In fact, under Dr Wolfson’s guidance and his webinars as well, I have managed to get off my blood pressure meds ( after more than one year of afib issues! ). I was also able to replace the drug for afib with his suggestions and therefore, I no longer require the propafenone either. This has been a stressful 14 months of stress and anxiety to manage these conditions effectively.
My afib is really much much less than it was before. I’m not going to say it’s gone but I feel in control in managing it. It is reduced all in all at least 80% from where it was 14 months ago.

I found Dr. Wolfson on TT last year and I’m so glad I did. I’ve always been a fairly clean eater and careful of chemicals etc. I was a vegan and vegetarian for 20 years. Wrecked my health. I have thyroid issues and the generic meds made me start having heart palpitations (according to my pharmacists). I ended up on Atenolol.

I went to Arizona State University where I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a depth in physiology and minor in Spanish. After my undergraduate degree I was working on prerequisite classes towards medical school, which is when I came to learn that my values identified best with the principles of naturopathic medicine. I knew that I wanted to help patients identify the causes of disease and be able to offer treatments which would improve their health rather than simply treating symptoms.
I dedicated the next 4 years to the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona where I attained my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine. I served as Class President all 4 years, Board of Trustees – Student Trustee, spoke as the Club President for our branch of Toastmasters, and was voted by my peers and attending physicians to earn the Outstanding Leadership Award for the Class of 2020. Throughout medical school I took it upon myself to work alongside MDs, DOs, chiropractors, and functional medicine practitioners in addition to naturopathic physicians.
As a Spanish speaking student, I was able to volunteer with community clinics around Phoenix and provide free healthcare to low-income families. Due to this combined exposure, I came to find my passion in treating cardiometabolic and digestive disorders that are all too common, yet largely preventable. I took the opportunity to learn the broad spectrum of healthcare so I can ensure that I am able to provide my patients with the best options.
Dr. Lattanza is very knowledgeable in her field of medicine. She’s helped me through some very difficult times of finding out why I have palpitations. Giving me ways to deal with my health situations. Anxiety being one.
I’ve done level two testing, and I have found out root causes of my Palpitations, and why I do go into AFib. I’m never afraid to talk with Dr. Lattanza, but always in fear to talk with my other heart doctor, or any of my other providers, as they push medications continuously.
Before my appointment with Dr. Latanza, I was experiencing chest pain and shortness of breath while exercising. I have been working with NHD — mostly Dr. Lattanza — for about 3 years for paroxysmal AFIB. My episodes had decreased dramatically in frequency, severity and length early on. Then came the breakrhrough. Once figuring out that I was taking too much thyroid med, and adjusting my dosage after years at the same dose as well as adding in their Thyrokick priduct, my AFIB episodes have STOPPED! Dr Rainier is an excellent doctor, and gave me a lot of good advice and insight. I like her approach with natural methods being primary and pharmaceuticals being secondary or a bridge to wellness. Under normal circumstances, I would love to have her as my primary care physician. It’s sad that health insurance will not cover all or part of martial medicine, when the people who pursue it are among the healthiest people.

9 months ago Experiencia fantástica: Excellent. I appreciated Dr. Rubin's approach of offering me options of testing. It was worth the money to get additional testing and be told that my high cholesterol did not warrant statins and why. It was a great peace of mind. I have been trying to get my husband, who is on medication for high blood pressure and has experienced Afib, to work with Natural Heart Doctors and though my issues are different than his, my test results finally convinced him to do so.
11 months ago Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been working with Dr Lauren Lattanza for about 8 months now (on and off again due to Lyme treatment) and I’m so grateful to have found her through Dr. Wolfson. My family history is filled with high cholesterol, High blood pressure, Heart attacks, Strokes, stents, and lots of medication. One of the reasons I sought out a natural approach was because I can’t take pharmaceuticals. Period. And I don’t believe they cure anything! My first in-person visit with Dr. Lattanza was to review my comprehensive test results. Heavy metals…off the charts! Mold and mycotoxins…same! Same for gluten, oxidative stress and more. (No western medicine doctor tests for any of this stuff to the degree they do.) So we started on a supplement routine and lifestyle plan. One that addressed my 100% leaky gut to start. In eight months with a two month break, my cholesterol and LDLs are down over 30 points. I know I have a lot more work to do, but I’m committed to achieving the 100 year heart without taking poisonous drugs. 1 year ago Experiencia negativa: Very misleading and way overpriced. I paid $250 (least expensive option) for what I believed to be a 20 min “consult” from a cardiologist only to be prepped for their almost 10k supplement program.

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: Over a year ago I started the beet powder, potassium and vessel and was able to stop two different blood pressure meds and now have a normal BP as well as heart rate NATURALLY!!!! I also had an issue with acid reflux and was taking a daily prescription for that as well. Now I take the digest plus and again no more prescription or acid reflux and again, NATURALLY!!!! I highly recommend their products and free consultation!

1 year ago Experiencia fantástica: I had a discovery call with one of the coaches, and decided to do some blood work! WOW, on all the inflammation that's going on in my body & gut issues. I've never had anything picked up going to regular doctors. They just do the normal panels and send you on your way! At Natural heart Doctor, the support is tremendous between the Facebook group and discussions, articles and classes you can take on specific issues going on with your cardiovascular system! I'm on some great supplements now and will be retesting to see where my levels are at! 2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: Working with Dr. Rainier has been a huge help. When we met last summer, I knew I was not healthy and that help was definitely needed. Dr. Rainier helped to find the root cause (mold and hormones), and then offered support for lifestyle changes and how to move through the detoxification process. The journey has not always been easy, but Dr. Rainier and the team have been extremely supportive. I especially appreciate Dr. Rainier's willingness to search for answers and to come up with custom treatment plans based on all the factors a patient is experiencing. 2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I have been working with NHD -- mostly Dr. Lattanza -- for about 3 years for paroxysmal AFIB. My episodes had decreased dramatically in frequency, severity and length early on. Then came the breakrhrough. Once figuring out that I was taking too much thyroid med, and adjusting my dosage after years at the same dose as well as adding in their Thyrokick priduct, my AFIB episodes have STOPPED! The coaches always follow up after appointments with Dr. Lattanza too. Fantastic. I take many of NHD's recommended supplements, abide by their dietary suggestions, exercise regularly, and more. Recommend highly.

He alone was the catapult to me believing I could live normal life again. 2 years ago Experiencia fantástica: I can tell you that most doctors will just offer you pulls, tests and runup you insurance. I am familiar with the Natural Heart Doctor. In fact 33 years ago when I was given 2 years to live and get on the heart transplant list; I went for a second opinion. The head of cardiology was infact the Natural Heart Doctors father. He gave me hope and between him and other friends I went on a natural treatment. Eating right, exercise and today at 70 I do well. Heart is not perfect but I only take one med and that's a BP pill. Do 7k to 13k steps aday and keep active on ourbacteage.

2 years ago Experiencia negativa: Our experience with Dr. Wolfson was extremely disappointing to say the least. Traveled to Scottsdale to become an established patient and when we needed him the most, we were told you have to pay $10,000 a year to get another appointment. We spent money on supplements, tests and travel expenses. The worst part was the false sense of hope he gave us, then to find out that we needed to be wealthy for him to help us. His website is misleading...don't walk...run...unless you are rich.

Going forward, we at Natural Heart Doctor feel the best care is with a continuity plan to make sure you are on track for the 100 Year Heart. If you choose not to work with me, Dr. Jack Wolfson, then other options are given including other doctors and coaches.
My goal is not price people out of my care, but I am only one person and my time is very limited. Cpntinuity is best for all involved.
Most of my patients are not wealthy or anywhere close, but choose to spend their money on what they value. I hope you learned much from our time together and wish you the best going forward.

2 years ago Experiencia negativa: Became a patient just a couple months ago. Wasted a ton of money on travel to his office from another state to become a patient at his request. This "doctor" with absolutely no warning decided to raise his fee for being a patient to $10,000. Then when you have already paid him for a service wont serve you unless you pay his $10K. What a terrible experience it has been. Warning to all stay away from this ego monster. All he cares about is his wallet and yours. Just wants to serve the wealthy and pad his pocket. This guy"s supplements are actually not his supplements he puts his sticker on other company's products. Just go to Biotics Research yourself or a real nutritionist and bypass the up charge.
So sorry you had a negative experience. Dr. Wolfson switched to a continuity program to offer better care to his patients. Far from an ego monster, Dr. Wolfson left mainstream to offer the best in healthcare.

The goal is to get off medication because they just cause further breakdown if taken for a long period of time. 3 years ago Experiencia negativa: Very dangerous information. He has nearly had his medical license suspended numerous times. The place wreaks of sales and scammy supplement sales. He tells you that you don't need medications and that he can get you off medications, but wants you to purchase his supplements. What's the point of getting off meds that are cheap and generic and cost me $2 for a 3 months supply that are regulated and controlled, only to sell me $600 worth of his supplement stacks. Super unethical and cringy. His "doctors" are actually chiropractors. No thanks. His entire sales pitch, and it's exactly that, is like a used car salesman trying to sell you something you don't need and doesn't work. My cardiologist told me I would likely die if I don't take my meds. I have already had 2 heart attacks and diabetic. And he is reporting him to the medical board again. Save your money and do not go here. This is when medicine goes really bad that you have such horrible bad actors like this trying to go out side of medicine and sell supplements. Very scary that he is still allowed to practice like this.

3 years ago Experiencia fantástica: As a nurse of over 15 years, I know and understand the health care system quite well. I've worked in various capacities and have advocated for many patients. It's interesting how my perspective changed when I became a patient myself. For the first 38 years of my life, I was healthy, active, and vibrant. Shortly after the birth of my third child, I began feeling unwell. My heart raced, I had palpitations, and was dizzy all the time. Multiple ER and doctor's visits all ended the same: "We can't find anything. It's probably anxiety." I knew my body, and intuitively, I knew that something was wrong. However, I began to question my own reality. If all these experts weren't finding anything, maybe I am going crazy? My symptoms progressed and eventually I had to leave my job as a nurse manager at a Level 1 trauma center. Eventually, my cardiologist suggested a tilt table test and I was diagnosed with POTS. Relief came with the diagnosis, because at least I had a name for what I was experiencing. However, doctor after doctor told me the same thing, "We don't know why you have POTS." I was offered medications, with no other solutions. I kept digging, reading, and trying to figure out how to "fix" my problem. Eventually, I came across Dr. Jack Wolfson and his team. After one conversation with Dr. Wolfson, I knew this health experience would be different. He reassured me that we could get to the "why" behind my problems. He was the first physician to really validate my experience. I hung up the phone with tears in my eyes, and even said out loud, "I'm not crazy." It's amazing what compassionate listening from a health care provider will do for you. The doctor suggested some extensive testing to include mold testing, heavy metals, pesticides, etc. I was shocked to see that my labs came back very high for mold and glyphosate. As someone who steers clear of processed foods, I couldn't imagine that my body was storing RoundUp! I worked with one of Dr. Wolfson's health coaches to understand my labs. Incredibly, as a nurse who has evaluated labs for the last two decades, I had never seen most of these! That says something about our medical system right there. The health coach was educated and patient, answering all my questions. She then recommended several actions I could take to heal - including lifestyle changes, supplements, etc. The biggest learning piece for me was how much stress impacted my health condition. I had no idea. I feel like I've come so far with my health, thanks to Dr. Wolfson and his team. I still deal with my POTS symptoms, from time to time, but much less so than ever before. My quality of life has improved tremendously. If someone were to ask me if I would work with the NHD team again, the answer would be a resounding yes! The financial and time investment that I made was 100% worth it.
