I have been going to this gym for about 2 years now and have shown significant improvement in my confidence and my body. I used to be skinny and now I’m jacked. Experiencia fantástica: I joined this gym November 2023 and continue to keep going until this day. Ever since I signed up, the gym owners (Gabe and Art) welcomed me with open arms. Every time you walk through the door, they always have such a positive energy that makes you want to show up and move your body everyday. Even though, I do not have a personal trainer, they always let you know if you have any questions whether that be nutrition facts, a certain form of a workout, or even just to chat, they are always there. Not only do they treat you as their client, but they also treat you like family. Thank you for everything!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a GREAT experience at this gym, specifically with my trainer Johnny Saenz, but everyone I’ve encountered has been very friendly and welcoming! I cannot say enough good things about Johnny as a trainer. He pushes just the right amount to make sure you are progressing, but not too much to where the experience becomes unpleasant and you don’t want to go back. The energy for our sessions is always high and fun, while also being challenging. You can tell he genuinely cares about you as a person, and you’re not just another hourly rate. He becomes invested in your success and genuinely wants to see you reach your goals. He is also open minded and willing to work with you, or consult his peers for advice to get you the best results possible. Definitely recommend!

These guys know what they’re doing when it comes to nutrition and training. They taught me how to count my macros the right way and gave me a personalized plan. There’s no cookie cutter here. I am doing the nutrition program here with Annie and it's going better then my past attempts to get on track. She is knowledgeable and just super nice. She listens. Met Gabe one of the owners and he also was just a nice guy. They do starting into to fitness all the way to competition level work. Would highly recommend.

Between the cold beverages and the amount of equipment, I can’t say anything bad about this gym. I never have to wait for a machine to be available and if I ever have questions or need help someone is always there with no problem. The equipment is solid and they have everything you need to get a full body workout. They even have dojo mats and equipment for practicing your self defense classes. Overall this is a great gym that’s very diverse. This is coming from someone who has memberships at 8 different gyms.

Experiencia fantástica: Shark sports is my go to location whenever I need to prepare for a tournament or super fight. I am a black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but I am a white belt in strength and conditioning. Thats where Gabe, Art and the rest of the crew come in. They are amazing with their clients and keep them accountable. My dad and sister have even joined the Shark Team and have seen amazing results. They may not be the cheapest gym out there like Chuze or planet fitness, but you will not get the same results. Always remember, a good service is not cheap, but a cheap service is not good.

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic gym I kept coming back to for day passes during a prolonged visit to Tuscon! It's a local gym that has a friendly atmosphere, doesn't get too crowded, and has everything one needs for the beginner to the serious lifter. The vibe was motivational with great quotes and pics placed throughout the gym. There were equipment and attachments that a lot of gyms lack which was cool to find here (i.e. glute ham raise machine, hip thrust set up, chalk, 3 power racks, mag attachments, etc). Definitely would come back!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym isn't like the rest. It is a great facility. There's several squat racks, adequate dumbbells, oly platform, rubber plates, chalk, treadmills, rower, prowler, tire, cable machines, etc.. There is also has a large cemetery right across the road to run at which I took full advantage of while I was there. I was only in Tucson for several days, but it felt like I've been going to that gym for years, not only are the owners incredibly friendly and helpful but everyone who trains there is also very friendly, the members of this gym act as if they're part of a team and everyone in the gym is part of that same team. I've been to many gyms and I can say this is hands down the most welcoming and friendly gym I've ever been to. If you're unsure about joining this gym I recommend stopping by and having a chat with the owner and taking a look around. I will be coming back to Tucson in time and will certainly be coming back to this gym.

I used to know nothing about lifting weights and after training with Art and setting me up with a great fitness program, I can confidently walk up into any gym and feel the pump! With the help from Art and the amazing support at Shark Sports I was able to take 2nd place in my first body building competition this year. I have learned so much throughout my training thanks to Shark Sports and I am so excited to see how much more I will accomplish with this amazing team that has become my second home and family!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a really positive and welcoming experienxe here! My friend brought me along for an evening boxing snd technique class and I really enjoyed the people and the atmosphere. Coming from a different gym myself, I appreciated that my experience there didn't focus around just getting me to sign up, but rather to get a good workout in. I would love to come back and weight train because they have a sweet set up here!

Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a new gym experience and a friend referred me to shark sports. I came in and was greeted personally by the owners Gabe and Art Cordova. These guys blew me away with how welcoming and comfortable they make you feel coming to a new gym. Art has years of experience bodybuilding and Gabe has been training in jiu jitsu since getting out of the army combative team. These guys are actively helping me accomplish my goals and It is great to know I have people who genuinely care about helping me reach them. I would highly recommend joining this gym and they do offer a free trial for your first day to see if it's the place for you.

Experiencia fantástica: This is such a great and supportive gym! The brothers that run this place, Art and Gabe, are awesome and such a pleasure to work with! I much prefer working out at Shark Sports and Fitness, rather than the big commercial gyms that get really crowded. In fact, I drive accross town everyday just to workout here, since I don't live close to this gym. All the other gym members I've gotten to know here are really nice, too. This gym just has a great family vibe to it where everyone, owners, trainers, and gym members, looks out for and supports one another. Also, this is a multidisciplinary facility to match whatever your fitness goals may be: bodybuilding, powerlifiting, jiu-jitsu, boxing, weight training, general training for health, etc. Come check this gym out and give it a try!! Experiencia positiva: I took a tour of the facility while also having spoke with both of the brothers Art and Gabe. I believe they have created a very relaxed yet high energy facility that you feel at home training at. It has a local brotherhood type feel. you can hit the weights, flip a big tire, push a power sled or even roll/grapple on the mat and learn or practice new skills and techniques. I was impressed with the diversity and depth of experience and knowledge that both of them bring to the sports and fitness field. true sharks forever moving forward.
