Experiencia positiva: I used to love this place. They advertise they accept walk ins, but never seem to have availability.

Experiencia negativa: Went in for a few appointments. Each time you call to book a new appointment, they tell you that you have to book online. When you book online, it double books you, and they'll squeeze you in later, but you have to come back. Today, I was told that booking online never works, and they can try to book me 2 days later. Will not return.

Experiencia negativa: Definitely would never go here again or recommend. Booked a session online for a Reflexology treatment. Get into the room and the therapist tells me they are not trained in Reflexology, but can spend some "extra time" on my feet because I am in pain. I regret wasting my time and money.

This is the second time I showed up for an appointment that I booked online at this location where they have no record of my appointment but they send confirmation emails and charge my credit card. This location is unorganized and has not fixed their online booking problem for a long time.

He is on the cutting edge regularly updating his routine etc. He is very knowledgeable and has always been able to target my trouble areas. He is quite Delightful in conversation as well. As I always say: “Once you go Baase you don’t go back” (anywhere else that is).

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this chiro for over a year now. Front desk people are amazing!! They will always take care of any scheduling issues and are very kind. Amanda in specific. She is attentive and remember your name when you walk in the door. Very friendly office in general and makes you feel good when people remember you and smile when you walk in the door. Dr. Michael C. Baase is the one I see now and he has really really helped me get past a lot of pain in my neck and back pain caused from a bad ATV accident. So this is no easy task. Not only is he good at his job but he is very friendly and cares about getting you fixed up best he can. listens to you and tried all kinds of things to get the job done. Honestly out of the many doctors I have seen to try and get this issue fixed or diagnosed, he has provided me the most real improvement and I'm very appreciative of this. I have seen other Dr and Chiro's there and everyone is really kind and tries to help. I don't write a lot of reviews so when I do they really deserve it . I very much recommend if you are looking for a chiro/massage try them out!

Experiencia negativa: My wife went last week. We hadn’t been there in a few years and saw the same chiropractor. It was a waste of time. Just going through the motions, no individualized care and NO RELIEF when she left. Never going back.

Experiencia negativa: Was looking for a new chiropractor that was closer to home. living on grand island Notaro seemed to be the no brainer. Scheduled a 1030am apt as a first time client and arrived at 1015am to fill paperwork out. I should have known what i was in for when a woman came in for her apt and the first question she asked the receptionist was " how is the doctors time doing"? Obviously this place must have a history of making people sit past their scheduled time. So after filling in the paperwork.. i was brought into the room and asked to watch a 5 minute video. after the video i was told the Dr will be right in... well 20 minutes later... nothing. Finally at 11am... 45 minutes after my arrival... i simply walked out. its clear Notaro Chiropractic thinks everyone has nothing to do in their days so they will get to clients whenever they want to regardless of scheduled appointments. i would never recommend this place to anyone unless your retired and have nothing else going on in your daily life and want to hang out in a Chiropractors office.

Experiencia negativa: My Wife went here for one treatment. She said everyone was very nice and friendly although the Chiropractor was a little too rough. She had a large bruise developed on her arm but she did say the Dr. wanted feedback. My problem with this business is shortly after her one appointment we started getting robocalls from them letting us know they have an opening available. I called and asked them to take us off these calls and things were OK for a while but approximately three months after her visit, the calls started again. The number is now on call block.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Dr. Notaro on and off for 8 years and there is nowhere else I would go to get adjusted. Everytime you walk in, you're greeted with a smile and they really treat you like part of the family and you always get the best care possible.
