Experiencia fantástica: Finally, a Gym for Grown-Ups! This place is a gem — clean, fully equipped, and full of people who actually come to work out. The trainers know their stuff (no YouTube fitness gurus here), and the vibe is friendly and respectful — no drama, no ego. Just good people focused on getting stronger. No blaring TikTok dances, no mushroom-headed teenagers doing biceps curls in the squat rack. Just serious workouts, supportive staff, and results. Highly recommend if you’re into fitness and not circus performances.

Although the gym is small-ish, there is enough equipment to satisfy any muscle group training. I’ve had private lessons with knowledgeable trainers and membership visits and would highly recommend this gym from novice to experienced gym goers

The vibe is very safe , ethical, friendly, everyone is happy to help. The equipment is great and everything is working properly. The gym offers a great selection of protein -based snacks and refreshing healthy drinks as well. They have a room perfect for stretching classes as well.

Flexible schedules, not a lot of people at the gym so feels very private! Highly recommend. Easy location with either car or public transportation.

Experiencia negativa: A bunch of Ego pumped by Zero knowledge. Walked in thinking that I'd be joining since it's located in my neighborhood, but once I noticed the trainer Igor was advising someone on exercise (deadlifts) completely wrong (know it because I do this 9 years and have been working with high class trainers, I got a bit disappointed, but when wanted to sign up and heard the trainer offering paths of growth (not so legal and healthy) I said NO. Be aware.

Experiencia negativa: When I moved to this neighborhood, I wanted to find a small gym and not a chain gym. I came across this one that had fair pricing so I signed up for a year. I wish I had trialed a month before I committed for a year. The gym itself has everything you need, although they had the bare minimum of plates. As I went more, I started feeling very uncomfortable there. As some of the other reviews have already pointed out, if you’re not Russian or if you didn’t sign up for private training, they literally don’t see you. There was only one person who was always respectful, everyone else never greeted you. Trainers would literally take the equipment you were using without asking. When I first started, the studio area was open for use. After a few months, they closed it off to training clients only, along with moving in a couple of machines. This severely impacted the size and quality of the gym. I always went in the late morning. I cannot imagine how people would even train during prime time. My membership ended right before Covid happened. Honestly I was so uncomfortable with the blatant disrespect that I didn’t even care to go. The Russian employees walked into the gym with dreads, cornrows and a durag. If that doesn’t tell you enough…The only saving grace was a member named Janet that was the sweetest!!

Experiencia negativa: Excellent gym but with the new management it's hard to ignore the racial tension exhibited by them. I had to train one of my clients there recently who happened to be Russian speaking, who brought his friend to work with us ( I'm not Russian, nor do I speak the language) ; we had already discussed paying whatever rent fee was required. There was a discussion initiated by the manager, Alex, to my client as the session started ; we were watched like hawks throughout the session. Long story short, in as much as it is a great small gym, my client does not want to work out there anymore because of the way management made him feel that day. Thanks guys for costing me a client and a potential opportunity to gain another.

Experiencia negativa: I went in to gym ask questions and sign up. The staff did not want to talk to me. I ask who worked there and they guy who worked there just stood quite did not help me at all. Then he called another guy over to tell me the gym was private. There is no sign saying the gym is private at all. It seemed very public. I think the gym is prejudice and racially discriminates. That is illegal and the department of better should be notified.

He helps not only with trainings but also guides with nutrition which is very important for me. The rest of the stuff is great too and everybody here is super friendly. Experiencia negativa: This gym never has any towels (no matter which day it is throughout the week) especially when I come here at night. How about do your laundry or buy more towels! Secondly, it ALWAYS SMELLS LIKE CHEMICALS, as if they just mopped the entire gym. Here’s a suggestion, clean up after the gym closes?! I can barely breathe in this gym. Don’t try to do any intense exercises here because you’ll probably die of cancer breathing in all the carcinogenic cleaning products. You can tell the gym Is trying to save money on little things by being cheap. The center ceiling lights are never turned on. Some machines don’t work, not to mention they don’t have many machines to begin with. Months have passed and they never bothered to fix their machines!!! Trust me. Save your money. Go to ANY OTHER gym. Not worth it. Never coming here again.

Though it is never crowded, there are always people working out, and it definitely has a positive, motivational energy that pumps you to get your game on!!! There is also a private room with mirrors lining the wall, for when you want to work out alone, or focus on correcting your form if you are just starting out. They provide free, clean towels, and there is a shower and lockers for your convenience. Devon, the owner, is also really, really cool, and helps you out with anything you need, from correcting your form to giving advice on how to eat better, and how to speed up muscle recovery. Give this place a shot, you won't regret it.

The gym is for everyone either you are interesting in heavy lifting or just cardio. It has a private room at your convince that members could work out at your own pace. The locker-rooms and shower are clean, and the gym also offer you towels which is great. What I really like about this gym is that the minute you walk into the gym, the people, the atmosphere and positivity picks up your adrenaline to work out. The gym also offers variety of classes and small group training which is great for people who took a little break from a gym and now trying to get in a routine, I personally love small group training, the trainer pushes you of the limit, that you surprise at your self that you accomplish it.The personal trainer (Devon) encourage you to reach outside of your comfort zone. Overall I'm very satisfied with fitness gallery, will recommend this gym to everyone who is ready to change their lifestyle.
