Experiencia fantástica: I like this clinic and the dr I see there seems caring and is thorough however sadly Cambridge is not like that

Experiencia negativa: They don’t care about mental health, I went here when I was having issues and they didn’t do shit to help me. I was raped and tried asking for help and they didn’t give me any resources or anything, just had me sign a piece of paper saying that I wouldn’t hurt myself. This was about a couple years ago, so things might’ve changed, but I will never return to this clinic again, the doctors let me down. They did not help me at all, and they tried to charge me $800 for an ambulance ride to the Cambridge mental ward in the midst of my crisis

Examples are insurance providers different and pharmacy different, this is confusing to the person pre checking in and having to try to update. Choices were not available on the drop down menu. Example....express scripts home delivery meds

Experiencia negativa: I dont appreciate Dr. Wilkinson assuming Im lazing and trying to get out of work because of my plantar fasciitis. I was just looking for some relief so I continuing working comfortably but sure no anti inflammatory and just 2 weeks resting it and im still in pain.

My previous Provider retired and it's been a journey trying to find a Provider that meets my needs. They are wonderful and I am elated.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with the Allina clinic Isanti was wonderful. I did wait a bit, but the provider took his time with me, as I am sure he did with his other patients. He knew my x-ray and went into depth as what I thought maybe have caused the problem.

Experiencia negativa: Kay Rombalski was so rude, started right when she walked in the room. The receptionist was kind and very helpful after the appointment.

Experiencia fantástica: Jaime Reinke NP always listens and makes Wonderful suggestions to improve my health. She is so kind and easy to talk to. It was hard changing clinics after our move wasy but everyone at this clinic I have encountered has made it a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: This clinic is amazing! It’s always spotless, all the girls working at the front desk are so kind and friendly! It makes it so much better when you’re not feeling well. The staff, nurses, lab and X-ray techs are all kind and very good at their jobs! Dr. Lewis is so amazing, no matter how many questions I unload on her she always makes sure she answers them all. Brian Banta has helped me with so much with Acupuncture! He’s so good at his job and makes you feel comfortable. and relaxed. He answers all your questions and is just the nicest guy. Thanks to everyone at the allina clinic in Isanti.

Experiencia fantástica: I visited Dr Dinh at the Allina clinic in Isanti, MN. The receptionist was very professional. Dr Dinh listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and made my health a top priority.

I have had experiences in the past where doctors have continuously brushed me off, and it kept me from bothering to go in for more appointments. Here I feel like I will be given proper care and understanding of my overall health!

Experiencia positiva: When I alot of pain or being very uncomfortable we should be able to speak to a doctor or nurse and at least get some kind of temporary relief until we are able to see someone. Time is of the essence when your in alot of pain. No one wants to drive, wait to see a doctor, go through testing, get a prescription and then wait for the prescription to work before they get relief.

We talked extensively about present condition of my knees and future concerns and care. And he provided virtually painless knee injections to me. Great work!

Experiencia fantástica: I see Dr. Melissa Craig and she is a very thorough Doctor that cares about you and really listens to what you have to say. I would recommend her to anyone and the Isanti Clinic. It is smaller than Cambridge Medical, but so personable!!

Experiencia fantástica: Providers and staff always caring and understanding.

Experiencia negativa: Previously never had a problem. Maybe it's a new Allina initiative. I know Allina is all about making the money. But if they ask you during a physical if you are having any issues keep your mouth shut unless you want to pay double for the visit because they will double bill you and then tell you the work was outside the preventive visit parameters. They will charge your insurance for the preventative visit and then charge you an additional office visit fee-$230. Best part is they charge you more for answering a question and making a referral($230) than an urgent care visit at Cambridge Medical so save your money and keep your mouth shut and visit the medical center if you are currently having any issues. The charge for the visit was $100 more than my last urgent care visit. Or ask as I learned is this covered under a preventive visit. So you also don't get a surprise medical bill.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience Dr got his feelings hurt, so refused medication. Supervisors did absolutely nothing to solve this. Try to pawn me off to the emergency room and this is been going on for quite some time. It’s disgusting how the medical profession has become. You can’t get help when you need it. I’ve been on anabiotic’s for four months. Cannot find anyone to help. Just keep getting referred to different places. All I know is if I start developing stomach issues because of all the antibiotics I’m taking there will be a lawsuit.!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend the Orthopedic team located at Isanti. I think they go to the Cambridge location too. Very thorough and yet efficient. They explain things in terms you can understand.

Experiencia fantástica: If you live in the area and DON'T go to the Isanti Clinic you are really missing something in health care. The clinic staff and providers are concerned about your whole person and treat accordingly. Every provider I've seen has been very good at providing care. I especially call out Dr. Craig and Dietitian Rachel Baar who are both EXCELLENT!

Experiencia fantástica: Trying to call this place to get a prescription refilled like communicating with someone in the stone age....press 18 numbers and wait forever

Experiencia negativa: Labs drawn in the morning stay at the facility all day and are transferred to Cambridge to be ran after-hours. Results that take one min if drawn in Cambridge and are on MyChart rather fast, are not touched in Isanti. Do not use the lab in Isanti or you will have to wait until the next day for results.

Experiencia positiva: Very good staff, doctors and nurses! Everyone is so nice, & I’ve always felt they really listen to my concerns. The only downside is how long everything takes, always get called in late to appts

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is always so friendly there! From the front desk to the doctors to the nurses. My primary is dr. Grandgenett and she is simply amazing! Always will take the time to sit with me and go over every concern I have and not feel like I'm rushed!

Experiencia positiva: This clinic was built not that long ago, so the interior and exterior are very nice. Clean and updated. I wasn't that impressed with the staff once I walked in. There was no one in line, three people at the desk, and it took what seemed an abnormal amount of time for them to acknowledge me standing there with my toddler. No one likes to be treated like that. If the staff was busy, all they would have had to do to make my visit better was look up, smile, and say "hello, it will just be a second" etc. The nurse was fantastic, the patient exam room clean and updated, and the doctor great. ;) Only downside was the staff at the desk when you walk in to check in.
