Experiencia fantástica: Derrick at Roseville Viverant is a gifted physical therapist. I have had numerous sessions of PT with Derick at the Roseville location. From the very start, I noticed he has an extraordinary skill at pinpointing problem areas, was able to isolate which muscles were needing work, identified an IT band problem, and has given great direction, treatment, massage, and exercises at the session to help. He has adjusted home exercises as needed. He gives great insight and suggestions on how best to manage day by day needs. I have had various therapists in the past for conditions and he is exceptional! Thanks Derrick for being personable, caring and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience working with Dr. Kneeskern. After my surgery my surgeon recommended certain exercises but didn't provide specific instruction on performing the exercises. I am sorry that I wasn't referred to someone like Dr. Kneeskern for pelvic floor strengthening BEFORE my surgery. She tailored a physical therapy program that was focused on my needs and because she treats her patients with a "whole-body" approach my program was also extremely helpful for my additional low back disc issues and general balance. I have had extremely good results with my physical therapy program significantly strengthening my core and reducing back discomfort. Dr. Kneeskern is terrific!!

Experiencia fantástica: I went here to resolve some problems with knee swelling due to arthritis, and also worked on my hip flexor, which gives me a “hitch in my giddy up” and hurts sometimes when climbing stairs or walking up an incline. Both issues were resolved with the help of J.A. Schwartz, who is very knowledgeable and approachable. I would recommend both Viverant and J.A.

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend J. A. Schwarz for physical therapy. I went in with severe neck pain and limited range of motion, and within 3 weeks of physical therapy, I was pain free and able to move again. I was very skeptical about PT going in, but now I recommend it to everyone. I also like the pay-as-you go option at Viverant. Made budgeting easier.

Experiencia fantástica: Leigh helped me rebuild core strength postpartum. She was professional, fun to work with, easy to talk to about any pain or issues, and overall I would 100% recommend her to all the other mamas postpartum.

Experiencia fantástica: I hurt my shoulder rock climbing in the beginning of 2023. I tried to recover and do my own PT through Youtube and other sources for 8 months but made hardly any progress. Then I met with Kyle Flagstad at the St. Louis location and within 2 months he has my shoulder back to almost 100% and lifting weights again. Could not recommend Kyle enough he is very knowledgeable and wants the best for you. He even recommended in the last session that I don't need to be coming back anymore and to keep doing the exercises he showed me on my own. He was honest with me and didn't pressure me to keep buying more PT sessions when I didn't need it. Great experience all around.

I, enjoy my experience there I received a lot of insight on my physical therapy the therapist , Kristen, Cody Corey, are very informative in what they specialize in and my overall therapy there I seen a lot of improvement in my movement thanks a lot guys.

Experiencia positiva: Nikki is the best physical therapist I've ever seen. She's helped me recover from injury and surgery, and helped me get strong to prevent further injuries. I would have given 5 stars but the new flourescent walls in the St. Louis Park office give me a headache

Experiencia fantástica: I made the right decision to go to Excelsior Viverant for my physical therapy and strengthening. I absolutely love going twice a week and the staff is absolutely amazing. I work with Sari who is so very knowledgeable, caring and personable. I couldn't imagine a better therapist - she is top notch. I look forward to our time together helping me understand, a safe place to ask questions and healing. It has been working. The rest of the staff is incredibly friendly and I have always been greeted with a smile and conversation. Luke who often works the front desk and has also been a trainer for me is excellent and so friendly and welcoming. I have worked with Corey who is very passionate about his training and personable as well. They are a team staff that work well together and I recommend coming here!

Experiencia fantástica: They are great! Warm and inviting. Spoke to me like we were all humans in a really warm, genuine way instead of in a typical cold, clinical I'm better than you way. From front desk (Nancy) to my physical therapist (Bethany Hansen), I felt really welcomed and listened to (and cared for) at a time I was feeling kind of triggered and uncertain (seen for pelvic floor PT). They made me feel like I had valuable insights into my healthcare instead of treating me like I don't know anything about myself or anything else and am just an obstacle on their way to a paycheck or cooler procedure. I was kind of shocked... pleasantly ;) My provider listened to me and asked the right questions to get at things that would be helpful in providing a clearer picture for more effective treatment. And they didn't freak out about me being trans and asked my preferred name and pronouns. While I'd prefer not to venture into the suburbs or drive so far, especially in such a busy area during busy traffic times, they were worth it. And I look forward (as much as anyone looks forward to something like that) to returning for further treatments. Many thanks to them and luck to others seeking whatever kind of treatment you're in for ;)

But the knee massages and exercises Nikki gave me have brought significant relief from pain and have enabled me to lead a normal, active life. I may end up with replacement surgery, but for the time being I'm functional and happy!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to several providers for pelvic floor therapy, and Viverant is light years ahead. I have endometriosis, and had excision surgery. PT had been a life changer for pain management. The quality of my life has improved in 180 degrees. Bethany and Amy are educated, constantly learning, and have lots of ideas to work through to find the best techniques. The office staff is organized and awesome.

Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend Viverant without any hesitation. After getting injured I was looking for a treatment plan that was specific to my sport, age, and flexibility. I received all of the above and more. My physical therapist took great care in treating me as well as designing a home exercise program that I could build on each time I came in. I saw results that motivated me to increase my strength, flexibility and prevention of further injury. The atmosphere at Viverant is positive, upbeat and encouraging. Everyone wants you to succeed so you can get back to enjoying being active in whatever you do.

Margi was the therapist I saw the most, and she is exceptional. I highly recommend Viverant. I have been to other PT organizations and this is BY FAR the best.
