Experiencia fantástica: Don't think I have ever felt so compelled to post a review. I've had an amazing 8-year relationship with the LOX family and just recently had my children get placed into their programs. My oldest son has been searching for confidence, body control, strength, and general motor skill improvements. After speaking with the team, we thought the time was right for him to fully commit to their program. As parents, my wife and I were both a bit timid due to the nature of being in and around a gym and whether it would build or break his confidence based on his personality and current skillsets - we were reassured that he would strive because the desire to improve was there. Now, 6 weeks into the program, I cannot be more thankful and appreciative for what they have done for my son. They have welcomed him with open arms and catered a program around his abilities to bring him up to speed. His confidence is through the roof, and he's had real tangible gains in every area we were looking to improve. As a parent, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing your child happy and passionate about something. I am truly grateful for everyone at the LOX and the environment that they have created for these young men.

I was amazed how much confidence Lucas had. He was explosive and had an amazing game wining the championship. I love what this program is doing for Lucas. Getting him ready for the 2023 season. THEY OFFER EVERYTHING FROM CROSSFIT, BOOTCAMP, BODY BUILDING, FUNCTIONAL FITNESS, SPORTS PERFORMANCE, BASEBALL TRAINING. Nick Soto at The LOX Miami in Doral, uses a holistic approach to guide you or your child’s athletic career through speed, agility and weight lifting workouts. Nick is a better person than he is a sports performance coach, that says a lot.

He’s also gotten faster, stronger, agile, and confident. Definitely a 5 Star Facility. Train different!

Experiencia fantástica: Nick Soto is extremely motivated to make sure his athletes succeed at the next level. I always find myself excited to go to the gym because of this.

Experiencia negativa: Poca ética profesional mi hijo estuvo en el entrenamiento de béisbol, y escogen y etiquetan a los niños y van descartando a los que según ellos no tienen el nivel (discriminacion en pocas palabras) no los recomiendo jamás. Si se supone que ellos están para que mejoren a los niños con su programa! Es decir, hay favoritismo sólo están lo que ellos quieren que estén!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Very nice facilities and clean. Flaco: very knowledgeable about the game. My son enjoyed him so much he want to come back the next day. When we came back the next day they were very inviting and let us workout for 2 hours before we left to come back to Atlanta. Staff: one guy was working out a 5 kids. He gave them a drill and stop to take care of us. I can’t wait to take this trip again back to Miami. Huberto: This man is very generous and helpful. We had a situation and he accommodated us very quickly. I would have liked to thank him personally but he wasn’t in.

Experiencia fantástica: Great workout classes, the trainers really know how to push you to your limits and the facility is ample with great equipment and is very clean.

Experiencia negativa: Unorganized, unprofessional, not worth it. They are amazing to you during your "foundations" classes, but once you sign up for the regular plan you're just a number like any other gym, except here you're paying way more. I even recommended three of my friends to come here. Schedule is inconvenient. Front desk people have mad attitude. Was excited to continue boot camp here, but will not return or recommend to anyone anymore.

The gym itself is very spacious, clean, and well equipped. Their schedule is very accommodating to everyone’s needs and their pricing is very fair. Don’t look any further. Also, Coach Michelle Bertran Mack is THE BEST!
