Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic store and people who work there! Grateful! 2025 update: I have been buying here since 2017 and people don't realize how lucky we are to have such a good store in town. Most of the products are mindfully chosen, and people who work there are beyond sweet.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place! I’ve been shopping here for the past year or two and I’m here almost 3 times a week for a reason haha. People say the prices are steep? I can get a bunch of organic produce here cheaper than I can at the chain grocery stores? So I have no clue what people are talking about. It’s a health food store of course certain shelved things can be pricey but a lot of sauces, snacks, frozen goods etc so well priced compared to other shops AND THEY HAVE AN ACTUAL REWARDS SYSTEM. No other health food store around here gives you $20 off a purchase after you spend a certain amount with a points system. I love it! Plus love the staff, they are always so sweet! So yea this place deserves better reviews!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Organic produce is cheaper and much better quality at tops..... Inspect what you expect Staff usualy friendly ... Except today!!! You need a scale in the produce department, you could put a low table with one in front of the tomatoes and potatoes, to have to go over to the coffee area and weigh everything makes no sense especially since that scale really doesn't have a big area. Often times you have to wait for somebody that is getting granola or yogurt covered raisins to get your cart close enough to use the scale. It's a 50 to $70 investment that your customers would appreciate

Recently they added a new product - leGrand Garden Pesto - which comes in a plastic pouch with plastic cap. There seems to be no environmental awareness in this place. Discouraging.

If you suffer from any disability especially regarding breathing difficulty with face coverings, DO NOT SHOP here. Several employees targeted and belittled individuals with disabilities. I thought perhaps it was just one nasty employee. Staff disregard the dignity of individuals in need of accommodations.

Experiencia negativa: In case anyone reading this needs to see this, this store has a strict 30 day return policy which is not written anywhere on their receipt and was not mentioned when the item was purchased. I understand if I was returning a perishable item but the item I was trying to return was never opened and has no expiration date. Lesson learned. I will be going back to mother earth's for all of my personal care products in the future.

Experiencia positiva: Happy that my favorite healthy food store in the area is also most convenient for me! Overall good prices, great selection, fresh produce and the bonus points program is a lovely gift for us frequent shoppers. Find staff generally quite pleasant and helpful. I get it about the woman who thought the no bathroom policy is too strict -- luckily there are clean, accessible bathrooms in the supermarket (was Stop and Shop, just became Tops) right next door.

Experiencia negativa: Management needs to be either fired or retrained. I stopped in today to pick up some needed things for my 2.5 yr old. While at the register with a cart full of items my toddler lets me know that he has to pee. Now, I know the store policy. I remember being 9 months pregnant and and the management refusing to let me use their bathroom. However, I think, they are human. They will let this sick toddler pee. How could they not? Guess again. I had three employees tell me that no, they could not make an exception because the bathroom was "too small." Too small?! If bathroom is big enough for your full grown employees it's big enough for my sick 2.5yr old who desperately had to pee. Your inhuman lack of regard was appalling. You do not support your customers and so this customer will no longer support you. I have gone out of my way to support this store as opposed to shopping at big chains or ordering online. No more.

Experiencia positiva: Hands down the best bulk selection within a 20 mile radius. As far as bulk goes, this is the closest you will get to a Whole Foods in the area. They have everything you need in terms of a health food store. Definitely compare the prices to those in local grocery stores. They can be a bit pricey for things like mock meats and brand name products.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the most affordable heath food stores around. The sales are great, and the service is very friendly. If you sign up (for free) to be a rewards customer, there are additional discounts. Only downside is that the shopping carts are very old and some are too large and difficult to maneuver in the store. In the future, it would be good to see newer, smaller carts with child safety buckles.
