Elle personalizes a plan for you from the minute you become a patient, listening and truly caring about your recovery and maintenance to avoid future issues. After having a baby, I had daily upper back pain, and after 3 months of regular adjustments and appointments with the massage therapists, acupuncture, and movement therapist, I am now pain free and come in for regular visits. I am so happy with them!

I really look forward to my appointments with Dr. Salko and credit her for how 'easy' my pregnancy has been so far! From Acupunture, Chiropracter, Thai massage, medical massage, red light sauna, cupping, drying needling and most recently Functional Medicine. All taken with insurance so it's a treat and with a copay very inexpensive. Everyone who works here is incredibly professional, welcoming and great at their craft. You are first greeted by Joe who is so sweet and on it when booking appointments - an absolute joy. I get Chiropractic work by both Dylan and Elle, both are wonderful Chiros and try to get to the root of your aliment. Recently, I started working with Dr. Elle for Functional Medicine. Her guidance and coaching has really been a game changer for nagging symptoms after an injury. This group cares for the patient from all angles. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Holistic, preventive medicine at its best with an incredible staff, along with their adorable mascot - Carrots the dog. Experiencia fantástica: I have had lower back pain for the past three years. I have had PT, chiropractic care, acupuncture, ortho appointments and massage. None have relieved my back pain. When Dylan, at Ellewell, suggested I go to Cynthia Machado, the movement therapist at Ellewell, I reluctantly agreed. It was the best suggestion in three years. She really listened to me and gave me specific exercises designed to strengthen my core and showed me how to move/stand up correctly. Seems I was putting undue strain on my lower back and my muscles were in a constant state of spasm. As a result, I haven't felt this good in 3 years. Everyone at Ellewell is respectful and nice. Even though this was therapy I enjoyed going there every other week. No longer am I constantly thinking about the pain in my back! Thank you Cynthia!

Then after a vacation mishap, while trying to not act my age, I needed somebody to stretch, massage, twist anything to get me feeling better.
