Dr Montalvo always listens to me and truly values my concerns. I have many health issues that I am still working through but I feel like I am in great hands. All of the nurses and staff are so kind and understanding. The communication is always very fast when I have a question or need to follow up with Dr Montalvo through the portal. I would highly recommend coming to Peak Health if you are dealing with a chronic illness or “mystery” symptoms!

Experiencia negativa: This review isn't about the how good a job they do here, because I have never gone here. Although I tried!! This is about the fact that they want to charge me $200 for a consultation . I am sorry, but this is ridiculous. Why would anyone pay that, to find out that they may not be able to help you, or that they can't afford the therapy!?!? Its their job to get me in and sell me on the therapy and make their money on those treatments. All the other health clinics I called don't charge for a consultation. Is this a lawyers office???

A few weeks ago, I visited for hormone testing, as I believe it is crucial to have a clear understanding of one’s hormonal health. The entire process was seamless—they partner with Quest Diagnostics, allowing the flexibility to complete blood work at a convenient location if preferred. However, I opted to have everything done in their office, which was incredibly convenient. My results were ready within approximately a week, after which I scheduled an appointment to review them with the doctor. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed with a personalized sign displaying my name and offered water or tea. The front desk staff was exceptionally kind and professional, making me feel immediately at ease. During my consultation with Dr. Stephanie Thomas, I was impressed by her eloquence and calming demeanor. She thoroughly reviewed my results, addressed any concerns in detail, and was able to provide insightful explanations that helped me connect many aspects of my health. I left the appointment feeling relieved and well-informed. Rather than prescribing unnecessary medications, Dr. Thomas took a thoughtful approach by recommending an over-the-counter solution for two months before reassessing my condition. Her expertise, attentiveness, and patient-centered care exceeded my expectations. After experiencing a total health collapse a few years ago, I spent two years visiting specialist after specialist and several holistic and integrative providers before finally getting the correct diagnosis and treatment plan at Peak. Everyone at this practice is fantastic, from the medical providers, to the IV nurse, phlebotomist, officer management and front desk staff, they all go above and beyond to get you well. I also love that they are a one stop shop in terms of testing, supportive care like IVs and professional supplements, balancing hormones, bloodwork, and most importantly finding the root cause of why you feel sick. PSA levels are something to watch for men of my age .For the last 8 yrs it had always been between 2-3.5. About 4 months ago I required a blood screening test that had an alarming PSA of over 8. I immediately became a patient of Peak and followed their protocol and advice. My PSA level dropped to mid 3 and then last week to below 1. It has never been that low since I have been tracking it ! She is an out of the box thinker and always researching the latest modalities and options to improve health outcomes. On top of this, she is a wonderful, caring person who listens and adapts her recommendations to the patient. Her office is bright and calming which especially helps when you’re not feeling that well. Once per week, I spend 3-4 hours at the practice for various IVs and always know I’m in good hands. Nancy, who runs the front desk, is always checking on me, making sure I have water or a snack if I need, and makes sure I always receive my records and invoices in my portal. There’s nothing better than calling and hearing “hey Nicole” when she picks up the phone. This is so far above and beyond a medical practice, it’s a team that feels like family and there’s no one I’d rather be on this journey with.
