Experiencia fantástica: This my gym. Been going here for 2+ years now. My sons love the place also. Yes it's a real gym. Yes it can be loud. It's a real gym. With real weights and equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: Bathroom is clean enough to do what needs to be done. Gym is the right environment. Needs a new speed bag at both locations and a sign above it reminding people not to beat the crap out of it to where they pop the bag and ruin my routine. Overall, great experience and glad to be apart of it.

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to Progear a couple years ago. I previously worked out at the YMCA, Planet Fitness, Golds Gym, Blast Fitness, Work Out World, etc. So I have a lot of different gyms in my experience to compare to this one. And personally, this is hands down my favorite gym iv ever gone too. Even though progear is a hard style gym, it does NOT mean it’s only for big meatheads. They are people of all shapes, sizes, ethnicities, and ages that come to this gym and everybody is family. The music is amazing, the equipment is hardcore, the environment consists of red lighting, red LEDs, red graffiti on the walls, all in which makes you legit see red and push yourself to your limits. As amazing as this gym is, it wouldn’t be possible without the owner Mikey Oliva. This dude treats this gym like it’s his baby. Unlike other gym owners, Mikey is at the gym EVERYDAY. He’s usually working out himself, engaging with other members, or hanging at the front desk waiting to greet new people looking for a tour. When you combine an amazing gym, the amazing environment, with an amazing owner, you get the best gym possible. And that’s Progear gym. I’m blessed to be apart of the Progear family and the family is ALWAYS looking to grow. If you’re looking to change your life in not only your muscles but your mindset and your heart too, then Progear gym is the place for you.

Experiencia fantástica: The gym itself has really good equipment and it’s equipped with some gym gear needed for a workout to be done and the environment and vibe of the gym goes for that old school, factoryesque environment which sets the tone really well whenever creating a certain concept of a gym especially the lighting including the led lights which give off a red ambiance whenever you’re inside a factory or a nightclub but it’s a gym. Where the staff are nice.

Experiencia negativa: Says gym is staffed until 2pm. Drove 40 minutes here on vacation to check it out, arrived at 1pm and no one is here all doors are locked, can't even buy a day pass from the website, very unprofessional

Experiencia positiva: Hard Hardcore gym atmosphere to the fullest. No pretty equipment but well made stuff, you can tell the owners are the type who take fitness seriously. I was in Tampa area for a few days to workout 1 night, paid $15 plus tax but I don't regret it as it was a good environment and vibe overall. If you're looking for a gym in the Spring Hill area this is a good spot.

Experiencia fantástica: Tldr: Pretty good place. I would recommend. Here on vacation but didn't want to stop working, so found this place. Found this on Google. Walked in to the one behind the car places after driving passed a couple times looking for the entrance. First impression, very friendly and welcoming staff. Helped me out, answered questions, didn't feel any sales pressure, set me up with exactly what I needed for the week without hassle. It was refreshing. Inside the gym, it is definitely lifting focused. Pictures are accurate, if you add at least six months of no deep cleaning. They could definitely use a janitor or someone to do basic cleaning. Stained my shirt with grime from the dumbbells. But, everything was set up sensably. No wasted space or machines. It is obviously well thought out by people who know lifting. Clientele is pretty good. Nearly had a serious accident on running on the treadmill because someone left their purse on top of the belt, where it is hidden, got caught on the belt while I was running. The gym could probably encourage more locker use. People were really friendly and polite. The gym bros definitely are some great people, polite when asking if you are using machines, don't bother you unless you ask for advice, definitely emmiting positive energy. Love that. Asked for advice about a lift I was only vaguely familiar with from a guy wearing a gym logo shirt. I think he was a trainer there. He gave me great advice, then when he was walking passed, showed me how to optimize range of motion. Exactly what I needed. This place left a great impression on me. Next time I'm here, it'll be my go to. I really enjoyed my time here. Felt welcome.

Experiencia fantástica: Was on a work trip in Spring Hill for the week and saw this badass gym nearby and decided to give it a try. Staff was super friendly and gave me a tour of the place, even offered me to come by the day after to grill burgers with the team. Equipment was top tier, environment was nothing like I’ve ever experienced before. Hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever visited too

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down the best gym in the area! They have anything you'd want for any kind of program i.e. Bodybuilding, Strength training, Power-lifting, Strongman, Cardio, HITT, etc... Get in, workout, roll-out. Its simple and effective. 24hr access and equipment that skip the pretty colors and do what they need to do. Whenever somethings down (cable broke) they're quick to replace it. Just make sure to rack your weights and wipe down after you're done. In summary; have recommended and will continue to recommend.

Awesome atmosphere with no hassles or concerns of “I don’t fit in”. I own and operate a martial Arts school and Mike and his staff have kept me on track with my own personal fitness. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: This is not your normal gym. This a true grit gym. In here if you work hard, you will see results. Don't expect to be eating pizza here. You get what you put in, and at Lift More the more you put in the more you will see. The owner went from member to buying the gym. This place has some truly great people, and a lot of personal trainers if you need one.

The owner's motivation, drive, and inspiration feed into every member's desire to reach their goals and push on beyond. It's old school and new world mix in the perfect ratio.

Experiencia fantástica: I travel to Spring Hill from Long Island, NY and have tried a few gyms in the area. This one is not the biggest or does not have the most or newest equipment that the " brand name" gyms have; however this place is all about training and lifting and has quickly become my second gym. The staff is friendly and there is no attitudes with the other members. Chalk is welcome and that is a plus.

I started looking around for a gym and Lift More Fitness gave off a good vibe right off the bat. The price is reasonable and they don't hold you hostage with a long term contract. They also give you the option to pay month to month with a check, which I had not heard offered anywhere else. All of the staff, trainers, and members are friendly and helpful and make you feel at home. I have found that I actually enjoy exercise for the first time in my life and I know the friendly, nonjudgmental atmosphere at Lift More Fitness has played a role in my new found love of cardio!
