Receptionist is always very friendly and will answer all your questions. I take my son and he loves his appointments and his pain has made a significant improvement. One of the reasons I picked this Dr. Was the massage therapist is a part of your plan! Ashley is absolutely amazing at what she does and has helped my pain level minimize drastically. So thankful we found this office definitely reccomend!

First week there I saw major results in pain reduction & I would say about a few weeks in, my pain was relatively non-existent. Everyone working there is very compassionate and personable, to the point where it doesn't feel like just another doctor's visit. Also, Dr. Reiland tells some of the best and funny stories about his life, just making you want to stay and hear more. Overall, the best chiro and hands down the best doctor I have seen.

Experiencia negativa: Nothing like getting a 35 minute massage when you pay for an hour. Also, he takes TWO of the three Groupons to do a massage & adjustment the same day. I would need to use my 3rd Groupon for “X-ray findings”. Will not be back.

Experiencia fantástica: I been going fo Dr James for the last three months. I was feeling hopeless and considering surgery due to having my L5 and S1 injured in a car accident. I was laying in bed with tears in my eyes of the pain i was feeling due to having a pinch nerve not been careful. I had heard wonderful things about Dr James and his staff So I made an appointment. He did not disappoint! I am functional again thanks to his adjustments and of course taking cars of myself home not over doing it. His massage therapist is amazing She made me feel comfortable. I truly believer she has earn 50% of the credit of me feeling this wonderful. My body was so tide. I haven’t felt this good in months! Such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend! If you want to stop feeling in pain don't go to the doctor sometimes all you need is an adjustment and some love with a massage. Dr. James Reiland has great inter-personal skills, very understanding, honest on what he can do and what he cannot do. He is also very thorough on his examinations and reviews. Experiencia negativa: I purchased a Groupon for this office that included a massage and three adjustments. What I got were 2 quick adjustments and an aggressive sales pitch. I also asked for a copy of the X-Rays they took, and both the chiropractor and front desk assured me they would be sent, but I never received them. I understand that they may not want to share the XRays, but don't assure me that you will send them then. Furthermore, I got a second opinion, and have fixed the problem in 2 months for not even a tenth of the cost.

Experiencia fantástica: Use to love going here, now I can’t get an appointment to save my life. I’ve tried multiple times over months to schedule a new appointment but now my calls are never answered and the rare times I do get someone, they put me on hold and then the line “drops” and I never get a return call back. Will not be going here anymore which is a real disappointment since I thought I finally found a place I was comfortable with. Update: Dr. Reiland was absolutely wonderful and quickly made sure I was brought in and taken care of. Apologized for my troubles and explained abt their previous staffing issues, ensuring that it won’t happen again. Great service just like I remembered from all the staff and I’ve been able to make future appointments with no trouble at all.

The treatments relieve the nagging pain from my upper and lower back issues which is very good for overall health and well being. They are very good at suggesting at home exercises to help as well. The staff is very friendly and handle insurance and payments very smoothly.

All of my sessions were honored, and I enjoyed the staff and doctor so much, I decided to do the 3 month plan he suggested I do for what I was having issues with. I am now a month and a half in, and don’t even feel any pain anymore. Doctor R is so awesome and personable. I love Sam and Zoe, the front office girls, and Nina gives some of the best massages I have ever had. The office is so flexible with my appointments, and always willing to meet my needs. HIGHLY Recommend!

Dr. Reiland has been my chiropractor for a few years now, and I am surprised I haven't written a review sooner. He is earnest and direct about treating his patients, giving only what is in the patient’s best interest. He has always been accommodating and professional and most importantly, created an environment of safety and wellness. As long as I live here, Ill be going to Dr Reiland.

Clean and comfortable office, easy and flexible scheduling process. Currently doing a physical therapy program to address some problem areas and I’ve been seeing steady improvement. Oh, and the massage therapist is amazing!

With his help and hard work from both our sides I was able to go from a wheelchair to a walker to a cane to... nothing! And my speech is getting faster and more articulate. He is such a positive person and is always thinking of more and new things to do to boost my recovery and neuro rehabilitation. They treat not only the spine but the whole body including joint injections, stem cell therapy, top-notch physical therapy (With a kick-butt provider named Jenni!), medical weight loss, amazing massage therapy that actually makes a difference, custom vitamin infusion therapy, neuropathy treatment, Hormone Replacement Therapy, aging, injury, and (my favorite) beauty wellness. After filling out my first time patient paperwork, I was then led to a massage chair to sit in, while I waited for my massage therapist Nina...Let me say my family owned and operated a chain of salons & spas on the east coast, and I’ve had hundreds of massages over the years. I know the difference between an average, good, and great massage. Nina is GREAT...I have already recommended two friends to go see her for a massage. The Doctor did my Xrays and then spent the time showing me on the computer screen what he saw. After some adjustments I walked out feeling so much better. I will be back and recommended anyone needing chiropractor services, or just a great massage.

I have a reverse curvature in my neck and was basically told by two other chiropractors that we would only be able to maintain my current situation and attempt to prevent it from getting worse. Dr. Reiland is in the process of actually correcting my issue! Through adjustments, spinal decompression, massage and daily exercises at home, we are slowly correcting my issue.
