Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO HERE. Worst doctor ever. I went here to get a full body hair lazer treatment. On my fourth treatment the technician YUNY who was doing my treatment burned me right before my cruise! She messed up the settings of the lazer and acted like she had no clue what happened. I have burn marks all over my arm and they are lifelong. I requested to speak to the doctor. The doctor stated that this is an allergic reaction (mind you this is my fourth treatment and this has never happened before) and she told me to take some claritin. Mignon was guided me to a wrong path of treatment just so she can save her reputation. See pictures attached please because these are clearly burn marks. The doctor is fake and a liar. She acted like nothing serious happened. She is extremely unprofessional. No one apologized to me instead they all argued. The technician YUNY sure has a huge attitude and an ego. They have several bad reviews. This place should be shut down. Please do not go here. They never refunded my money. P.S They got someone to delete my original review.

Dr. Mignon really goes the extra mile when it comes to your health, I've been going to this Doctor's office for about Seven year's now and I never had any issues. Also the doctor offers video consultations as well. I've had a few long Hospital stays in the past year and Dr. Mignon made it really easy and convenient to make my appointment with a Zoom or video consultation. I just want to say thank you to Dr. Mignon and staff for excepting the challenge of getting me back to health.

Experiencia negativa: My son has been coming to this doctor for almost a year and we can never seem to get anything accomplished. They are always short staff and we have only seen the doctor once. My son has been missing shots for almost a year now and it’s always an excuse for them not having it. They were suppose to call when the vaccines came in but unfortunately never did. We finally called and they had them in and on the way to the appointment,they called and said they didn’t have anybody to administer them. The equipment is out dated and one of the nurses didn’t know how to check my son’s weight. I would not recommend this place to anyone. We always receiving bills that we’ve already paid or isn’t correct.

She has been my primary, mental health, pain management, and now my aesthetician caregiver. I have gotten two Opus treatments and can see a dramatic change in the discoloration of my skin. It feels nice to be able to wear tinted moisturizer, then having to layer my face with piles of foundation. I can’t wait to see my journey of transitioning into a middle-aged adult, and reversing the signs of aging. Not only that, but Dr. Mignon keeps me on the healthiest path of life. Experiencia negativa: This building is like a ghost town for a reason. Its customer service has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY, the staff changes constantly. Even Dr. Mignon makes you wait over an hour each time AFTER being called back. Only this time she came in my room w an attitude, trying to belittle me telling me how she’s been working all day. THEN her evil spirit decided to send over a prescription that wasn’t covered by my son’s insurance! You would think I did something to warrant her behavior. Not to mention how your concerns you come in with aren’t properly handled. Never coming back to this office, this was my last straw. Take heed to this review, it’ll save you.

Experiencia negativa: I would like to place a complaint against Lindy that works at the front desk. She is rude and unprofessional. When advised that a complaint would be made to the manager, she concluded that she did not care. That the doctor always takes a long time and would have wait an hour or more to see the doctor. While speaking to a patient, she did not address with professionalism, but hun, honey. When advised to show respect by address as nothing or ma'am, she stated fine with an attitude. Instead of taking the opportunity to save face, she in return made me feel differently about the establishment. I hope customer service in the future changes. In the end, it's about respect for others, kindness, and providing hope to humanity. We've grown far from love in this world. The simplest act of kindness goes a long way.

Experiencia negativa: April 2023 and I was denied essential health care because I refuse to wear a mask. I waited over 3 years due to COVID hysteria to get my well check and pap smear. I have no idea how someone can call him/herself a health professional at this point and deny care based upon a theory that has been proven false by several studies. Even the VA center in town no longer requires masks. MASKS DO NOT WORK.

Experiencia negativa: Worse experience ever. We started laser treatment in July 2021. I started first and since my partner was coming with me for two-hour drive he also decided to do it too. We had 6 appointments for our hair removal Lesser treatment. Because I started 1st, my appointment was done before my partner. Dr mignon told me that because I come in for the last appointment for my partner she can take care of me too for little touch for free. So as usual we woke up early to go to the appointment and my partner went 1st for his appointment then I go in there for my touch-up. After the touch-up she was like your today’s touch-up is $ 125. I got shocked 1st and I thought I might have misunderstood her when she told us she will take care of us. So I paid $125 for touch up that I wasn’t told before the procedure. I was so upset about that so I called her office saying that she should have at least told me that before the procedure. She said she wrote it down in her chart but again she didn’t tell me. So I asked her for a refund and she said can’t refund and hung up on me

Experiencia positiva: Sitting in the waiting room for my 9:00 am appointment as a new patient, I was nervous while reading recent reviews about long waits and rude staff. I’m now sitting in my car at 9:45 am and happy to say it was overall a good experience. I can see there is some disorganization/unprofessionalism behind the scenes. I’ve been unable to login to the patient portal. There are signs requiring patients to wear masks due to a rise in COVID cases but staff at the desk aren’t (all medical providers are). BUT - everyone was kind and courteous and able to see me quickly. Those really aren’t dealbreakers for me. The nurse practitioner (Rae) is friendly and a good listener. She asked questions to understand my concerns better and made recommendations that I understand and am on board with. For a first appointment, I feel like I chose a good primary.

Experiencia negativa: This place has went down hill. Was a patient for many years. Now not enough doctors and staff. If your late you have to reschedule but they will make you wait for 1 hour even when your 15 mins early and then they act like it's not a big deal. With only two doctors working now because they burn all the goods ones out I would stay clear of this place and go elsewhere. Staff is a negative 10 for sure . You will get 4 different answers from two different staff members. One word HORRIBLE!!!!!!

What Dr throws papers across there desk because your asking questions on a certain topic and stating your opinion? She does!!! Some of the staff can be very rude and unhelpful.

From filing out forms, to the consultation and service- took no more then 20 mins . In and out PLUS I'm already happy with my results , it's a WIN WIN for me-BTW this is my first time there and my appointment for next month is already scheduled. Thank ya!

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment scheduled for this morning at 9am. Once I arrived they told me I didn’t have an appointment. I’m 100%sure that I did. I had an appointment card and etc. The only response I received was you’re not on the schedule but I can add you at 2:15pm. No apologies for wasting my time. No, we can work you since you’re already here. So I come back at 2:15... now I’m sitting in the room for an hour waiting on the doctors. Lashonda... you real rude sis. Dr. Mignon if these are the lazy, inconsiderate and unprofessional people you have working under you, I do not want to be a patient with you all anymore nor will I ever recommend you all to anyone.

If you need help with anything please see her, she is the very best, and you won't find anyone else like her. She is the only doctor I have ever seen that I can be 100% honest and myself, with no judgement. Her and her staff saved my life and I owe them everything! Experiencia fantástica: Sooooo... my first session was today and it was amazing! The staff is uber wonderful, friendly, kind, helpful, professional, and educated! The facility is clean and cute also. I am excited to see this process to the end, if you're thinking about doing hair removal make an appt you'll be delighted. This is my first ever cosmetic procedure done on myself in my life and I was soo nervous, but comfort came easier due to being able to tell the staff both knows and loves their jobs.

Experiencia negativa: The absolute worst experience I've ever had with a doctor's office. I was never truly helped with my problems, only pain medication shoved at me after I told them I do not like taking pain medicine as I do not like how it makes me feel. When I asked about birth control options, I was told to do my own research and let them know. I came to a professional for their advice..... and that is what they told me. Could not even suggest a gyno that COULD help me with the problem. My mother, a former patient, went in for a blood pressure check / refill on her blood pressure medication... THEY DID NOT EVEN TAKE HER BLOOD PRESSURE. I thought that was basic triage? Finally, the last straw, is when I called in during the global pandemic to try to speak to someone regarding a doctor's note advising I work from home. I left a message and one week later I still had not received any contact back. I finally called back, and was transferred round and round, until I was finally told that I would have to COME IN OFFICE to receive the doctor's note, as I have not been in since 2018. (I haven't been in since 2018 because you've never helped me, and I just go to Urgent Care if I really need assistance.) I asked the receptionist to clarify for me, that I would have to come into the office to get a doctor's note, which I am requesting because I DO NOT FEEL SAFE. I was told that we could set up a teleconference, and I was placed on what was supposed to be a "brief hold." Well, I was transferred to a voicemail yet again. I left another message, but at this point I had had enough. I did what I should have done two years ago, and switched my primary care physician. Finally got a call back letting me know they couldn't help me. If you are reading this review, please learn from me and my family's mistakes and steer clear of this place for your medical needs!

He’s not informative at all and he’s really not at all friendly. I wouldn’t recommend that anyone sees him. Then again this is my experience or maybe this could’ve been a bad day for him, but even still I wouldn’t want him to see my uncle again.

Experiencia negativa: Based off ~5 visits. Almost every visit there was an obscene wait time (several times 2 hours despite a scheduled appointment). Be careful, as they will charge you incorrectly (horrible front staff and billing department). I had to show my insurance brochure to show I did not have a copay for a visit, but office staff still made me call their billing department (doing their job). And they will charge you for anything they can reason around (e.g., don't mention issues during your free yearly checkup or they will charge you a copay for regular visit if Dr. orders you to get a test result somewhere else). Some of the rooms were dirty, and several times I was scheduled to see Dr Mignon but never saw her. I really wanted to like it here, as we all need a decent place to get health care needs met, but I would not recommend this practice to anyone I cared about. I recommend finding some place where you are treated more than just cattle and money maker, and where you can trust you are not being taken advantage of (especially if you are on a fixed income)

Experiencia negativa: I don't know about all of their services, but don't go here for weight loss. When I went they charged $30 every visit. Not unreasonable but on a college student's budget and with them telling me I have to come every week it was a bit much. Anyways, they told me to get on an unreasonable diet that won't work long term at all. I didn't even do their diet plan, yet every week they would tell me I was looking good and that they can already tell the difference. A usual visit would consist of me waiting 15 minutes in the lobby, waiting another 5 minutes in the room, then the lady would come in and talk to me for about 3 minutes, most of which consisted of her trying to sell me supplements and vitamins. (I bought some then went to the website of the company that makes them and this clinic was selling them for about a 200% markup) At the end of the day weight loss is about mindset. Don't get scared into avoiding carbs and starving yourself to lose weight. Don't change how you eat change what you eat. Stay away from processed foods, fried foods, anything with high fructose corn syrup or additives, and do a little cardio a few times a week. I've lost 60 lbs in a little over the last 3 months and I'm not starving myself, exercising excessively, or paying for supplements. If you want to blow hundreds of dollars for "professional" advice that will make you miserable, then please check this place out. Or save that money you would've spent here and spend it on the slightly more expensive organic meats and other products.

Experiencia negativa: The Office Manager is rude, not at all knowledgeable on medications for people who have autoimmune diseases. The staff who takes phone calls are not caring, or knowledgeable either; if you need to come in, they do not tell you that; the entire practice is unprofessional! This is not where you need to place your loved ones healthcare, who has serious issues, find another doctor first, no matter how long it takes! The doctor never in one year checked my lymph nodes, or listened to my heart, or lungs! Yet, I was told to come back on a Monthly basis! I have four known autoimmune diseases, also thyroid tumors; yet she never once placed her hands on me, to check if they were enlarged, swollen, or inflamed! I could not in good conscience recommend this Doctors Office! Very poorly run!

She came into the office on a rolling chair with a rolling desk and didn’t introduce herself or get up the entire time until I asked her was she at least going to listen to my heart or anything. Ridiculous!! The only person that was helpful was Latoya. I was on hold for an hour, switched from person to person because no one seemed to know what they were doing. I’ll be looking for a new doctors office so unprofessional!!!
