scheduled me for a Small procedure had that done then went for therapy. I feel 100% . Everything about this place is great . From the front desk to the doctors and physical therapists . If you have any questions or problems with insurance Kim is the BEST...Everyone knows and does they’re job professionally and they are good at it. I Refuse to go anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: The physical therapists themselves were very good, but the doctors and leadership working there are very questionable. I personally witnessed staff being shouted at and mistreated which made it an unpalatable place for treatment. In addition, 8.5 months after I stopped treatment I’m still getting calls, texts and mail regarding payment when my insurance handled. Please be aware that this is an out of network service.

Experiencia fantástica: I just completed 4 months of physical therapy at CMC and couldn't have had a more pleasurable experience. The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The fact I was able to consult with multiple providers under the same roof was truly a blessing. I was able to meet with their doctors to discuss the best course of treatment for my knee, from an orthopedic surgeon to discuss if surgery to an internal medicine doctor to discuss an injection for the pain. Although in the end surgery was not the option I selected, I appreciated the option of having all my treatment options presented in one place. As a part of my rehab program, I was able to see a physical therapist, chiropractor, and acupuncturist, who each contributed in different ways to the healing process. They also ordered a brace for my knee to provide extra support that I needed during my recovery. Thank you CMC for always going the extra mile to make my treatment not only healing but make me feel like part of the family! I am already back to the gym and even trying my first yoga class. If I ever have any pain or injury again CMC will be my first call.

Experiencia fantástica: I am still waiting on an approval for my Mother's PT/OT/Pain Management, but I want to pay a tremendous compliment to an employee named Jackie who took my call today. She was EXTREMELY helpful and informative, and I truly hope to get the approval and appointment ASAP because I think this is exactly the place to suit my mother's needs. (Stroke victim with shoulder separation among other things that require treatment...) Whether or not I receive an approval, I am giving this facility five stars for their patient services on the phone. Thank you, Comprehensive Medical, if only every facility was as patient and understanding as your staff appears to be.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything about Carteret Comprehensive Medical Center fits its name. The medical professionals and office staff are always exceptionally friendly and prompt, they're very accommodating with the making of/changing of appointments, and most importantly they GET YOU WELL. I had a herniated cervical disk, another bulging disk, two sprained ankles, a lat tear, and other minor ailments all happen within a two year span and no matter what it was, CCMC was able to help treat me and bring me back to my active, 27 year old self. Special thanks to Dr. Lieberman and his hands of steel.
