I have been struggling with this lower back pain for over a decade and in a month my pain is almost gone. I regret not doing this sooner. My shoulder still needs some work but the dedication that they have to trying new things and constantly checking in to see what’s working or not is 10/10. They want to see you heal and improve. Love that it’s overall holistic as well.

I've been dealing with back pain for years and now I am experiencing neck pain as well with numbness. Intake with Alicia and Michel was seemless and fast. After just a few treatments, I began to notice considerable relief. Now after a few more sessions, I have virtually no neck pain , no numbness and much less back pain. Alicia makes scheduling easy. I would recommend Michel and his team for whatever ails you.

As a last ditch effort to get relief I was recommended to Integrative Acupuncture and I can honestly say I’ve never felt better. The least invasive treatment ended up being the most effective. The practitioners who were involved in my case (multiple herniated discs) were consummate professionals who were knowledgeable about not only massage and acupuncture but overall wellness also. I’ve seen multiple physicians, had tests, shots and completed PT. I have a history of arthritis in my spine, so I expect to live with a certain amount of pain. I started seeing Michel 4 months ago, he’s caring, professional and takes time to listen. He’s always evaluating, while asking the right questions to figure out what’s causing my pain, then makes a plan to address it. He always gives me ideas to try to improve my routine. My shoulder pain is greatly reduced, almost gone! I’ve had quite a few massage therapists in my life, Michel is the best! I highly recommend him and his team.

I also went in one day and mentioned a shoulder discomfort due to some heavy lifting, and Dan proceeded to use cupping therapy, a method in which a local suction is used on the area needed. I woke up the next day pain-free! I highly recommend incorporating acupuncture and massage therapy as an alternative to pain management.
