Experiencia negativa: This place has an extremely long wait time for appointments. I would like to see the manager.

Experiencia positiva: Baby so low budget. I made My baby a dentist appointment over the phone 3 weeks before her actual appointment. I get there and the lady at the desk tells me that she doesn't have an appointment for today. Red flag, right? So I ended up waiting. Now the wait to see the dentist was bad I waited an hour. They only allow 1 parent In the back with the children. So the assistant didn't ask any questions about my child or anything. 2 minutes later the assistant told me that the dentist couldn't see her because she didn't have any teeth. So now I tell the assistant that she does have teeth. My baby is only 9 months old so we were in the back for about 15 mins. I'm guessing it's because she didn't have an appointment, but we did, or at least I thought we did - the Receptionist didn't make the appointment. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The only good thing is the Transportation - I give that 100/10.

Experiencia negativa: I went to the dentist office for an exam and a tooth extraction when I got there I noticed it was relatively packed, but that was OK cause most places you know are packed. I got to the back And the dentist came in there told me he will get to me in a couple minutes because he was overly booked today red flag number one right then he gets to know me no exams no anything he just asked for my pain Was and decided to numb the area which he did numb the area properly he numbed the front of my mouth, which is the roof of my mouth and instead of the parts in that actually hurts The first time when he tried to pull the teeth out, I told him I felt pain and was uncomfortable. He got frustrated. Decided to walk out came back in 10 minutes later and asked can we try this again I said Right so he said hold on I’m gonna give you more numbing cream something a little stronger and I should be good from there. I said OK great fine. Only to find out, he did not numb my mouth correctly. He got to pull and tug again and hit a nerve in my mouth from digging in the hole of my mouth Was left me in In so much unbearable pain I let him know within that moment he told me that was impossible that I felt pain when my mouth supposed to be numb. Which made me tear up because here I am and trust in you to do the professional that you have chosen, and you’re not hearing me when I say, I feel pain so I was forced to leave up out of this dentist office in pain no medication prescribed but some antibiotics for infection not for pain and with no other option he really messed my face up to the point. It was swollen. I was in pain day and night. This clinic is horrible and it should not be open. It’s not clean is not sterilized properly. The smell in there is bad. really just disappointed at how someone can hold a professional title as such and be so blatantly, rude and unprofessional

Experiencia negativa: It sucks I only see my primary every 3 to 4 months I've taken lab test and don't know any results of them it's like I have to make my own appointments for my illnesses it's like it's all about money and not the people anymore

Experiencia fantástica: I love the beloved clinic been here for sometimes, they have great everything just ask for what your concern is and they will detour you in the right direction; because they're like family and friends

Experiencia positiva: It was easy to get an appointment and they have a free transportation shuttle bus that services the local community for new or existing patients. Wait times were short and the facility itself is clean but very basic in aesthetics. The healthcare staff was cordial and professional and the dentist took the time to explain in detail why she was unable to extract my molar. She gave me a referral to an oral surgeon and prescribed antibiotics and ibuprofen for my current symptoms.

Experiencia fantástica: I went there for my covid shot. I couldn’t find the door at first but when i did , I was pleasantly surprised. it was clean with security at the front door. I gave them my name at the desk and they asked me to be seated. I sat for about 10 minutes before being seen. The nurses were great and explained everything they were doing. I was not in there more than a total of 40 minutes. I will be getting my primary physician from there. I realize everything can’t be microwaved and I don’t want it to be. Take the time you need to make sure things are right. Everyone won’t like the experience but that’s why we have choices and I choose you. You all made me feel very comfortable . Thank you again for being in this area. I could go anywhere with my insurance but I’m glad you’re just a phone call away. I’ll be seeing you very soon.

Experiencia negativa: Uhhh...I called this place just a minute ago and cancelled my appointment. I found a place that hasa psychiatrist,Social Worker anf Case Manager. However the woman that called was rude. Also another reason is me getting a 15 minute grace period when I take insurance transportation and don't have a car of my own. Yeah I won't be putting up with that mess. Finally, I never been at this place in my life.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t go to this clinic, they’re never on time, they’re inconsiderate and don’t care if you’re pregnant or not. I had an appointment at 10:45 it is now 12:02 and no one still came to see me, it’s been people walking in after me that they have called but I still have to sit here.

Experiencia negativa: I went in today for my scheduled appointment. I arrived early because I was a new patient. I thought I would be in an out but then the time kept moving and I kept sitting. I waited for over almost two hours. Just for the doctor not to show up. The receptionist called the doctor and I could hear ask where are you. I left as quick as I could. I will never go back.

Experiencia negativa: This facility treated me terribly. They did not inform me of abnormal test results. The gynecologist never wanted to do her job and always violated hipaa by telling me about her other patients. The nurse practitioner refused to help me. The social worker refused to help me. If you cut your finger I guess it’s an okay place. But if you need real help go somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: Robbins office - They never picked up the phone and talk with you.. always waiting on hold for more than 30 minutes..then when they do pickup it is to hang up the phone.... I have been trying for weeks to make an appointment... can't get thru ... I absolutely hate this office..tacky and ghetto..not professional at all.. glad I'm not dying or in need of medicine.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I both had appointments at this clinic on 68th and Halsted. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to others. They took your temperature before entering the building, and they made us feel safe and comfortable throughout our visit. The staff checked us in early, the administrators answered our questions and provided us with follow up information at the end of our visit, and the nurses were friendly and efficient.

Nobody in here really works, they will leave u waiting to go have pointless, non work related conversations in a room.... With no regard to what u may have to do that day or anything. The nurses shouldn't have a job, the doctors act like they don't want their job, or don't take their job seriously... That's why they stationed in a clinic and not a hospital.

Experiencia negativa: I went in to take a Covid-19 test for my job. They never reached out to me to give me my results I had to call in to them. I finally get my results which came back positive, so i had to contact my employer to let them know. The doctor that excused me from work for 14 days didn’t put the exact reason why I was going to be out, so my employer didn’t accept that and wanted to see the test results before they pay me. I called in today 12/12/20 at 9:43am and was told my doctor would reach out to me. Never got a call. I then called back four more times after and still didn’t get my results. The last time I called the receptionist told me that the doctor office was closed until Monday. I am LIVID, not only do I feel this is unprofessional as a doctor and someone who supposedly is there to help and assist you with all health care needs but I also feel no one really cares. From the receptionist to the doctors they need to throw the whole office away and start over. No one should be inconvenienced about there money all because of the lack of communication.

Experiencia negativa: God help you if you are stuck going to this place. It will take your over 6 months to get an accurate diagnosis in spite of obvious symptoms, then you get to live the ordeal of trying to get your prescriptions refilled. I saw Nurse Practitioner Alicia Jefferson the week before she went on vacation and she neglected to refill my prescriptions. I was without diabetes and blood pressure medication for nearly two weeks, even though my pharmacy and I repeatedly called. When she finally decided to come back of course nothing was her fault. It never is. If you want to be talked to like a child by someone who has no self-awareness and is completely incapable of taking responsibility for her own errors she is the provider for you. UPDATE: First of all - the number I was given to respond was the same general number that I have left messages on for the administration to call me back. The phone system is 90% of the problem. I have left repeated messages for clinic administrators to call me. None have. So this is what I have discovered about my health since leaving the care of Beloved Community. The diabetes Nurse Jefferson diagnosed me with was a rare side effect of the maximum dosage of amlodapine I was prescribed for High Blood pressure. Not only that I have been prescribed an abuterol inhaler for my chronic broncitis. When Nurse Jefferson saw it she snapped and screamed at me that I was going to die of a heart attack if I used it and chewed me out about "self medicating". (I had a prescription?!?!?) My new REAL doctor prescribed one again for me today. I asked about what had been said to me. He laughed and shook his head from side to side. He said if that were true little kids all over America would be dropping dead. They prescribe it to them - they are perfectly safe. Please stop allowing this woman to practice medicine. Please. She belongs on bedpan duty.

Experiencia negativa: My children was assign here because their old doctor passed away. I called for a week straight and got the vm at the Robbins location. I called this location for physicals and they told me to come join their free physical and health fair. I traveled 45mins away and when i got here they told me i had to make an appointment. I found that to be very unprofessional to tell me one thing and when i got here they talking about scheduling an appointment all the way to Oct wth Terrible Place Lack of Communication Unprofessional Liars!!!!!!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Problems I have with Beloved is over scheduling of appointments. Appointment is at 3:00pm. Go to the room and sit there for over an hour this is unexplainable..We are still customer at least come in and let us know you are still aware of us being here. goosh

Experiencia positiva: I came here looking for Dr. Catherine Wilbert who is listed on their website as the OB/GYN on staff but instead it is Dr. Flores who is a funny but straight to business doctor. I've seen him twice, once for an initial and another for my follow-up/birth control. Both times I was placed in the room within 20 minutes of my appointment time then sat for over 30 minutes waiting for the doctor. The staff is very friendly and greet you immediately/answer any questions you may have. Despite the fact that they require you to bring your insurance card for every visit to verify, I received a bill for services rendered . They send your prescriptions to the HORRIBLE, dusty, dirty pharmacy up the block which is attached to a less than hygienic clinic that smells of dirty mop. You have to be buzzed into the Pharmacy and once inside you'll see it's also a convenience store where everything is dusty and smells mildewy.

Experiencia negativa: I live aound the corner and I'm always early. Even though I usually schedule apts they are never kept by Beloved. I am typically seen at minimum an hour late. There's no excuse for this. Today I came to see Dr. Abina Goncalves to simply get an inhaler. My apt was scheduled for 12:45 it is now 1:30 I have not been seen. She decided to take her lunch before she would assist me.

Experiencia negativa: This is a very poor place to go. You are not able to check in early they have you waiting over a hour even if you have an appointment. My first walk-in I waited 5 hours to be seen. I hate this place
