Experiencia fantástica: I cannot express enough how absolutely amazing the team is at Great River Spine and Sport! When I first walked in I was greeted by 2 lovely ladies- Krystal and Kim. They were very friendly and made check in easy! Dr. Bill was extremely thorough and knowledgeable!! He listened to all of my concerns and then catered my adjustment to what my body actually NEEDED instead of the same old cookie cutter method that every other chiropractor uses. For YEARS I have suffered incredible pain on my tail bone area and the multiple chiropractors that I saw were unable to correct the problem. I was so discouraged that I ultimately stopped searching for one a year and a half! My fiancé ended up finding Bill and spoke SO HIGHLY of him that I decided to give him a try. Bill was able to adjust my tailbone at my first visit and I’m incredibly thankful for that!! He also gave me the tools needed to better my posture when I asked him for recommendations . Bill goes the extra mile and I’m extremely grateful!! He is hands down the BEST CHIROPRACTOR I’VE EVER HAD!! I felt absolutely phenomenal after leaving my appointment!! I am happy to say that I’ve FINALLY found my longterm chiropractor!! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Experiencia negativa: Disappointing Service Experience at Great River Spine and Sports My recent visit to Great River Spine and Sports for a scheduled one-hour massage left me dissatisfied and questioning the fairness of their service practices. Despite paying for a full hour, my expectations were not met due to significant delays and interruptions. The session was slated to begin at a specific time, but the masseuse was running late from a prior appointment. Consequently, my session commenced 15 minutes behind schedule. Instead of extending the massage to compensate for the delayed start, the masseuse continued for only the remaining 45 minutes, including a break she took during my paid time. It's disheartening that the tardiness and break of the masseuse were accounted for within the hour I had paid for. This practice seems unjust and lacks consideration for the client's time and payment. Additionally, the idea of cramming sessions back to back without allowing adequate buffer time between appointments seems to prioritize quantity over quality service. One would expect that when a session begins late due to the service provider's schedule mismanagement, the full duration would be honored. It's concerning that the establishment's policy allows for interruptions during paid sessions without compensating for the lost time. In my opinion, scheduling 10-15 minutes between sessions to ensure punctuality and a seamless transition for clients would significantly improve the overall experience. It's vital for any service-oriented business to respect the time and commitment of their customers, especially when payment is involved. Overall, my experience at Great River Spine and Sports fell short of expectations, primarily due to their handling of appointments and time management. Simply stay away from this place, bad investment of both time and money.

The doctors, Scott and Bill are very knowledgeable and treatment is comprehensive in the way that they look for the source, not just the symptoms. The staff is well trained, professional and friendly. I trust the doctors to give me and my family the best of care and I feel that I always leave having learned something new about maintaining a healthy lifestyle. The massage therapists are very good. Non invasive treatment here that has greatly impacted my daily quality of life with pain management and prevention! Highly recommend!

It’s great that I can go to one place for the maintenance I need to feel great – Chiro with Dr. B, Massage & recently PT. I experienced BPPV for the first time not long ago - I sought out PT to help correct it & it did wonders. Thanks to Bethany! The service, care & conversation here never disappoints no matter who you see!

Experiencia fantástica: My Neighbor is Bill Mickle, he told me i should come check him and the rest of the staff out. I am on my 3rd appointment with my physical therapist. I had reconstruction surgery on my foot on Dec 3rd 2020. So I am getting trained on my balance and exercises to get stronger in my Knee, hip, leg and ankle as well as my foot. But I'm non weight bearing right now. Thank you again to the Staff at Great River Spine & Sport for all that they do to help each and everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Needed a dive physical to get into a dive master program. Even though they had never done one, Dr Scott Schultz took it on, did some research to make sure he knew what to look for and he made it happen!! I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. The staff were wonderfull and kind, I highly recomend Great River Sport & Spine in Big Lake!! PS - I also didn't think you could go see a Dr for under $100 anymore, they proved that wrong too!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here is awesome. I can't think of a better word because they are truly amazing. I needed therapy because I was in so much pain that I couldn't sit, hurt to walk, play with my daughter, work, etc. Come to find out my lower part of my back was straight and didn't have the curve it's suppose to. They kept me motivated and had me laughing even when I couldn't stand straight or sit down. They took care of me from day one. Most times I didn't have a babysitter for my daughter but they even helped watch her so I could get better and they played with her and kept her occupied while they we fixing her mommy. The whole team they have there is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend everyone I know to come here I even brag about them at work to my customers. I love these guys and I am finally happy to say that with everything they have done it doesn't hurt to sit anymore and it doesn't hurt to play. I can do everything I want again! Thank you so much!

Experiencia negativa: I had booked a massage for 430pm, at 730 am i left a message that i needed to reschedule. I did not get any message that there would be a charge to cancel, i may have sent someone in my place if i had to pay for it anyway. A few weeks later i booked another massage, when i came in they charged me i ran out of cash that day. I asked to have it waived this one time. The message wad clear.... it was company policy. Massage was faboulous too bad.

Recently I was diagnosed with vertigo by my regular physician, they referred me to physical therapy at their clinic. Later that day I went in for my messages (btw they are amazing) when leaving Dr Mickle was there and heard what was going on. He checked me over, made an adjustment and gave me a treatment plan. I followed his orders and was feeling better in a week. PS my regular drs office called me back to schedule the pt almost a week later, by then I was feeling better. Thank Dr Mickle and your amazing staff.

Experiencia positiva: I went to the Monticello clinic for PT on my neck, and later for my back. I enjoy the practitioners very much - they are fun, and it makes the task of PT more enjoyable. However, watch the billing. They will charge your insurance company for treatments that were not given.
